La estancia fue muy agradable y segura, lo único que no me agradó fue que se percibía un poco de polvo al interior de la recepción y estacionamiento por causa de obras de mantenimiento al mismo. Por lo demás...sin problema alguno.

Una gran relación beneficio - precio. El estacionamiento es mejorable, el adjunto es pequeño y el adicional está a algunos metros y hay que avisar para que lo abran. El elevador podría recibir mantenimiento o renovación. Habitación cómoda y limpia, el baño podría mejorar en la cortina y el agua caliente parece tener solo horario diurno. En general, muy cómodo, staff muy amable.

Está muy accesible, tiene buenos precios, la atención del personal excelente, lo único que no me gustó es que no tiene mucho estacionamiento propio, está en remodelación pero por el imbien del huésped, pero en general excelente.

Not a good experience!The hotel is under construction! Construction dust throughout the hotel and inside the rooms, No A/C, no lobby or cafeteria. Unfortunately it was not mentioned at the time of the booking. It is an excellent area and the hotel will be really nice, after construction with a good staff, however it should be mentioned that the hotel is under construction, it was not a good experience at all!

Me gusto: remodelaron los cuartos y que ya no huele a rancio. Que tiene estacionamiento gratuito. No me gusta su recepción y que no pude ubicar escaleras de emergencia.

Excelente lugar. Lastima que esta en obra de rehabilitacion. Los cuartos quedaron excelentes. Sin embargo, el hidroneumatico hace ruido cada 10 min y en ka madrugada no deja dormir. Espero que busquen otro lugar que no afecte a los que pernoctamos en el hotel.

Entiendo que se estan haciendo adecuaciones al hotel y por lo tanto aun no esta funcional al 100%. Sin embargo, el sistema hidroneumatico es muy ruidoso. En la noche y la madrugada uno no puede dormir, al igual que el elevador mucho ruido. Ojala puedan arreglar esos detalles ya que el hotel en lo gral es muy bueno.

Very close to bars and restaurants in Condesa. Front desk was available 24 hours, and they were very kind for the check-in and check-out. There are two things I wish were better: 1. there was a lot of noise (I understand we need to expect some noise because of the neighborhood, but there was no noise cancelling at all) and 2. there was some trash around the front desk, and there was an envelope that apparently was used by a previous guest, which suggests that the room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The rest of the room, the bed, the restroom, the space to store the clothes, etc, everything else was good.

NO RESPETAN LAS RESERVAS!! Mi reserva tuvo un costo extra por pedir 2 camas (a pesar de solo ser 2 personas), al llegar nos dieron habitacion con 1 sola cama y no les importó que hubieramos hecho reserva desde hacia varias semanas antes. Al llegar pedimos cambio y nos lo negaron argumentando que solo tenian esa habitacion disponible. El baño estaba tapado, nos dieron un jacuzzi donde la regadera estaba en medio y sucio. Habia cabellos por todos lados Las cortinas estaban completamente desgarradas Olia terrible la habitacion Tuvimos que dejar el hotel ya que no nos dieron solucion alguna.

The place is priced well. Things there are old and run down. Weird smells from the curtains. There are dead bugs everywhere. My bathroom there was a bunch of them on the floor. The upside is the cleaning people are nice. The front desk staff are nice. I would not be staying here again.

The hotel is under construction, but not regular construction, to the level on which we went to our room at 2:00PM on our second day, trying to rest of a long walk on the city, to found a cloud of drywall dust on the entire room. We had problems beathing, so we couldn't rest and had to go out. During the night the dust was not that visible, but you could smell it and see it over every single piece of furniture. On top of that, they had no A/C, so you have to sleep with the window open on a room facing a busy avenue of Mexico City. They most likely don't even pas a regular inspection, the Smoke detectors were cover, I guess to prevent accidental triggering due to the dust. It was by far the worst hotel I been on my life. We didn't want to ruin our 3 days on the city having to look for another hotel on a busy weekend (OASIS was playing that Saturday), but they should close that hotel until construction is fully finish and should refund our money.

Ceiling fan is sufficient to keep the room cool at night in October. Bars, cafes, restaurants located around Parque Mexico next to Amsterdam Ave. are all within walking distance from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, Do prepare to bring earplugs due to busy traffics on the main avenue facing the front of the hotel, or ask for a room far along the quieter street of Calle Popovateletl behind the hotel.

You gotta be very careful when choosing this hotel. It has a fantastic location at a great price but you must be aware that the description is not accurate: they list queen beds in most rooms and what you get is a small size double bed NOT a queen. This has happened twice to me already and if you are sharing the room is impossible to have a good night sleep. Last time I brought this up to the receptionist who was completely aware that the listing says QUEEN and what you get is a small DOUBLE. Also beware that most rooms have only ceiling fans and poor ventilation so it can get very warm in the rooms.

