The hotel was under construction and there was a sign at check in. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds, but were offered to switch rooms after having no faucets in the bathroom. The other room was okay, bed comfortable, working TV, microwave and fridge. The curtains were dirty and had water stains. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and there was black water marks. The baseboards were dirty and parts of the wall smashed and flaking off. There were clear signs of no smoking but the hallway smelled like weed. We reported and were told there was nothing they could do. The hot tub was under construction which was a disappointment. There was a bench in the workout room with no weights, one other machine. Clearly, the whole hotel was under construction. Had we known this, we would not have booked our stay here.

Used to be a Holiday Inn Express and was nice. Not any more! When we checked in, noticed no ceiling light bulb in light above door or the bathroom. Asked the front desk and they said they were out of them and on backorder. They have Home Depot and Lowes 6 miles away. No wash clothes, on back order. Ice machines on every floor, only second floor one wrks. Mens and Ladies Guest bathrooms on ground floor had filthy (fecal spattered bowls) were never cleaned for the whole stay. Had to get toilet paper from front desk. Also no paper towels. Breakfast was minimal and Coffee horrible. Lucky IHOP close by. 1 0f 2 elevators functional. Trash surrounds the outside grounds. Staffing, Housekeeping etc. appears to be a skeleton crew. Some members have to work double shifts. Much more, tired of typing. Will stay at Hampton again next time.

Where to begin: hot tub doesn't work, pool was freezing cold. Security for the pool door broken so any child could wander in there. Elevator took forever and you have to hit the buttons hard to get it to work. The breakfast not good. They cancelled our reservations because we weren't there by 4 am because our flight was delayed even though I had already paid for thr room. Had to argue with staff because she said I would have to pay for another room, finally they gave us a room. We booked 2 queen beds, but they gave us a king with a sofa. Shower knob was broken, took significant strength to turn on it off. Ice machines don't work. Housekeeping never came to our room during a 4 day, 3 night stay. Dirty tables in the dining room. Just not what we were expecting, very disappointing.

Husband got stuck in the elevator. Construction mess everywhere. Room was dirty in places. Dirty in bathroom. Tv didnt work. Toilet didnt flush well. Shower knob was loose and had to be turned many times to get hot water. Staff were very nice and best part of the stay. Will not stay here again.

The entire second floor smelled strongly of marijuana… great for three young children. Our bathroom toilet would not flush properly, there was black mold in the bathroom and part of the wall was falling part. My son opened up the pullout couch only to find no sheets and a huge urine appearing stain. I emailed management my concerns, but did not get a response. I would never recommend staying here!

When I arrived the entire lobby was full of boxes of flooring...and it smelled so bad of paint. I ended up with a head ache and was completely congested when waking up the next morning.The property was not very clean at all. Seems they are painting and not replacing any old and broken furniture in the rooms. Mold in bathroom, ac unit loud and not working properly, carpet absolutely disgusting.I literally slept in a robe on top of the bedding because the bed had yellowish-brown stains on it...I would not suggest anyone stay here. I should have taking all the reviews more seriously....live and learn 😒

BED BUGS AND ROACHES not a clean property at all!! They have bed bugs and roaches and clearly know it. There were roaches crawling around the lobby when we left, after we found two bed bugs crawling on the walls in the room. We didn’t stay for any of the nights we booked. Still waiting on a refund from hotel.

The room was disgusting. Pee on the toilet, dirt and hair in the bathtub, sticky substance on the nightstand, and a terrible smell in the hallways. The elevator worked sometimes. Terrible experience. Pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else that is clean and better taken care of.

I reserved a suite with 2 queen and pull out couch. The couch had no mattress. None if the 3 ice machines were working. The buttons on the elevator were extremely hard to push to choose floor. Beds were comfortable. No blow dryer in bathroom, just the bracket on the wall.

Under renovation and it showed…one wall in bathroom had so much water damage that the paint was bubbled up and falling off, mildew stains in shower, purple stripe on TV distorting anything we watched, air conditioner made weird noise when it kicked on and elevator buttons didn’t want to work. Other than that, it was fine, nothing was extraordinarily good. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:00, which was a little late for our needs.

Door lock was dead in the suite i originally booked, then was moved to a small room with just 1 bed. Then that door lock died our last day. Locks need new batteries or something. Another patron had the same problem during our stay. 3 rooms on a holiday are too many to make unusable. However, staff was great, premises and room clean and safe.

Not a good stay. First room was a mess had to get another room. Lady at desk said she was told the room was ready. The elevator for the 4 story hotel yad issues. The second floor button did not work. Second time in elevator would not move finally let us out. We used stairs the rest of the time. Room was okay just the bed had no mattress covers just a this sheet. TV was good and the heat was good. Next morning the breakfast had no one working. The food was out open at 7am we showed up at 740. People waiting said the lady at front desk is doing everything. Had to wait 20 minutes until she came in and started to fix breakfast. Very disappointed with the service for breakfast. Not the best place we stayed need work room was a little run down. Had a big bucket in lobby to catch a leak from the ceiling.

First night we arrived I went to take a shower and tub was dirty. Looks like someone pissed or spit in tub. Next day I found housekeeper in hallway and asked her to clean. She very politely asked me to ask at front desk. I went to front desk and made the request. Clerk acted like I was an imposition. Needless to say it never got cleaned. Two night rental and no shower. Why did I pay for a hotel??

It was extremely dirty, the carpet and stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. The breakfast foods were mediocre at best. Your staff were excellent, Monica and Colter were super friendly, accommodating and professional!

I requested a refund for my due to poor room conditions and no room service. For me and my autistic, minor daughter's entire stay, our room was hot - the room AC was poorly functioning and felt like at least 75°. When I mentioned it to staff, I was given a box fan because there were no more rooms available. Also, our room was not cleaned. We were gone for much of the day attending a funeral in town, so we did not notice until returning to the room later in the evening.

I arrived very late and just needed to stay 1 night, location was great and staff was friendly. Elevator and lobby was dirty and smelled. It was very dated so I feel that was the smell but the elevators were nasty. The room was clean but also very dated, if it had not been for the 1 night and non-refundable, I would have gone next door where there was alot of outside lighting (safer looking).

Easy to get too and conveniently located by various restaurants . King size room was enough although the bed looked odd and miss-shaped but didn’t have issues sleeping on it . The staff was super nice.

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing worked. Ice machine and elevator down, air conditioner leaked, rug was soaked, hot tub and restroom broke down in pool area, breakfast was horrible, coffee was cold, coffee maker in the room was broke, toilet ran all night. All this for 150.00 dollars. It was the worst.

Well, it came w a free breakfast at least in the add. However it was under construction and the breakfast was not available for 1. Then I went to make coffee and it was not good also - had to get a different coffee maker from the front desk. I'm sure it will be better when finished, but for now it isn't what was advertised.

this hotel is a very pleasant surprise. The desk staff was courteous and helpful, the room very clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the condition of the hotel was good.
