Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Phoenix - Chandler - Downtown

Check-in was great, great customer service, beds were comfortable.Room was clean, dislike was when the AC will turn on, It would make a loud noise each time and wake me up throughout the night. Which was every 15 minutes. Breakfast had no juice only hot coffee. No hot food only oatmeal and bars. Had expensive vending machines. $4 for a water and $5 for a bag of chips.

There was no breakfast unless you want to call wrapped granola bars and wrapped muffins breakfast. The eggs were mass produced boiled eggs in a bag. Outside of the breakfast the staff was ok after check in. The clerk that helped me check in was awesome. Very upbeat and helpful. There was almost never anybody at the front desk. Especially when we needed aomething.

This hotel is very mediocre. The so called breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins and four tangerines. Really no amenities that I felt were worth the price of the motel. No place to sit to eat the mediocre breakfast unless you sat outside in the heat with the flies. The staff was nice and helpful but had no control over the rooms, breakfast, seating or general atmosphere. Not a fun birthday adventure with my grandson.
