One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. The breakfast staff was awesome and helpful. Finally a breakfast with muted channels not forcing people to listen to the news. And great atmosphere and music in the lobby was different from other hotels. The location cannot be beat that close to the island. The parking across the street is still very close to the property. We had a Black Friday deal so it was worth it. Otherwise this hotel doesn’t offer anything that a Hilton does and is cheaper at a Hilton. Don’t know if I would pay the weekend cost for it. Hotel is great with indoor pool and hot tub that are small.

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others! The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Pools stayed open late which was a huge plus to us. The short walk to The Island made it very convenient for our family. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

There was not much parking around the building however they did have a back parking lot across the street that they had in which you could park. It was just very inconvenient for handicap patrons

I choose this property because of the reviews stating that it is clean and close to the Pigeon Forge Island. Both are correct! Free breakfast was good, I utilized the small gym, and there is an extra gated lot for parking which was very nice. You always saw staff cleaning, working and smiling. It is just steps from the island and Alcatraz museum (loved). Margaritaville Inn is on the main strip in pigeon forge. Centrally located.

We liked the hotel, but your parking is enough to make us not stay there. You should have valet parking if customers have to walk that far to park. Especially like us that had to check in late. It was 11:00 p when we got there.

I have stayed at this particular hotel several times in the past and had a really good experience but this experience was really lacking. We had no room service for three days we were there. The two trash were really small and were overflowing with just a few items. By the end of day two, the trash was overflowing into the floor. We had to ask for clean towels and the floors of course were not cleaned during our stay and we had a toddler. Staff was not friendly. Just not a good experience

Very cute, clean, good breakfast, convenient location. The beds were a little hard for my preference, but comfortable. The shower was very nice with lots of pressure. The parking is limited but they do offer a gated lot across the street. I would stay again.

The Hotel was in a great location, all was good , but the only thing was the air conditioner was really loud and didn't make for a good nights sleep, also, the balcony had a big 1x6 board around it which obstructed our view, other than that , it was really good!

The room was clean. Had a good view of the island. Had trouble getting the keurig coffee maker to work when it did work coffee was Luke warm. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. Cushions were flat and arms were worn out.

Love the area. A/C in the room was a little noisy and pointing right at bed you were either cold or hot. Room had fresh new look but the AC unit was a little aged. Not a big deal we love the stay

People smoking marijuana in room next door and the odor of it was in our room when we came back from dinner with our kids. Advised front desk and they did nothing about it. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I do smoke cigarettes myself, but I went outside to the designated smoking area.

We’ve stayed here numerous times , this was the worst . Our bathroom had trash under sink from previous guest . We were kept awake till midnight due to loud music coming across the street . I call 2 times to the front desk they were not interested in what I had to say and acted like it was no big deal . The front desk was rude . We will probably find another vacation spot .

Checking in did not go well first they put me in a queen instead of a king then when they changed the room they sent me to a room that was already occupied which is very dangerous after waiting in lobby for over a hr we finally got put into a room they blame it on us booking through a 3rd party I’ve used hotels .com many times and this has never happened except for this location

Definitely not your traditional margaritaville hotel experience. This is like a Holiday Inn style hotel, but with the Buffet vibe. Staff at check in were amazing. Bobbie was super friendly and very accommodating. She explained the hotel and all its perks, walked me through the property. Was able to accommodate an early check-in. Bobbie suggested things to do in the area gave me coupons and solicitation, Assured me not to miss the breakfast buffet that it was made fresh each day right inside the hotel. Hotel very clean and maintained. Super convenient to area attractions and a quick three minute walk over to the island. great rate, definitely a good choice

When arriving at the room we found the TV was not working. We called the front desk and they told us someone would be right up to fix it. After 30 minutes we went down to the desk to ask again for it to be fixed and they said they would send someone up to fix it while we were at dinner. They're complementary breakfast was fantastic as it included scrambled eggs sausage or bacon waffles fruit toast just to name a few. It was very clean and the staff was really professional and helpful. This was a super place to stay at a very economical rate.

It was just okay. The house keeping don’t speak English. The room was just okay. No carpet and hard wood floors. And every room has a balcony so no point in even getting the best room. No difference. Breakfast was not good at all btw. Microwaves potatoes. Waffles have no flavor.

Overall stay was nice , felt a little small getting down the hallways and etc. breakfast was not good at all , last stay was way better quality of food wise . Tv massive buffering limited selection, no new tech as far as YouTube app etc .
