Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Andaz London is a true 5-star property and the amenities reflect this level. I was greeted warmly and professionally upon arrival in the morning and did not expect a room to be ready that early, especially since I had made my reservations only 12 hours earlier the previous night. Our concierge, Rohan, at the front desk took very good care of everything and, moreover, when I returned to the room much later that day, found a very nice bttle of wine as a welcome gift. The dining options are quite good and welcoming. I recommend Andaz London with highest ratings.

Amazing experience. The amenities are great: minibar, coffee and pastries are complimentary. Staff is excellent: special thanks to Ryan, the duty manager on New Years Eve. My only complaint is the housekeeping overlooked cleaning our coffee mugs. 4 nights and they were never changed. I’m pretty sure they didn’t vacuum the floors as well but the bed and bathroom were clean. I’d still definitely stay there again.

Overall positive experience. The location is really fantastic and is easily walkable to many places including the subway. The rooms were definitely much smaller than I anticipated and so correspondingly there aren't a lot of horizontal spaces to put things and not a lot of room for hanging things up - so plan to be living out of your suitcase. The bathroom was nice and surprisingly spacious, but water pressure and time-to-heat-up were lacking. The biggest challenge is the elevators which can be somewhat time consuming to use, both on the way up and the way down - so stay closer to ground floor if you're a stairs person. The rooftop area is pretty cool and has a fantastic view. Overall very positive experience for the price.

As soon as got close to our room the area had a sewage smell but this smell was also present in our room. We thought it was temporary so we pressed on with our planned evening and upon our return we could still smell it, so we notified the front desk to which the lady said she will send an engineer to do something about it and will notify us once something had been done. It was already 11pm by this time and we had no call back from the front desk, after growing tired of waiting we went to sleep. In the morning we wanted to leave as quick as possible but to top it all off me and my wife both had like warm showered, much to our dismay.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. There was a variety of food from different restaurants. We had room service which was well served. In general we were happy with our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Wow this hotel has it all!! Fabulous staff made us feel very looked after, We stayed the night for my birthday in the Executive King room it was perfect with a cute little mini fridge, the room itself was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable, We were greeted with a welcome drink when we got to our room there was a bottle of Prosecco on ice to wish me a happy birthday, We are definitely returning to this hotel it’s the best with great attentive staff,

We stayed for 1 night in London to celebrate my husband's birthday and picked this hotel due to it's excellent reviews. It was an amazing hotel, we enjoyed a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Location is perfect, right near Liverpool Street Station. We were welcomed on arrival with a complimentary drink, as we waited a short while for our room to be prepared. Room was specular, very spacious with modern interiors, so quiet as well. My husband even received a complimentary bottle of fizz and birthday greeting from the hotel - so thoughtful! Thank you Andaz London for such a memorable experience - we will certainly be back!

My host Sam was wonderful. However, from the moment I checked in, there were a number of mistakes like how I’m celebrating an anniversary when I’m not, and how I requested to have a baby cot in my room when I didn’t. Sam took the initiative to confirm those details with me and that’s when I told him that I did not make those requests. I thought it was well noted, however when I left my room for about 15 mins to step out to buy something, I returned and there was a baby cot in my room. Staff had entered my room without permission and placed the baby cot in there. I immediately called reception to have it removed. The next morning, a cleaner entered my room without any warning when I was partially undressed. She apologised immediately and said that the staff told her that the room was empty. This stay at Andaz was a big letdown, unfortunately.

Stay was ok. I was told I would be sent an invoice but none since despite several attempts to contact the hotel. My card has now been charged twice and I wi be disputing these charges as I dont know what I’m being charged for. Very upset by this!!!!!
Stay was ok. I was told I would be sent an invoice but none since despite several attempts to contact the hotel. My card has now been charged twice and I wi be disputing these charges as I dont know what I’m being charged for. Very upset by this!!!!!

Andaz London is a true 5-star property and the amenities reflect this level. I was greeted warmly and professionally upon arrival in the morning and did not expect a room to be ready that early, especially since I had made my reservations only 12 hours earlier the previous night. Our concierge, Rohan, at the front desk took very good care of everything and, moreover, when I returned to the room much later that day, found a very nice bttle of wine as a welcome gift. The dining options are quite good and welcoming. I recommend Andaz London with highest ratings.

We stayed for 1 night in London to celebrate my husband's birthday and picked this hotel due to it's excellent reviews. It was an amazing hotel, we enjoyed a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Location is perfect, right near Liverpool Street Station. We were welcomed on arrival with a complimentary drink, as we waited a short while for our room to be prepared. Room was specular, very spacious with modern interiors, so quiet as well. There is something wrong with the plumbing system in the hotel. Loud water pumping noises came from one of the walls in the room which kept me awake at night. The management changed the room for me but the toilet and faucet in the new room made hissing sounds whenever the water was turned on. The sound proofing of the room was poor as I could hear noises from the room above and next to my room.The hotel is located in the business district and not near the main tourist or shopping attractions. The traffic around the hotel was terrible with several road closures throughout the day. We did not find the hotel to be ideally located. Overall, I was rather disappointed with the hotel in terms of comfort and service.

Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Very close to underground station and very easy to get around. They serve breakfast in two restaurants. One is a buffet and one is À la carte And it was included in our stay. We really enjoyed it all. Service was excellent as well. It’s a beautiful hotel and literally the train station is on the back side of building. We loved our stay here.
