The best Campinale Iv Stayed it. Staff are very helpful. The hotel has a very large bar and restaurant. The rooms are big and super comfortable.

Hotel is located on an industrial estate which meant it was quiet on the evening and is handily placed for finding places to eat. It was akso close to the motorway allowing for a quick and easy departure. Room was tidy and quite spacious with everything we needed. Parking is very ample and close to the entrance. Staff are very courteous and polite and a wonderful stay was capped off with a very tasty buffet breakfast offering lots of choices with both the cooked and continental available. Normally not a big fan of chain hotels but i would definitely stay at a Campanile hotel again based on this stay.

Older style hotel but has clean rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar on site. Very reasonable pricing.

I got there after a very long day and still had some work to do. When I got to my room it was extremely cold and the heater wasnt working. After trying for 10 minutes and keeping my coat on I went to reception to ask for new room. I was told they weren’t allowed and I had to go back to my room while they sorted the problem. After about 15 minutes more the heating was fixed but the room was chilly all night. I didn’t have the breakfast option. Parking on site which was good

Average hotel on an industrial estate . Ok for a working man nothing plush or anything . Very functional bath and shower . Reasonable beds . Needs carpets upgraded. Reasonable price and plenty of parking

Basic hotel but not bad for the price. Plenty of free parking spaces. Restaurant choices limited. Daily housekeeping for the room with clean towels when needed. Overall a decent hotel for the price you pay. Would stay here again.

Thank you to the cleaners for preparing our room- it was spotless and very welcoming and much appreciated. There was plenty of room. The separate toilet was much better than being in the shower room as often is in these types of hotels. We parked in the hotel car park. The guy on reception wasn’t particularly welcoming but check in went ok.

Firstly, on check in I was asked to pay £15 for my little dog. I was only informed of that on 27th April and not at time of booking which was through Hotels.com. I had booked a non refundable room so you really need to know when booking. Also, the carpet was in need of changing as is was very stained and the backing of the curtains had little holes/rips in so need replacing. The room other than than was clean.

Good value overnight stop, free parking, convenient driving location. Nice breakfast.

The room was dirty with bogies on the wall and very suspicious looking brown stains on the carpet.

The room was suitable for my needs. On day 2 of my stay on arrival I noticed 2 new towels on the bed but the floor had not been hoovered and a dirty tea cup was left on the table which was not moved from the morning

The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were dirty and shabby. Hairs in the bath and holes in the curtains

The room was basic but clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The carpet was stained, and looked dirty and the walls and doorframes were tired looking, in need of decorating, however the cleaning standards were good. I don't eat cooked breakfast but still paid for breakfast as i eat continental breakfast. The choise of cereal was poor, just coco pops rice crispies and cornflakes, no healthy option, and there was only low fat peach yoghurt available, very disappointing. So not much to offer anyone not wanting cooked breakfast.

upon entering my hotel room it smelt of potent urine, there was mould alover the bathroom ceiling, mould on the curtains and dirt on the bed the smell was terrible. so i told reception and was moved to another room. the room i moved to did not smell but there was again mould on the curtains. Our room was right near a car park so we constantly had noise from people right outside our room window.The hotel breaksfast selection was very minimal and not very nice and due to the uncleanliness of the hotel i didnt feel comfortable eating it. the man at reception was not very informative and not very helpful. my sister stayed at the hotel and also had to be moved due to the urine smell and the dirt on her bed. There is nothing aroubd the hotel so u have to book a taxi every where if u have no cabs and none of thes cabs seem to take card even tho over the phone they tell u that they do.overall this is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at and the fact that its similar prices to jurys inn etc which is a much better hotel is shocking to me. i would never stay again and quite frankly i want my money back.

I had 2 rooms booked for works trip, 1 room was fine but the other room was filthy. Bedcovers had stains on them and in the bathroom it looked like excrement. About 1am there was an argument going on in the floor above. Breakfast was ok bacon was nice but sausages were questionable. Would never stay here again.

The inner doors of the rooms bang when closed by occupants disturbing others. Perhaps the hotel can look into putting silicone or rubber along the door edges to muffle the sounds. This would help and especially at night when one's sleep is interrupted.

Rooms were clean, beds nicely made and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I did have problems connecting to the wifi. Maybe you should have a little note telling you how to do it for non techs like myself, that was my only problem. I will gladly stay again. Thank you to all the staff including the restaurant staff for making my stay a wonderful experience in Bradford

It's a campanile, as campanile's go, it is one of the nicer ones. Basic but functional

Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade desperately. Dirty walls in the bathroom. No soap in the dispenser. Beds are lumpy. Walls are thin. However very convenient location and free parking. Reception staff are friendly. Bar staff need to learn their measures, as was poured a short measure of baileys.

The only thing that stop me from giving 5 stars is acoustics , was wondering is the door closers could be adjusted so the doors don't slam as loud , the walls seemed very thin and you could hear doors slamming till late , my daughter even commented that she could hear me talking on the phone and she was in the next room

The room was clean, and had everything we needed however we found the room to be a bit chilly with no way of making it warmer as the remote for the fan had half of the buttons missing! We were in the furthest room and only there for 1 night so just left it but it was a shame as not had this issue when staying there before.

Stayed in this hotel in the summer and it was very average. Needs upgrade in every room . Carpets are dirty and stained . Clean bed and toilet . Room and curtains need money spent on it . During the snow room was freezing . Blown air heating which kept cutting off every 20 mins . Was waking up with cold feet . Had to keep getting up to turn the heating on.

Excellent stay. Staff were amazing smartly dressed very considerate and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Was pleasantly surprised on the whole package very professional and caring.

Very poor check in experience the you g lady on the desk was very slow and did not have any customer service skills, you would be better off with self checkin

We had a lovely stay. Staff were all lovely Jon Paul who was working in the bar was exceptionally helpful friendly and informative. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay again

Great location. Check in was embarrassing with the receptionist trying to tell me I had no reservation! Rooms are basic but good. A comfortable chair in the rooms would not go amiss

The hotel didn't check us in properly and I received a £100 parking charge, took a couple of phone calls and emails to sort out but shouldn't have happened. Not even an apology, won't be staying there again.

Claims to be accessible but curbs are raised, no bus stop accessible. Need a taxi to go to nearest bus stop. Very little nearby. No car? Stay elsewhere unless driving.

i stayed there for two days with my family and it was pleasant, clean, with 24 hours service,all the restaurants and kids play areas and parks are only 10-15 minutes drive, Room curtains should replace with new ones as the curtains are old and torn. recommends for stay.

C lean room reasonably comfortable. Main downside of room was insufficient fir for purpose handrails in shower room. Had gammon steak and chips but no peas, tomatoes or garnish provided with this dish. Breakfast was better than most as it appeared to be cooked in the kitchen rather than having awful self serve for hot food. Could have had a better fruit salad selection for breakfast.

Choose this hotel when visiting relatives as it was the only pet friendly one available in the area. Staff were welcoming and reception area was pleasant. The room was basic & clean but has a badly stained carpet & holes in the curtains. The bar was nicely decorated and we ate dinner in the restaurant which was good & reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet style and adequate. Overall a basic hotel at a budget price. Ok for an overnight stay

Ok for price, but disappointed that the breakfast timings of 6.30-11am were not as advertised so we missed breakfast. A fairly pricy stay when breakfast is not as advertised
