Pool was green & closed. We were able to use the pool next door, but it was crowded with 14 people already there. The property needs a major refresh. The bathroom had an older fiberglass tub/shower & inadequate lighting. Sink was cracked. Beds were noisy & sagged in the middle. Exterior vinyl siding had holes in it. Furniture was stacked up in all stairwells & breezeways. Appreciated the staff efforts. Chose this because of the 3 queen beds in one room option.

The Motel could probably save money if they sealed the door. You can see daylight around 40% of the door. Staff was very good, and friendly. Breakfast eggs were not good, the orange juice machine leaked, and the breakfast area was too small for the number of people staying there. There is only one ice machine for the whole complex, and it could not keep up with demand.

Had three of our grandkids and the pool was not available. I was not notified of this in advance. We were told we could use the pool at the hotel next door. It was small and too many people to be safe. Ice machine not working either. The kids were very disappointed. If they advertised a pool and don’t have one to use it’s wrong

This motel has lots of rooms and only one ice machine for all the rooms. We could get ice out of it once during our stay the rest of the times it was empty. The rooms are nice. I love that they have flooring and not carpet anymore. But they need to about quadruple the number of ice machines. So I would probably not stay there again.

We stayed 3 days there were boxes on the walkway balcony the whole time blocking the air conditioning and the window. The trash by the stairwell which we had to use was overflowing and horrible smelling and I complained to the desk person two separate times They said ok but no one did anything. The pool was out of service the whole time which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I was very disappointed. They have been updated in the last couple years. The room was clean

This hotel was a great place to stay! Nice staff! They were Very helpful with bringing extra towels to our room. Breakfast was good with waffles and biscuits and gravy! Our room was Super Comfortable and very clean! They have laundry facility on grounds which was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Property is ok if you’re just looking for a place to stay for the night. My kids really enjoyed the pool although it was a bit dirty. I wish there were pool towels available for usage so the kids wouldn’t have to walk into the room all drenched.

The property was easy to locate when we arrived in town. Check-in was quick. Front desk staff was cordial and proficient. We entered our rooms quickly after our arrival to the property. We were able to park near out room, making luggage transfer easier. Our rooms were on the second floor facing the parking lot. Fortunately, our rooms were close to the stairs, which made access to the parking lot much better. Our rooms cooled nicely on the warm day, making them pleasant. The space in the rooms was adequate for our needs, and we did not feel cramped. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There were plenty of towels and cloths for our needs. We appreciated the microwave ovens and small refrigerators. The breakfast provided included scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits, along with cereal and pastries. There was coffee, milk and fruit juice available. The meal was sufficient fare for the start of the day. Our experience at Angel Inn near IMAX was quite positive. In our plans to return to Branson for vacation we will give this property our consideration. Thank you, Angel Inn, for the quality stay we enjoyed with you.

There was blood on the sheets on the bed. Our chair was filthy, house keeping started knocking at 9:30 am despite me putting up a do not disturb sign and check out not being until 11, we got back at 2 am from a concert and were just trying to sleep. I will say I did love that we could get a room with 3 queen beds. Concept was awesome, cleanliness was not.

When we arrived the man that checked us in was friendly but didn't provide any information about breakfast or where it was located. We found our room and when we got in it was dirty and there was a roach in the bathroom. I didn't make coffee since the maker was very dirty. There were splatters of something on the wall and garbage on the floor around the trash can that was never cleaned up. We did not use the shower since all the towels had hair on them. We only stayed 1 night, if it would have been reserved for more we would have gone somewhere else but we got in later than expected and just wanted to sleep. We did not eat breakfast there. We figured with the way the room looked and roaches we wouldnt risk it. Just glad there were no bed bugs.

The room its self was awesome, we had some folks over us that were noisy, we called the front desk 2 nights in a row and nothing was done, this went on for 4 night of our 6 night stay. Other that that, a super great place to stay. Staff was great as always.

So the check in was fine, no problem. I went to take a shower and the handle came right off in my hand. Commode seat was not either tightened down or was broke. Had to hold while using to keep from turning aside. Plug ins were loose and wouldn't hardly hold to keep things plugged in. Part of curtains were not hooked. Pillows need replaced. I have NEVER stayed where you had to reuse your towels and washcloths. No housekeeper to clean room in 3 days we were there. Will not stay here again.

I've stayed here many times but this is the first time I got a very worn bed. One side was completely sunk in so I tried to sleep in the middle and it was a balancing act. The mattress needs rotated or completely replaced.

