Fabulous staff, very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location handy for everything. Accommodation lovely and spacious with toiletries & tea/coffee provided - but no hairdryer? Luxury lobby with good selection of assorted seating included sofas, tables & chairs all set out in areas so felt quite private and cozy. Limited but tasty buffet breakfast provided and coffee machine with tea selection too available 24/7. Excellent value for money and a perfect alternate option to a hotel. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe & looked after.

5 stars is not enough! This hotel is beautiful, in a super location, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. The free laundry facilities were important to us and much appreciated. The hotel is located next to the M&S Bank Arena and the Liverpool One Ferris Wheel, and right next to the Royal Albert Dock and Beatles Story Museum. It was a quick walk to a downtown area and a quick uber to the famous Cavern Club. The breakfast food provided a good variety. If we are ever back in Liverpool, we will be staying here!

Clean and spacious rooms which had a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, crockery and 2 hobs for cooking and a lovely open plan living space with views over the water (docks side not river Mersey). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb for getting to things around central Liverpool. We also made use of their secure car park on the ground floor which is locked (although expensive at £24 a night, we at least had peace of mind that our car was safe). We were Impressed by the quality and selection of options for breakfast. The air-con was very effective making our room very cool on a very hot and sunny week! Highly recommend here for a city break!

This is an excellent property for it's price point. The staff were exceptional - full, continental breakfast and there were social hours - kitchenette in room had all one needed and there was a "pantry" to purchase any additional items. Free laundry was a bonus for a traveller. Nicely appointed property with so much to walk to - museums, downtown, restaurants, shops. Loved it!

The most amazing hotel stay ever! Breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day, managers social on Monday to Wednesday a welcome surprise and the room layout and equipment perfect for one, or even a couple. Location couldn't have been better. Fabulous stay! Even has air-conditioning, a welcome plus in these hot summers!

Great location, easy to drive to with access to own underground parking for £24. Opposite Liverpool Arena and a few minutes walk to Albert Dock. Lovely homely rooms, well equipped with sofa, kitchen & little extras little body lotion. Nice lounge area with free drinks/nibbles on Monday-Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm which was nice before our visit to the Arena. Buffet breakfast with a good choice of hot & cold food. We enjoyed our stay & it was great value for money.

I stayed here for a conference at the AAC. Really liked this place. The kitchen allows for easy meals after meeting and the gym allows time to exercise. I’ll stay here again next time.

Average hotel. What was annoying was that the advertised king bed was a full bed. Mattress was quite poor. A stale smell is prevalent on the 2nd floor. The poor guy preparing breakfast is grossly overwhelmed. Average hotel at best.

The room indicated King bed. The bed was more full size and NOT king They should use tape measure to confirm. Ridiculous. The hotel stank on f a musty smell as soon as you got off the elevator. We needed to keep the window open the whole time.

What we liked about the place was the location which was fantastic and we could walk everywhere. even the stadiums were ony a 4 mile walk which was no problem for us. The breakfast was very good. But, we asked for a room an hour early because we had been traveling for 24 hours. What we found was our room didn't look like it was vacuumed as I found a bunch of hair on the carpet and floor was sticky. The toilet was clean on top but the sides were NOT. I can only assume it wasn't completely clean because we asked for a room 1 hour early of check-in time and it was not ready but we took it anyways because we were exhausted. I had to ask for an extra towel too. It must have been a busy day when we arrived as there were no rooms because when we left a week later, they had rooms available at 8AM. Oh well, the trip was great anyways and we would stay again.

I felt everything about this hotel was well thought out. I had a single occupancy studio room. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was the first time I’d stayed there but would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel .. room wasn’t very clean dirt on skits and wall.. service was good breakfast good .. wouldn’t stay again for price as cleanliness let it down also lots of workers staying who were up early and noisy

We had a fantastic couple of nights at the Staybridge Suites, Liverpool. The room was immaculate and had everything you need including a fully equipt kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge. An iron, with ironing board, hairdryer and all the usual hotel room amenities. The staff were excellent and very friendly from the reception to the cleaners and catering team. The breakfast was delicious with buffet style hot and cold options (Full English, cereals, pastries, cheese and meats). We were especially impressed and surprised by the complimentary drinks and nibbles (cheese, biscuits, hummus, pate etc) The location was also great with plenty of nice bars/restaurants around the docks and only a short walk into the middle of Liverpool. 15mins to Mathew Street and the Cavern Club. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again!

