The room seemed to be of a certain age, but the facilities were adequate and no inconveniences for a family stay. The unmanned check-in was smooth, and the washing machine on the basement floor worked perfectly. If I have the opportunity to sfay in Brussels agaIn, I would definitely use this accommodation.

The room and bathroom were very clean but the decor and fittings were a little dated. We had a kitchen area which was well equipped and very clean and had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. The bedroom had a huge bed which was very comfortable. Our teenagers slept on the bed settee which was comfortable too. The rooms were bright and airy and had blackout curtains. All rooms overlooked a beautiful park that we used a lot and it had a little kiosk serving drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the car park which is at the side of the hotel and was very safe and secure. It is underground and was a little challenging with our 7 seater but manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would use the hotel again.

L'appartement pour 4 personnes était spacieux et bien agencé, donnant sur cour au calme sur un balcon commun (dommage qu'il ne puisse pas être privatisé). Plutôt bien équipé avec des toilettes separées. Il serait bien d'aménager l'entrée, cela manque de portemanteaux, on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires. La cuisine est aussi fonctionnelle, j'ai apprécié que nous ayons à disposition une éponge et du liquide vaisselle. Bien que l'ensemble soit propre, cela manque d'entretien. Il y a avait une odeur trés forte, la moquette épaisse est tachée et datée. Le canapé lit inconfortable et taché. Peu convenir pour des petits enfants, mais teop léger pour une literie d'adultes, il manquait une latte au bout du lit. Le canapé ouvert, il n'y a que 3 assisses et 2 places au bar. Cela serait bien de rajouter des sièges où il faut manger à tour de rôle, ce n'est pas pratique. Le parking est facile d'accès et sécurisé. Le lieu est très calme. Il faut compter 30 min à pied pour le parc de Bruxelles et 10 min pizr le métro. Plein de commerces et de restaurants à quelques rues.

B-Aparthotel Ambiorix provides excellent value for money. The room was spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen (with cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and electric tea kettle, as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans), desk and chair, cable TV, amble bathroom space and a large bed. The only real downside was the condition of the carpet and some of the furnishings--stains noticeable stains on the carpet for instance and dated furniture. However, if you can overlook the items that are dated and worn, it is a very affordable space near the Euro Quarter that provides a plenty of room to get work done and would be comfortable for long and short stay. I have no comments on the staff as I checked myself in as it was a late hour. The self-serve facilities work fine.

L'appartement était très bien, propre, espace suffisant pour une famille de 4, le nécessaire de vaisselle était le bienvenu. Par contre, le canapé lit était très dur, il n'y a pas de matelas, donc mes filles ont mal dormi. Et le lit de la chambre était très dur également, donc j'ai très mal dormi. Il n'y a pas d'accueil dans l'immeuble, ça fait bizarre au premier abord, mais finalement, on fait sans! Le parking est très étroit, il faut manoeuvrer tout le temps, ce n'est pas pratique, et pour faire demi-tour, un enfer! Mais il existe et ça rend service quand notre véhicule arrive a y entrer.

I booked a room for a weekend in Bruxelles. The room in itself was fine with enough space and a great bed. But the entire 2 floor was so warm. I turned on the AC to cool me room down only to find out it blew out warm air. I asked in the reception if this could be fixed, but it was not a mistake. They advised me to open the balcony door to get in cold air, but the balcony was shared with multiple rooms which felt a bit unsafe. Also when I went to take a cold shower to cool down for the extremely warm room, it only had hot water?! So this hotel is definitely for you if you love warm conditions.

I was amazed at how large the room was and had a balcony as well. Almost everything was perfect. The very few things that could be improved were: heated towel rack wasn't working, tile on balcony tipped as was very loose (a bit dangerous), not a fan of the blankets inside duvet covers and would rather have feather duvets, a few more outlets near the bed would be nice, and wifi in lobby was poor. The staff should be aware of the poor lobby wifi as I wasted about 1.5 hrs. thinking it was something wrong with my laptop as my phone connected fine. Once I got to my room, all was well with the wifi.

Veldig bra location. Enkelt å sjekke inn/ut. Rask responstid fra hotellet på Mail. Fint rom, men ekstremt varmt og tung luft. Ingen AC. Føltes som 30 grader på rommet, selv med døren på gløtt. Ellers var oppholdet veldig fint.

