This hotel is super cute and full of italian charm. What this hotel does not have in «high end» standard, it compensates with being autentic and friendly. Loved the back yard pool area, a big bonus with the heatwave in town. Breakfast i simple, but have a great barista. The location is perfect and in heart of the old town, close to everything. We did experience an misunderstanding, but the staff was extremely service minded and solution oriented, so it ended up being no problem at all!

Ej möjligt med parkering i ansluning till boendet, men personalen löste snabbt hämtning av bilen till grage. Kostnad 40euro/dygn. Stod inget om detta i hotellbeskrivningen. Bokat dubbelrum. Väldigt litet rum med 120cm bred säng. Upplevdes som ett enkelrum. Hotellet lät oss få ett bättre rum natt två efter att vi önskat det. I övrigt trevlig vistelse med bra frukost. Skönt att kunna ta ett svalkande dopp i den lilla polen.

Das Bad wurde nachträglich ins Zimmer eingebaut und extrem klein für grosse Leute; daher unbequem. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool sieht auf den Bilder besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Unter diesen Prämissen kann das Hotel empfohlen werden.

We were expecting a hotel room based off of the booking of a standard room, however we were given keys to a next door building which seemed to be an apartment. We were given access to a bedroom, kitchen, rooftop, bathroom, and living room but had to share access to an entry way with another resident. It was quite strange and other than the bathroom not being the most up to date amenity it was still pleasant to live in and more space than expected. However! There is a very loud pump that pulls water up to the 4th floor every single time you open a tap, flush the toilet, or shower. It also turns on when the other resident is using their water which was quite disruptive especially in the early morning and late at night. The desk staff during check in could also be more helpful, transparent about booking, and more hospitable.