This hotel was fine, but I'm glad I only stayed there for 1 night. The room was small, and there was construction going on in the hotel so it was very loud from 9am to 6pm. Besides the construction, I was able to hear everything happening in the room next to us (their conversations, toilet flushing, etc.). The plus is that it's in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Location is superb and the price is very fair for the area. We had some weird plumbing issue where to get hot water for the shower, we had to run the sink. However, they are still going through a renovation so that might be why. Otherwise, the staff spoke great English and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again but opt for a room with ac.

En general por el costo que se ofrece es un buen hotel. La ubicación es excelente si te gusta la zona de restaurantes, cafés y lugares de interés por la noche. Hay de todo. El hotel en mi estadía se encontraba en remodelación, por lo que había ruido a partir de 9am, el hotel tenia restaurante para desayuna, comida y cena. Algunas habitaciones ya estaban remodeladas, otras no. El personal es muy cálido y amable, los recepcionistas siempre atentos, y en el restaurante ni se diga... un trato muy personal. Creo que vale mucho la pena el lugar, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y todo lo necesario, yo viaje con niños de 2 años y medio hasta 12 años y no tenemos queja alguna. Gracias, sin duda volvería.

I had a booking for 6 nights, over my birthday. The room I was given was extremely cold so much so that I had to use duvet from other bed so two duvets and wear a jumper to bed. Also the water was stone cold. I told a staff member who told me to wear a jumper. I told her re duvets and she did not care. I asked for a new room as I had developed a cold and needed a hot shower. She said no I asked again and eventually yes but told to wait a whole day. I said no and eventually I got a room that night. Unsure why she initially said no and then suddenly room was available. I had a booking for 6 nights, over my birthday. The room I was given was extremely cold so much so that I had to use duvet from other bed so two duvets and wear a jumper to bed. Also the water was stone cold. I told a staff member who told me to wear a jumper. I told her re duvets and she did not care. I asked for a new room as I had developed a cold and needed a hot shower. She said no I asked again and eventually yes but told to wait a whole day. I said no and eventually I got a room that night. Unsure why she initially said no and then suddenly room was available. I was very comfortable here for over a week. Great location. Comfortable bed. Only complaints, lots of street noise/honking, had to have my key reprogrammed every time, and once when I extended my stay, they packed me up and moved everything out of my room, not realizing that I had extended my stay and had asked to remain in the same room. I understand mistakes can happen, but it would've been nice to at least have an apology when they saw how concerned and upset I was at my missing personal items and computers.

Ceiling fan is sufficient to keep the room cool at night in October. Bars, cafes, restaurants located around Parque Mexico next to Amsterdam Ave. are all within walking distance from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, Do prepare to bring earplugs due to busy traffics on the main avenue facing the front of the hotel, or ask for a room far along the quieter street of Calle Popovateletl behind the hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com muitas opções de restaurantes próximo. Transporte também super de fácil acesso. O local é simples, mas é dentro do esperado. Achamos ótima relação de custo x benefício. Os atendentes são todos cordiais. Um ponto chato foi que compramos uma refeição para comer no quarto e o hotel não dispunha de talheres para os hóspedes. A alegação era de que o restaurante já estava fechado. Por fim, a recepcionista me conseguiu um kit de talher.

Lo bueno: es un Hotel remodelado, en una zona concurrida, con restaurant; (por las noches tiene bares y restaurantes en calles cercanas) zona tranquila, mucho turistas (estadounidenses y canadienses abundan) cercano a farmacias, cajeros automáticos (ATM), oficinas de gobierno entre otros... Lo malo: no cuenta con Aire acondicionado ni minisplit; hay mucho ruido (sobretodo x las noches y mas en fin de semana), lo entendemos xq es una avenida con mucho tráfico (Insurgentes sur); solo cuenta con un elevador... Por todo lo demás bien: limpieza de habitaciones, atención de recepción y restaurante.

En general por el costo que se ofrece es un buen hotel. La ubicación es excelente si te gusta la zona de restaurantes, cafés y lugares de interés por la noche. Hay de todo. El hotel en mi estadía se encontraba en remodelación, por lo que había ruido a partir de 9am, el hotel tenia restaurante para desayuna, comida y cena. Algunas habitaciones ya estaban remodeladas, otras no. El personal es muy cálido y amable, los recepcionistas siempre atentos, y en el restaurante ni se diga... un trato muy personal. Creo que vale mucho la pena el lugar, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y todo lo necesario, yo viaje con niños de 2 años y medio hasta 12 años y no tenemos queja alguna. Gracias, sin duda volvería.

The hotel is under construction, but not regular construction, to the level on which we went to our room at 2:00PM on our second day, trying to rest of a long walk on the city, to found a cloud of drywall dust on the entire room. We had problems beathing, so we couldn't rest and had to go out. During the night the dust was not that visible, but you could smell it and see it over every single piece of furniture. On top of that, they had no A/C, so you have to sleep with the window open on a room facing a busy avenue of Mexico City. They most likely don't even pas a regular inspection, the Smoke detectors were cover, I guess to prevent accidental triggering due to the dust. It was by far the worst hotel I been on my life. We didn't want to ruin our 3 days on the city having to look for another hotel on a busy weekend (OASIS was playing that Saturday), but they should close that hotel until construction is fully finish and should refund our money.
