Highly recommend the room we booked was a pet friendly room right next to a little grass area they called paws club. There were a lot of workers staying but at night it was silent. If I travel thru again will use this hotel again. It is a pity the restaurant isn’t open at night on the weekends but all good just used Door dash

We've stayed here before but in a studio unit so thought we'd stay again but this visit we required 2 rooms, beds and sheets were fine, but the cleanliness of the rooms was disgusting - dusty, rubbish under the beds. There weren't enough cutlery for 4 - cutlery missing. The room overall was rundown. One of the remotes didn't work and the other one worked sometimes. Our room was serviced but no extra towels were provided, one face cloth and one hand towel for 4 people? Really! No instructions in the laundry, and due to being far from anything no cash machine to get cash/coins! No small milk provided in he fridge or bottles of water. Really bad conditions for a two bedroom unit, much better accommodation for the price we paid elsewhere in Mackay. Really bad appearance of all motels down the Nebo Road strip in our opinion.

Tiled floors very dirty. Doors easily opened by 2 yo who ran off and can’t be secured from inside the room. Accidentally left key in the room and the door was locked on outside. No person on-site available and had to wait over 30 min for someone to let us back into the room.

Bed comfortable. Couch and areas of the property weren’t very clean. Cutlery also not clean. Bedside table in one of the rooms hadn’t even been wiped and showed stickiness all over it. Easy and lots of parking available. Checkin was smooth and staff friendly. Quiet area and minimal noise.

For the amount we paid for the 2 bedroom which was discounted, we were disappointed. Have paid a lot less for better 2 bedroom apartments. Shower head was not very good and probably needs fixing. Hair dryer did not work well. Limited kitchen facilities and dining area. Rooms were okay, but under both beds were items from other people, so not sure how well the place is cleaned. It was okay, but just not worth the amount we paid. Staff were friendly.

Great room and staff although the room was starting to look a little tired...but in saying that the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower hot, the toiletries very good, and the towels soft. Has a smart TV but is not hooked up to the internet. Also loved the balcony over the pool and the outdoor seating.

This motel is well located, very clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are a good size. It is getting a little bit dated though, could use a refresh, mostly the bathroom. Wifi was a bit hit and miss also. We would stay again.

I stayed in room 253 every time you flush the toilet it was real noisy for about five minutes afterwards the outside light keep showing through the front window even though the curtains were closed it was still like daylight in your room

I did not like the unexpected fees for entire length of stay. They upgraded my room and without telling me upon check in, would in fact cost me more $$. Staff were rude to me and I felt humiliated when I couldn't afford to pay the additional costs. Un-accomodating to say the least.

No dining options available over the weekend and being over 20 minutes walk from city centre, is a little disappointing. Also no maid service over the weekend, the rooms are very very outdated, I’m not too sure if it was a mental thing but I swear there was something in the sheets that was biting, to be fair I couldn’t see any evidence of anything, it was weird. The bed I slept in was not comfortable, pillows feel like your sleeping on a half sack of potatoes. I did not feel safe, just a weird feeling over all. Way over priced for what is on offer.
