Super ophold på et meget rent og pænt hotel. Dejlige senge og flot badeværelse. Oversteg vores forventninger på alle parametre. Dejlig morgenmad, men lidt i den dyre ende. (21 € pr. Person). Gik flere gange i IKEA kl. 09.30, hvor morgenmadskomplet kostede 4€. Dejlig lukket parkeringsområde. Vældig flot udstyret træningslokale, samt rummelig sauna som er kønsopdelt. Med vindue åbent, var det lidt støj fra motorvejen i nærheden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ein Traum! Von der Autobahn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit, den Haag und Amsterdam sind super schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, dennoch wirklich niedlich eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nur leider eher mittelmäßig. Die Auswahl an Frühstück ist leider sehr klein, der Käse war immer schon etwas trocken. Hier könnte man wirklich nochmal aufstocken. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)!

Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring.

We chose this hotel specifically because the studio room had a microwave, which we needed for warming up baby food. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing. The room itself was filthy—dust covering large surfaces and the floor. Both my partner and I have allergies, and the dust made us sneeze non-stop. Our toddler's white socks turned grey, almost black, after just an hour of walking around, which shows how dirty the floors were. The worst part came on our last night when our child accidentally locked himself in the bathroom. I asked the staff for help, but they were completely useless. When I asked for a key, the response after asking the manager was, "we don't have one." I said we'd try to get him out ourselves, and the staff member just replied, "mmhm, ok," with no concern whatsoever. After saying how useless this is, he then offered to come and check what he can do. Will we stay in this hotel again? NO!

Fantastic stay. The family room for the 3 of us was great! Breakfast option is decent, though on the 2nd day, refill of food was not done on time (until we finished our breakfast, they did not replenish). Room and bathroom was spotless clean. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the hotel. Great location, right off the highway. Free parking is a bonus. Will highly recommend to anyone. Will stay again without hesitation.

Excellent location next to ikea with ample parking. Lovely helpful reception staff we were a studio with kitchenette which was ideal as we could prepare own food as well as eating out. First room assigned was nice but tremendous noise from the highway and a view of the IKEA parking lot. I asked for a new room and got a quiet one for an extra 10 euros. The room was not as nicely decorated as the other but was quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant which was mediocre but breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed everything about our stay but two things. Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Additionally we never got our rebate as we declined room service one day. Minor problems but hoping it will impact someone else's stay

Super netjes, hartelijk en keuk ontvangen door de dame bij de receptie en barman(stagiar). Kamer netjes en schoon. Lekker gegeten in de lobby. We moesten echter meer dan een uur wachten op ons eten. Personeelstekort werd aangegeven. Neem dan minder gasten aan, vind ik. Vanaf 22:00 zou de bar sluiten en overgenomen worden door de nachtportier. Ons was prosecco beloofd en voldoende oliebollen. Helaas geen prosecco en wel 2 oliebollen. Nachtportier zei dat we het kochten kopen!! Deze man zat vooral achter de coulissen en liet de lobby in puinhoop achter. Jammer dit was echt een smet. We hebben het de volgende ochtend nog nagevraagd bij de receptie en we hadden de prosecco(en andere gasten) moeten krijgen.

2nd time at this brilliant Hotel. Ideally situated to explore The Hague and surrounding area with just a 15 minute walk into Delft City Centre. The rooms are light and airy with excellent beds. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgable. Definitely will stay again.

It’s perfectly positioned for a visit to the Delft old town (5 min drive), but also if you are flying out of the Amsterdam airport. We flew out the next morning and this was an easy and affordable stop without getting into airport hotels or busy Amsterdam. My kids thought it was hilarious that it was next to IKEA and furnished with Ikea items. The staff was lovely and very helpful, parking free.

We stayed at the hotel during the summer vacation. It is clean and the room we stayed in was large and nicely equipped. You are at a short walking distance from public transport, and if you decide to walk into Delft it will take you a maximum of 25 minutes to the center. Breakfast is identical each and every day, not varied, and not very tasty. It is better to eat at a different place. The minus side was the personnel, some of whom seem unhappy to be working in a hotel and to work with guests. For example, at breakfast: the older personnel was unfriendly and one lady even looked disapprovingly at her watch when we came to breakfast at 09:40, because "breakfast is until 10". Or, another example: On the last day of our stay we came back from breakfast and discovered our key did not open the door anymore (all our suitcases were still inside). The receptionist did not offer any explanation or apology, just handed us another key. These are just two examples of several incidents. Generally, the atmosphere in the hotel is not very pleasant. I would recommend the hotel for the location and cleanness, but if you want a place with a warm, friendly atmosphere for a vacation, this is not.