Room was ok, we had a triple queen room. The fact that was available was nice. However the sink dripped constantly, the water faucet to the shower was barely hanging on and the toilet wasn’t fully connected to the floor. I did notice that they were remodeling rooms, so maybe they just haven’t made it that far. Breakfast was alright, the set up in the room was crowded and people standing over each other waiting to get their food.

Check in was easy. Free breakfast was very basic but good. The only problem was the beds. The mattresses were very soft and sunk in the middle when you laid down. Was only there for two nights but much longer and my back would have started hurting.

The check in receptionist was very abrupt and rude with all customers. No smile, no friendliness. We came in at 2 p.m. and she abruptly stated we could not check in until 3 which was fine except her attitude was very unprofessional. Otherwise our stay was fine.

We asked for a king but none available. Given key for room 116, which was already occupied. At check in they wanted to charge for 2 nights because that's what the computer reflected. I showed my copy of the reservation so we were only charged for one night. We'll probably not come here again after those significant issues.

There was an issue with the second floor room above us and they moved us and took care of the issue in a professional manner. We also had a family emergency back home and they handle that in issue in a professional manner too!! Very happy with our stay!!

The room is comfortable enough for the price and I really like having the 3 queen beds. My major complaint was the maid service. We were supposed to have the room cleaned every other day. However the 3rd day rolled around and still no service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and to have the room cleaned. We stayed 5 nights but the room was only cleaned once and that was after I had to ask for it.

For what we paid the place was fine. The frustration was that we had 3 towells to last us 3 days. Called multiple times to ask for more towells and pillows. They said they don’t clean rooms every day which was fine but again I asked them to just drop some towells. Got back late at night and never anymore towells. So three days in a row asked for towells and never got any so just had to use the same three towells. Other than that it was okay.

Overall you get what you pay for. Dont want a champaign event but you're on a beer budget. The pool was ok and even when it was shut down we were allowed to use the inns pool next door. The breakfast was ok but keep in mind you're getting what you pay for. The housing keeping never showed even though we were first told they would come every other day, then after twos days of a no show we were then told every 2 days. We stayed M-F and never did any one person came for room service. The staff was nice and gave us extra things we needed, when we needed it. Overall the room service was 0/5 stars but the place was pretty decent for what we paid for. I recommend you bring your own bags and disinfect wipes to keep the living space tidy.

I left my cold cup in the room. We were 20 minutes away from the property. I called and explained to a young lady that I was returning to get the cup. When I got there she was at the front desk smiling and handed me my cold cup. As far as our stay there, we have booked another stay at this motel in a couple of weeks.

We have stayed here 5 times now - each time being booked through Hotels.com as that is how we chose the first time based on rating, convenient location 8 rate. This time upon arrival we were told we had a 2nd floor room and I told her I had requested in reservation (as I always have)to have ground floor room because my husband is disabled & can't do stairs. She said - that is $10 extra. I told her it had never been before and she said "probably bc this time was thru a 3rd party reservation". I stated every time has been same way - that is how we found Angel Inn. She knew she had me in a situation I had to pay the extra $10 bc I had already paid for the night up front. It wasn't about the money , it was the attitude and her trying to blame it on me for booking a different way which wasn't true. ALSO - it was a very low census night - (Sunday) with many other vacant lower rooms. The room she put us in had recently been updated but was not finished. No where to hang clothes, cold and hot water were reversed at sink So the place we have referred multiple people to - one staying 3 weeks earlier now left me disappointed.

The 3 queens were a great fit for us! Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, great continental breakfast! Cereal, toast, waffles, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties. Wish bacon had been an option. Not a lot of frills as there weren't pics on the wall but that didn't bother us at all. Excellent price!

Room was nice especially for the price. The breakfast was just ok. The employees helping with breakfast were not as nice as last time we stayed here. We were eating and the lady took the milk and batter for waffles away even though there were plenty of people still eating, needing milk and such. The lady said that breakfast closed at 9:30 but those people were there before that. I thought that was so rude.

For the price not bad. Room appeared to have been recently renovated some although poor quality. Bed comfortable. We left a day early due to kids running up and down outside of rooms making noise until late hours of night. We went down for breakfast the morning we left at about 7:30 and there was hardly any left so we went out to breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be 6:30-9:30.

The worst breakfast we have ever seen. Not one thing was fit to eat. The room had a terrible set up. No where to place your luggage except on the floor or dresser. No room on the vanity to put your toiletries. Never again will we book this place

My only complaint is the hot tub was removed. The pool was clean and great. The hotel across the parking lot seems to have a problem with local addicts occupying the lot near the back. This is our second time using Angel Hotel and it continues to be the best value and amenities for a great price.
