This hostel offers an excellent value in a good location, especially if you’re willing and able to walk (most attractions are 15-30 min away on foot). They are many buses available, but that’s my least favorite form of pubic transit. I was able to get a single room at a better price than nearby hotels and still have some of the same amenities (e.g., 24-hr desk, free luggage storage). The room wasn’t fancy, but it had the essentials and was well maintained. It was also more spacious than expected. The self-catering kitchen is an added amenity not available at most hotels, which helps with cost savings. I was even able to buy a UK plug adapter at a cheaper price than the local stores. The hotel does not appear to offer A/C, but given the weather felt more like early Spring rather than late Summer that shouldn’t be a big issue unless these bizarre heat waves make it that far north. All in all, this was one of the more pleasant hostel stays I’ve had.

There are no curtains on the beds, and there are only two outlets near two of the beds; the rest have no outlet or you need to leave your things charging on the other side of the room
