Excelentes instalaciones. Buen atención del personal. El destino muy rico y los meseros y chef, siempre al pendiente de los comensales. Regresaría con gusto y también lo recomendaría ampliamente. Únicamente me gustaría que llenarán los dispensadores de gel antibacterial de los pasillos y elevadores.

Todo muy bien solo la conexión con el estacionamiento es rara pues hay varios elevadores y unons son de servicio pero igual podrían llevar al estacionamiento, solo que no funcionan del todo bien. Para las habitaciones solo funcionaba 1 elevador lo cual retrasaba un poco y sentí que no había mucha gente

Me gustó que está en una zona tranquila y segura, con varios comercios, tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Lo que no me gustó es que el Hotel se está haciendo viejo, tienen que remodelar algunos aspectos del inmueble. Como elevadores, sus sensores, que no sirven, alfombras, plancha para ropa, burro para planchar, entre otras. El buffet, para tener costo extra, no es bueno. No hay variedad y no tiene sabor, pedí homelete con machaca,y está ya sabía feo, como pescado seco. En resumen, está más caro que el Holiday Inn Express, pero No es mejor que este.

Hace unos 4 años estuve en ese mismo hotel. Ya las toallas estan muy malitas. Las sabanas muy venidas a menos e incluso una de las fundas de las almohadas tenia hasta rayones de pluma. La cama excelente, el lobby es muy pequeño para un buen hotel. Tienen 4 silloncitos en 30 mts cuadrados. El precio bueno, pero esperama mas.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, habitaciones y camas amplias y cómodas. Ocupamos 2 habitaciones , íbamos familia desde niños hasta adultos mayores y todos muy cómodos. Personal muy amable. Únicos detalles que el elevador que conecta del estacionamiento 2do piso a PB no servía, y un poco más de limpieza en las paredes del baño. De ahí en más todo muy bien.

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

La habitación carecía de condiciones de aseo general, las cortinas y blackouts se encontraban deteriorados y caídos. La acumulación de polvo era excesiva, al en vender el aire acondicionado el polvo se levantaba por la habitación. Las sabanas el primer día tenían manchas. El piso de la ducha tiene principios de hongos. Lamentable el aseo de la habitación, no parecía una cadena de hoteles respetable sino por el contrario una habitación de motel de carretera

La atención y la comunicación. Mal servicio de Restaurante. Tuve que salir un día antes del hotel, avisé con tiempo y no me devolvieron el día que no utilice. Les escribí y solo el gerente se disculpo sin más explicaciones. Gracias por enviar la forma de poder comentarles como me fue en el Hotel. Tal vez por las políticas de la empresa no reintegren el dinero de los servicios que no utilizaste. Pero te lo deberían de comentar.

Al llegar, no había personal en recepción, duramos casi 1 hora esperando hasta que fuimos a la torre del Holiday inn express y tuvo que ir la persona que estaba en la recepción de esa torre para revisar porque no había nadie y tardo en darnos la habitación, la factura jamás llegó y no es la primera vez que tenemos inconvenientes de este tipo.

Al llegar, no había personal en recepción, duramos casi 1 hora esperando hasta que fuimos a la torre del Holiday inn express y tuvo que ir la persona que estaba en la recepción de esa torre para revisar porque no había nadie y tardo en darnos la habitación, la factura jamás llegó y no es la primera vez que tenemos inconvenientes de este tipo.

La atención y la comunicación. Mal servicio de Restaurante. Tuve que salir un día antes del hotel, avisé con tiempo y no me devolvieron el día que no utilice. Les escribí y solo el gerente se disculpo sin más explicaciones. Gracias por enviar la forma de poder comentarles como me fue en el Hotel. Tal vez por las políticas de la empresa no reintegren el dinero de los servicios que no utilizaste. Pero te lo deberían de comentar.

Excelentes instalaciones. Buen atención del personal. El destino muy rico y los meseros y chef, siempre al pendiente de los comensales. Regresaría con gusto y también lo recomendaría ampliamente. Únicamente me gustaría que llenarán los dispensadores de gel antibacterial de los pasillos y elevadores.

Me gustó que está en una zona tranquila y segura, con varios comercios, tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Lo que no me gustó es que el Hotel se está haciendo viejo, tienen que remodelar algunos aspectos del inmueble. Como elevadores, sus sensores, que no sirven, alfombras, plancha para ropa, burro para planchar, entre otras. El buffet, para tener costo extra, no es bueno. No hay variedad y no tiene sabor, pedí homelete con machaca,y está ya sabía feo, como pescado seco. En resumen, está más caro que el Holiday Inn Express, pero No es mejor que este.