Large, comfy apartments. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good location for getting to train and metro. Only downsides were no A/C in rooms during some hot summer nights (but the staff kindly provided us with fans to help), and that one of our rooms did not have a pull-out sofa as advertised (but we adjusted).

We stayed about 2 weeks and we were satisfied with them. The staffs are friendly, kind and nice! There are small kitchen in the room and free laundry helped a lot for us. Good location and easy to sightseeing.

The apartment was central and had a decent location. The size was also good, with a living room and dining area for all 5. But the apartment was more worn than we had expected, and it was not particularly well cleaned. It is unpleasant to see such clear traces from the previous guest! We complained about two things at the reception, poor cleaning and worn, holey towels. They promised to fix this while we were out. When we came back, they had changed out the poor towels, but the new ones were also holey and worn! AND it was still just as poorly cleaned in one of the bathrooms. Disappointing that a remark on cleaning is not followed up better. We wouldn't recommend B-Aparthotel Ambiorix to others.

I spent 4 nights in this horrible place. The first thing that struck me when entering the appartment was the very unpleasant smell - from very old plastic? - and the room temperature of 25 degrees, with no functioning AC. The general impression of the place was just incredibly shabby, as if time had stood still threre for the past 50 years. Wallpapers and floor carpet were torn and dirty, and the furniture was old, outdated and uncomfortable. The tv:s had only analog channels that didn’t work. Each time I used the bathroom sink, the bathtub drain made a very loud noise for about five minutes!? On the first day, there was a leak from the roof in my kitchen, apparently from the toilet in the appartment above - I did’t much feel like cooking after that… 190€/ night in this apparthotel is a total ripoff. There is no cleaning service, and you are expected to take out the garbage yourself, otherwise you risk a fine of 150€. It absolutely does not deserve its 3-star rating; it should have no star at all.

Apartment size was good , but floor carpet was very dirty and smelly , apartment smell was bad. Looks like rooms was not opened for long time. Kitchen utensils were only 2 . Dish washer was blocked and we could not open to use. Nice location, apartment maintenance was bad.

Stained and sticky carpet, iron burn on carpet, broken toilet sink, very strong sewerage smell first morning after using bath and shower) Second room was a bit better but still had to clean thick layer off dirt off heated bathroom rail before I could use it for hanging.

Large, comfy apartments. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good location for getting to train and metro. Only downsides were no A/C in rooms during some hot summer nights (but the staff kindly provided us with fans to help), and that one of our rooms did not have a pull-out sofa as advertised (but we adjusted).

Excellent staff - who supported me in a tricky situation. They were caring, thoughtful, respectful and I can't rate them highly enough in that regard. The location is great, quite, bus to from airport is 5 mins walk. The hotel is opposite a pretty park; 20 mins walking you are in the city centre. Several nice pubs and small restaurants are within 5 - 10 mins walk. I felt safe as a single traveler. Thank you!

Un complexe d'appartement vieillissant, un literie laissant à désirer, des moquettes tachées, une odeur de détergent dans les chambres et aucun service sur place le week-end. De plus, malgré ma demande et l'accord préalable pour un late check out, ça n'a pas été pris en compte et le gardien a été extrêmement désagréable quand nous lui avons indiqué que nous restions le dimanche jusqu'à 17h comme c'était prévu et payé. Je rajoute que nous avons été réveillé à 7h45 du matin par l'alarme et qu'ensuite on nous a facturé parce qu'on a voulu l'arrêter... en dehors de l'emplacement et charmant parc en face, je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement, très cher pour la piètre qualité !

This apartment did the job for a 3 day stay. We spoke with housekeeping a couple of times and useful in each occasion. Did have to call the emergency number on one occasion due to leaving straighteners on in the room, however they did not answer after multiple calls. They eventually called back and were very good and attended the room to turn the straighteners off. Some marks in the carpet however the general cleanliness of the apartment was good. Next to a bus stop for the apartment and the metro was nearby. The area was quiet and we slept with windows open and no issues with noise.

The service I got from the staff was amazing. Super friendly and trying to do their best. The cleaning of the room could have been better and a renovation of the rooms would be good as well. Question is, will the renovation be profitable for the owners, I guess not. All in all, I love the place and do highly recommend it.

I thought the rooms were very spacious. Quiet. There was a misunderstanding on my part while checking in, but it was resolved quickly and Expedia support was also very helpful. Check out was super easy. This location is close to EU building sites. The in room amenities made it easy to buy your own groceries and dine in and cook meals as required. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit.