Lovely place, our suite was very clean and had such a comfy bed! Peaceful location and a short walk into the city. The only downside was the room was too hot! The minimum temperature for the room was 18degrees which I found too hot to sleep in.

I booked this room for my Auntie and she was welcomed and cared for really well. The staff were patient and kind with her as she wasn’t use to key cards, she said the room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the wheel. She loved having a little kitchenette to make coffee and the breakfast was great too. The location was perfect before our cruise.

Nice room with lots of space and well appointed. Very friendly, helpful staff. The only really negative points were that the breakfast wasn't as good as I have had in other staybridge hotels and the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only slight negatives were that the king sized bed was two smaller beds pushed together and these did move apart and create a dip in the middle of the bed overnight. There is also some building work ongoing in the area so there was a drilling noise at times.

Very pleasant stay. Very close to the Arena and Albert Docks. Staff very polite and helpful (phoned to report my iron wasn’t working someone was at the door in less than a minute with a replacement!). Good buffet breakfast. Only issue was wifi internet was very unreliable on second floor (either slow or not connected) and limited network coverage.

Hotel was in a good location, the parking was ok, but took about 20 minutes to get them to let us in (not good as we were in a hurry to get to an appointment we had). The room was well equipped and the kitchen a big bonus! The main issue was a very rude member of staff on reception, who told us we should have booked direct and by not doing so we didn’t deserve any extra perks. This was when checking in, so didn’t really feel very welcomed. The other staff were ok, didn’t really interact with many others after this anyway. The breakfast was tasty enough, but had a bit of a cattle market feel about it, very rushed and kept running out of things and having to wait. Been to lots of other hotels and just didn’t feel this one was particularly special. Loved Liverpool and would return, but will stay elsewhere.

Lovely modern hotel near Albert Dock. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen, although we didn't use it, was equipped, no oven however. Car parking was handy but spaces are a bit tight for larger cars. Seemed safe area with plenty of eateries. Would definitely stay again.

This clean and modern hotel is in a great location at the edge of the tourist side of the waterfront. Great location for the convention center, the Ferris wheel, and the various museums and attractions. Good amount of space in the suites as well.

We love trying here. My friend and I stay here when we go to a concert at the M&S arena. It is literally next door to it! Very close to the docklands too. It’s perfect. Our room is always excellent too. Clean and well equipped. It has everything we need.

Celebrating a 40th birthday which I’d notified the hotel about. No mention of it, disappointing considering I always book IHG hotels and usually get at least a happy birthday on check-in. No info given regarding breakfast time or complementary coffee throughout the day. I only knew about this due to prior research. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Huge queue for coffee machines at breakfast. Constantly running out of milk in machine so guests had to then find staff who advised them there was another machine, that already had a minimum of 10 people waiting at. As soon as pastries re stocked they were empty within a minute. Same with hot items. You’d get a sausage then it’d be cold by the time the bacon came out. Free breakfast is a nice idea but I’d rather pay more and have great service that can keep up with the demand. It wasn’t even a weekend!

A good location for visiting the city centre (a 15-minute walk) and excellent for any event at the M&S Bank Arena. Proximity to the Arena was the main reason we stayed here. Overall the hotel is average. Staff are polite but our room wasn't very clean and there's a lot of noise from doors being slammed in the corridor. You'll get some street noise too but it's quieter than a city centre hotel. The breakfast is only average. You sit where you like and help yourself. The food is of average quality and the hot buffet is limited to four items each morning. Over our three says there were no fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or black pudding. Overall it was okay but we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Excellent location, rooms very clean, extremely quiet of a night. Breakfast was ok, but, with only 2 staff on, they were stretched. Kept running out of food, but it was refilled, so queues did form for either plates or food at certain times. That said, we’d definitely stay again.

Stayed 1nt only, checking in late and leaving in the morning. Overall a good stay, room nice & large, good amenities but felt the brekkie could have been so much better , the egg looked like a cloth and only 3 items on cooked breakfast.

Brilliant stay in a good location on the Albert Docks. Very clean, good spacious room, and loads of options at breakfast which I wasn't expecting so very pleasantly surprised! All staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!
