Great experience I wish they had been there so we could have stayed the whole time we needed to be at Union College. Super convenient location

Staff was very nice and helpful. You need to have more than 1 Garbage can in the room.

Breakfast was okay. Do not eat at the bar. The food is inedible, staff spends time talking to friends and not serving customers. Had to ask for a knife napkins. The salad is served with packaged dressing, Housekeeping did not clean my room. I was not informed at check in if I needed to request in advance.
