It was a fine hotel. However, I booked the hotel with the ad saying their was a pool. The pool is outside and it was closed (due to winter). Their ads should say the pool is seasonal. They also advertised a restaurant, and the restaurant is closed Sun/Mon which I wasn't aware of. The hotel served our needs, but under-delivered. I may or may not stay at a Cobblestone in the future. I'm not overly impressed.

Very pleased with the facility, checking in, staff that I interacted with, the studio room, cleanliness, space to park truck with 30’ trailer and the heated pool!! Only complaint would be a little disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. Overall was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was a little bit off the highway, so really quiet area. Free breakfast with cost of room, but the eating area was really small. Food access was in the same tight space, so not very good for easy access when a lot of people in there. Good place overall, with an outdoor pool. Easy drive back to the highway and gas stations, if a fill up was needed.

Newer property, small but had a restaurant onsite which was surprisingly good. Also had several other "hole in the wall" places within a mile including Williams BBQ. Good stay

The property was very new and clean.. The amenities were nice, but they are somehow associated with the restaurant Chop House. ITs, inside of the hotel and we stopped there with the intention of going to a nice dinner. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed however, its website and the hotel information said it was open. And this was very misleading .

Normally we love this hotel. The beds are comfortable and its normally very clean. This time around, however, our bathroom had dust and hair on the counter, and all in the shower there were hairs. The top of the shower was cased in dust as well. Try not to stay next to the elevators. The room we were in was right next to the elevator, and between that and the people next door, it took awhile to quiet down enough to go to sleep. The shower and bathroom is small, but for the comfortable bed that is one thing you can overlook. Dusty countertops and hairs left on towels and in the bathroom aren't the best look however. The actual bedroom felt clean though.

There was poop on the bathroom floor. We had problems with the TV on both stays, and we woke up in the morning to cockroaches. We will never be staying there again and the restaurant too pricey for that area.

Even though our stay was short the facilities were excellent. My only issue was I had reserved a King single and they did not have one available, instead was given a twin queen. The beds were also too high, my vertically challenged spouse of 53 years had some difficulty get up. Other than that we had a great night.

Room was very nice, bathroom was big. However the shower its self was very small and as a bigger plus size lady it wasn’t good . The bed was comfortable but the sheets were kinda rough. Overall we would stay again.

Such a wonderful stay, however it would have been impeccable if your streaming in your tv worked, I couldn’t stream YouTube or Disney in either tv. If you get the TVs to work properly and connect with the Internet better, it would have been amazing stay.

Very clean room. Hotel overall very clean and very well maintained (except pool was closed for maintenance but it was December so who cares) We booked a king room but upon arrival, they gave us a 2-queen room. When asking for a king like we booked, they said there were none available and upgraded us to a king extended stay suite which was HUGE with 2 rooms, full kitchen, 2 tvs, etc. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and those rubbery mystery sausage links, waffles, juices, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscuits, bagels, plain and raisin bread for toasting. A lot better than a lot of hotel "breakfasts" but not restaurant quality. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

I was in a room next to the elevator on the 4th floor. There was an incredibly loud humming (either the elevator or hvac). I wasn't bothered as it was a 'white noise' for sleeping, but I could see some people being really affected by that.

We had visited the water park down the street and decided we would stay the night. We planned a couple of weeks ahead and everything went smoothly!! Savannah at the front desk was friendly and helpful!!!

I pre-paid my stay at the hotel, and they charged me again after I left. I called to dispute the charges, and the agent said she would call me back. Nobody called me back. Had to dispute with credit card company. A lot of hassle. Staff are not well trained. Other than that, everything was good.

Our room was just fine. We checked in around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately the other couple we were traveling with did not check in until 9 PM and at that point the front desk had given away their room, even though it was prepaid. So what was supposed to be a couples vacation with two couples didn’t turn out. To that end, we were disappointed. And our friends ended up having to get a room outside Cullman.

The hotel is very nice, and our room was outstanding. All the hotel staff were very nice - including the maintenance guy!. We found the tv in the room difficult to operate- I’d never seen a remote like that! But the front desk staff came up and showed us how to use it. The breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no white milk, no cream cheese for bagel, only liquid butter, no fresh fruit. Maybe because it was Monday? Overall a very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was ok and edible. But the scrambled eggs were turning green and the sausage gravy was leaning towards bland on Sunday Morning. The weekday breakfast was great! This is fairly mew in Cullman and it is THE place to stay.

Check in was easy despite them being short staffed. Breakfast was delicious- eggs, sausage, biscuit, tater tot’s, and waffles. The also has Starbucks brand coffee available. There is a steakhouse restaurant on the first floor as well.

Overall excellent experience the breakfast was the only area for improvement. The area was not cleaned and food ran out and had to wait for it to be refilled. The attendant was only present every so often and kids were using their fingers to get sausage.
