Rodeway Inn & Suites Chandler - Phoenix South I-10

I was very disappointed in our stay there, the only good thing was the night clerk, who was very nice. The room, as soon as we walked in smelled like urine. The bed was sunken in. The desk was dirty, stained with a yellowish-brown substance that I have no idea what it was. The walls were stained with dried liquid splattered and running down the walls. We only stayed because we travelled 12 hours and were exhausted. The next morning we woke up to a clogged toilet. Now I know why the room smelled like urine. The toilet overflows.

they pretty much chipped away my money they took like 180 for leaving early promised immediate return to my card for a fee they took the fee 4 days later i’m still waiting for my deposit

Smells like cigarettes. The patio doors had a broken lock or a very weak lock and cracked parts. The table leg inside the room felt like it was ready to break.The dryer downstairs was broken. The vending machine was good. The side and front doors don't close fully, they have signs that the doors lock automatically but their open all night long. They also have you make a 150$ deposit upon arrival. It was really quiet at night. You can occasionally hear people coming out their room but I feel like it's like that in most places. The t.v had no signal :(
