Next to the train station in Delft. Also on tram 1 to Den Haag and Scheveningen. Convenient to walk to all the sites in this beautiful city. Very comfortable at the hotel. Staff super helpful. I had a very nice room on the fourth floor with a balcony. Coffee & tea in the lobby. Excellent stay

Location is great. Pre-stay email communication with the hotel was positive. Check in was easy. And I made ample use of the 24 hr complimentary coffee station which sometimes included bakery items during the day. The room was clean for the most part with the exception of numerous hairs on the pillows on one side of the bed. The same hairs also showed up on the doorframe to the bathroom. AC didn't work well in the room. I opened the windows instead. And not all the staff were amenable. Did you know that something as simple as ice isnt available at Ibis Styles? I always thought it was standard until now.

Very nice eco friendly hotel. Clean and well run. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and healthy options. Great location, 2 minute walk from train station, and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the quaint old part of Delft where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and cute shops.

The location was the best part of this hotel, right outside of the train station. The bed was very comfy, it’s spacious. But I’m not a big fan of that minimalist trend, like the quarter-size door in the shower, no closet, microwave, fridge, etc. 5 Euros per hour if you need to check out later than 12. Finally, the crew is ok, not the friendliest but not rude.

Nice hotel next to the Delft train station. The room was comfortable and a decent size. The only improvement to the room would be the addition of a door or shower curtain in the bathroom. We had wondered about the long handled squeegee in the bathroom and thought that the room attendant had forgotten it. After taking a shower we saw the need for it as the bathroom floor was wet from wall to wall.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to the Gare (but about 15 minutes from historic center). Staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many options to suit different tastes. Rooms have good lighting and multiple electric outlets. There's a chair that is surprisingly comfortable. The only problem is the bathroom where, if you use the rain shower, you'll have a flooded/wet bathroom (they provide you with a mop!). There is limited space for placing toiletries near the sink. The mirror above the sink is tiny (there is a full length mirror between sink & shower and behind room door. Everything in the bathroom got wet when I showered!

I am a regular customer at IBIS Delft for many years. I have always been very satisfied with my stay and the staff. Furthermore, I fully understand your check-in rules, and that if there are rooms ready it is possible to check a bit earlier. This time I arrived just after 1 pm and wanted to check in and asked if a room would possibly be already available. She checked and said that I could have an early check-in for 15 euros extra. If I did not want to pay the 15 euros, I had to wait until 3 pm to check in. This girl was rather rude and abrupt, which I am not used to at IBIS Delft.

We were combining a work reunion party with visiting old friends. Delft, as well as being attractive, is an excellent starting point for anywhere in the Randstad. We were combining a work reunion party with visiting old friends. Delft, as well as being attractive, is an excellent starting point for anywhere in the Randstad. Very convenient location, just steps away from the train station and next to an italian restaurant. Delft historic town center is also within walking distance. The rooms are larger than similar hotels. The only caveat is that the shower in the bathroom is not fully contained so water tended to splash all over. It improved by pointing the shower head towards the inner wall. Breakfast was just average. I would have like to have some fruits available. All in all a good option in Delft. I would probably stay there again when visiting the city.

Very nice eco friendly hotel. Clean and well run. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and healthy options. Great location, 2 minute walk from train station, and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the quaint old part of Delft where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and cute shops.

We loved the location of this hotel - about a block from the train station, and just a short walk to the old part of Delft. Staff were very nice, and the breakfast was everything we'd hoped for with eggs, cheeses, breads, yogurt, juice - all the hits. Our room was very spacious compared to some other places on our Netherlands trip - plenty of room to not trip over luggage. Bed was also comfortable.

Helaas moeten alle gasten gebruik maken van 1 koffiemachine in de lobby , dat is te weinig als er op dat moment ook ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Gorgeous big room overlooking a park. Well located, opposite the main train station. Staff friendly. Huge bathroom. The breakfast area was completely unprepared for a full seating, despite being required to book a breakfast slot in advance. There was only 1 coffee machine. There was no toast or the opportunity to make any. The buffet items were often finished and it took long before the items were replenished. The buffet was also rather limited in choice.

Hotel ligt sehr zentral und auch gut zu erreichen. Personal ist freundlich, kompetent und professionell. Im Hotel ist es sauber und frisch. Für mich war es schade, dass das Frühstück zwar ausreichend ist, hat aber sehr wenig frisches Obst( kein Obstsalat ) Sonst fand ich die Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to the Gare (but about 15 minutes from historic center). Staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many options to suit different tastes. Rooms have good lighting and multiple electric outlets. There's a chair that is surprisingly comfortable. The only problem is the bathroom where, if you use the rain shower, you'll have a flooded/wet bathroom (they provide you with a mop!). There is limited space for placing toiletries near the sink. The mirror above the sink is tiny (there is a full length mirror between sink & shower and behind room door. Everything in the bathroom got wet when I showered!

Clean and modern building, a few meters away from the Delft central station. This allows you to easily reach any major city in the Netherlands. The breakfast was a bit repetitive, and simple for our taste. You have many great restaurants closeby to go out for dinner.

The hotel has no space to open or keep luggage, no place to keep toiletries in bathroom, the mirror is behind the column so un-usable, un-tasty, uneatable and cold breakfast, all young school kids working there, only good thing is hotel is clean and close to station.

The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was there was one little tiny garbage can. I guess there was one other thing too, I was there for eight days, and there was only a rod for hanging all of my wife’s and my clothes on. There was no dresser, no closet or anything like that. Other than that, I have zero complaints. They’ll see Mike pretty simple things to fix. Even if they had a bigger rod to hang your clothes on.

Very convenient to the train station which was important for us as we had an early departure in the morning. We did have the breakfast. Pretty standard options... Eggs, bacon, breads, waffles, yogurt and toppings. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever back in Delft.
