Booked the hotel for an overnight stay to break the journey after the crossing to Hoek Van Holland. A typical modern hotel, comfortable, but somewhat impersonal. The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we had ample warning of this fact beforehand. However, breakfast was served, and was ample and tasty. The only criticism is that it took three attempts to convince the hotel receptionists that we had paid for breakfast. The payment had been overlooked by the hotel's admin. However, everything was sorted in the end.

Helaas hebben wij moeten constateren dat de kamers niet schoon waren. Op onze kamer troffen wij een gebruikte boxershort aan, haren in ons bed en veel stof. Wij hebben uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen maar ook deze was niet schoon. De kamers zijn bovendien erg gehorig en er is geen airco aanwezig.

Es war abends bis nachts unfassbar laut und es war extrem dreckig. Wir hatten teilweise Plastik im Bett und Staub wie auch Krümmel. Die Staub Knollen lagen überall.

Kamer was groot, dat was ook het enige waar ik tevreden over ben. Was heel oud en vies. Bedden goed was kapot, zoals het koffiezetapparaat en meer dingen. Al met al niet tevreden over deze overnachting

De fohn deed het niet of half. De tafeltjes naast het bed zaten vol vingervlekken. Veel stof op de bol lamp. In het bad zaten zwarte haren. Globaal zag het er goed uit. Positief bij 2 dagen verblijf gebruikte handoeken vervangen en bed nettjes opgemaakt.

Zeer prettige ervaring! Alles was perfect geregeld. Het was schoon, netjes, comfortabel en erg gastvrij. Een speciale dank aan Maxim bij de receptie — zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Positive things: Big, nice and comfortable room with capsule coffee machine, water kettle, etc. The room gets tidy up every day. Customer service was good and friendly. Free parking! Negative things: It was dusty on the top of the bed’s headboard and under the table was also dirty. We stayed at the fifth floor, and the the corridor / hallway has a kind of old carpet unpleasant smell.

Eigentlich ein interessantes Hotel, die Einrichtung ist nicht billig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und brächte eine Renovierung. Das Frühstück gut, der Frühstücksraum gemütlich, das Personal nett, der Parkplatz toll. Schade, das Restaurant ist geschlossen, aber das wussten wir vorher. ABER: das Hotel ist NICHT SAUBER. Und das ist wirklich eklig. Man kann sich mit vielem arrangieren, aber wegen der mangelnden Sauberkeit, würde wir das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen

Bij binnenkomst prima, maar eenmaal in hotelkamer bleek dat de kamer niet schoon was (erg stoffig, maar ook hoofdsteun van bed zaten hele vieze prutsels op.. ). Telefoon op de kamer werkte niet. Tv werkte ook niet omdat er geen batterijen in zaten. De geur in het hotel vond ik niet fijn, maar dat is persoonlijk. Ontbijt was niet slecht, maar ook niet goed. positief punt: personeel is heel vriendelijk.

freundlicher und schneller Check - In täglicher Handtuchwechsel kostenfreier Parkplatz - sehr hellhörige Wände. Wir haben alles vom Nachbarzimmer mitbekommen. - Sehr dünne Zimmertüren. Zimmertür nicht bündig mit dem Boden (Spalt zwischen Boden und Tür) - Zimmer verfügt über keine Klimaanlage - Ein wirklich schmutziger Parkplatz , der gerne auch abends/nachts zum Sammelplatz für chinesische Angestellte genutzt wird. Sehr Sehr laut! - Doppelbett verfügt über zwei einzelne Matratzen, sodass nachts eine Kuhle in der Mitte entsteht, da die Matratzen wegrutschen.

Very spacious room and very good value. Mcdonalds right over the road. Location is a little far from town and hard to get taxi/ubers. Really need to bike into town. Main bed was great, shower was good. Third bed was a little less comfortable but slept good on it. Check In was quick and efficient. Overall very happy.

Ligging is perfect en het parkeren super. Alleen erg gehorig!! Ik lag tussen stelletjes in en ik kon letterlijk horen wat er werd gezegd en wat er werd gedaan. 1 stel ging de hele nacht door. Leuk voor hun maar mijn nachtrust was verpest. Ik heb nog nooit zo slecgt

Chambre très bien, grande, propre. Il manque des verres. Incompréhension avec la présence de 3 systèmes a savoir un aor pulsé, une clim et un radiateur. L'air pulsé est frais et impossible à arrêter. Heureusement le radiateur contre balance. Super écolo quoi.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit southern Holland. According to its price it's perfect. Very clean, fast and polite service. All amenities are available. Rooms are very big, warm and comfortable. Just one criticism. No hanger for hand towels, so it's nothing. Best choice!!!

Guy in the reception, Chris, was not confident, charged extra for breakfast and did not help to solve the problem . He did not give me his last name, saying that this is personal information. The other employee next day helped to get refund. This was very unpleasant experience.

Booked the hotel for an overnight stay to break the journey after the crossing to Hoek Van Holland. A typical modern hotel, comfortable, but somewhat impersonal. The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we had ample warning of this fact beforehand. However, breakfast was served, and was ample and tasty. The only criticism is that it took three attempts to convince the hotel receptionists that we had paid for breakfast. The payment had been overlooked by the hotel's admin. However, everything was sorted in the end.

Not sure why there are some negative reviews, we had an excellent stay. We stayed in a deluxe studio, and it was great. Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. This hotel deserves more than it's current rating of "Good"
