JAZ Belvedere

The rooms are clean, and they have a variety of foods, all that I can say positively. We went this hotel with a full of spirit, smiling and having a great energy. But they drained our energy there. Fırat we wanted to have a diving session in hotel's Coral company. They took our money and they canceled the session beacuse of the weather. They refund us only half the money. After spending a half day, they refunded the full amount of money. But it's been 15 days and I still don't have the money in my bank account. A total scam. Don't use them, if you want to use them, don't pay them before hand. When we checked-out, they check the room if we use the mini-bar or not. But the personnel who checked it didn't tell anything about the clothes that we missed to take. They were quite visible, on the bed. Everyone working here is sad, noone's ever smiling.

Everything amazing

JAZ Belvedere has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Lovely staff, spacious rooms, amazing pool and beach. Several activities such as Zumba on the beach, kids disco in the evenings, a kids club with crafts and games. Food for vegetarians wasn’t the greatest as part of the buffet however luckily the chef made sure we were fed well and cooked suitable dishes everyday. Breakfast was the best with lots of options from eggs to various types of bread, lots of fresh fruit and veg too. A pasta bar everyday during lunch and dinner was great too. Our first time in Egypt and we will definitely come back again.

We have just arrived home after a two week holiday at Belvedere it was our second stay there and it was still incredible on all points. The staff everywhere were very attentive to our every need. A special thank you to the cocktail bar staff who made our evenings (admaq Omar Mohamed Ali ) they were always smiling and happy to see us and worked really hard delivering great cocktails to everyone. Our housekeeper (Mahmoud) was fantastic, he went above and beyond to make our stay a happy and pleasurable one thank you Mahmoud. The food in the Buffet was fantastic. Tasty hot dishes, BBQ everyday outside. Beautiful fresh salads, breads, fruits and deserts we could not fault anything. The pool side and walk way between the beach was hosed down early every morning and they kept the area clean all day. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. Great pools one heated. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous stay
