Beautiful old wood from the days the hotel was a factory. Everything renovated and up to date. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve the parking which is next door to hotel. Breakfast offers a nice buffet with table service for cooked to order hot items. Location is just at the edge of old town within easy walking of all attractions. History, comfort and ambiance, a lovely stay .

Superbe hôtel dans cette très jolie ville de Delft. Très belle chambre, superbe bâtiment formidablement restauré. Petit déjeuner excellent (attention aux bouchons aux heures de grand trafic). Attention si le parking n’est réservé, il ne faut pas aller jusqu’à l’hôtel en parking c’est un cul de sac.

Beautiful historic building. Great location and unique. 5 star quality building and location but staffing and amenities are 3 to 4 star. They could do so much more with this property and location. There is no gym or any real amenities. No restaurant except for the breakfast. Plenty of space to better amenitize the property if they were so motivated. Staff is a little lazy.

Super leuk hotel in een historische pand! mooie combinatie van oud en moderne stijl hele sfeervol hotel midden in het centrum van Delft op loop afstand van hartje Delft met parkeer gelegenheid. Top service ervaart. Als ontvangst een glasje prosecco was ook heel leuk, goed begin van de weekend! Een klein tip: de bar sluiting tijd verlengen? het gaat dicht om 23:00, net even te vroeg voor een laste drank als je terug ben in je hotel en je wil nog de avond afsluiten met wat lekkers en genieten van de mooie sfeer rondom de bar. We waren om 23:10 en kreeg helaas geen dranken meer terwijl nog best wat mensen zaten gezellig te genieten. Maar super fijn verblijf gehad en extra genoten van de top koffie de volgende ochtend ;-) Bedankt team Arsenaal Delft!

I had a beautiful stay. The hotel is spotless and was in a great location. They had a lovely breakfast of pastries, fruits etc plus the option to order eggs and bacon. They also have a beautiful bar which is open til 11pm. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Mooi authentiek gebouw dat met stijl en respect voor de geschiedenis omgebouwd is tot een hotel. Mooie ligging tussen de grachten en centraal gelegen. Dicht bij het station vanwaar Den Haag en Scheveningen vlot te bereiken zijn met het openbaar vervoer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Goede bedden. Netheid en hygiene prima Goede wifi ontvangst.

This place was remarkably remodeled only a couple of years ago. It is in convenient location for getting to the main square quickly & passing many restaurants and fun shopping along the way. The room was small but very comfortable with a great bed and a very nice bathroom. I would highly recommend this and would stay here again if I am back in Delft!

Arsenaal is a brilliant architectural restoration . The entire first floor is exquisite. The staff is uniformly charming, competent and helpful I wish I could remember all of the staff personnel who made my stay so pleasing But I am deeply grateful I look forward to returning to beautiful Delft and enjoying once again the charms of this hotel. One codicil: The lighting in the room is difficult to comprehend. When a simple switch or two would have sufficed and pleased, the room electricity instead is unnecessarily complicated Even fully lit, the lighting leaves the room cold , unattractive and even vapid. At an ordinary hotel it would not matter . Arsenaal is no ordinary hotel.

It is a beautiful and wonderful historic hotel on canals. The room was excellent but, maybe, a little too little cupboard space for travellers who might be travelling through Europe with their luggage. However, it is sufficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good. The hotel has a lot of character and is very cosy. Definitely a place to stay in beautiful Delft.

Excellent hotel, entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very quiet and easy walk from train/bus station and to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, here again the staff was excellent. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for three nights at Hotel Arsenaal. The hotel is beautiful, and the lobby and breakfast area are very elegant. The staff were friendly, and our check-in in particular was very warm and welcoming. Our room was nicely furnished but didn’t feel as cozy as we had hoped. The breakfast was good, though not particularly outstanding. During our stay, we unfortunately encountered some issues in the room. What was even more disappointing, though, was the lack of proactive communication and follow-up in handling these problems, which left us feeling a bit let down. Overall, we had higher expectations and feel there’s still room for improvement.

We stayed 5 nights/days at Hotel Arsenaal and we thoroughly enjoyed every single one! This is an exceptional property with a five star staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. Maud, at the reception, was absolutely delightful and a supreme professional. Thanks again Maud for making our stay so perfect! The hotel is casually elegant - the rooms are cozy with lovely amenities. Beautiful linens, padded hangers for delicates, a room Ipad, and bathrobe/slippers. We included breakfast with our stay and it was a great decision. There was a good selection of buffet items as well as a menu with eggs, bacon, etc. The location, on a beautiful canal, is a quick walk from the train/bus station- we had a large suitcase and it was not a problem to walk at all. We cannot imagine anyone not enjoying their stay at this hotel as well as in Delft. Enjoy your visit!

Beautiful reimagining of a historic building into a modern hotel that is welcoming and comfortable. The location is lovely and walkable to everything Delft has to offer (a lot!). We visited in June when the weather was particularly warm and sunny. The trip was highly enjoyable in part due to the weather and in part due to the warm service from nearly everyone we met in the hotel. As very regular travellers, we really appreciate service that is above and beyond the usual standard! We would recommend the hotel to our friends!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Great location - quiet but easily walkable to the station, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast although we had a mixed experience over the 4 days when ordering hot food from the menu. During check-in, we were asked to choose a time slot for breakfast - there was no sign of anyone checking name or room number in the mornings however. Overall, a pleasant stay.
