Bentley Hotel South Beach

Good hotel with excellent rooms & roof top swimming pool overlooking Ocean Drive. Restaurant undergoing construction when I stayed which will enhance things further when open, however plenty of other dining options around.

The hotel does not provide parking.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location, great rooftop pool, staff brilliant

It took 45 minutes to get my car from the valet each time I needed it. The property should disclose it is under construction and the lobby is closed. The elevator....yes there is only one for guests is awful. Get ready to wait for a while.

This property was amazing. The roof top view is one you don’t want to miss. My friends and I came here and we spent breakfast up on the rooftop and enjoyed the pool. The only thing I will say is that the elevator is extremely slow and the hot tub did not work. It was sometimes colder than the pool water. The front desk customer service was amazing. They were attentive and very friendly and an accommodating. Otherwise the property is beautiful and I cannot wait to be back next year!

Very friendly staff! They will go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. However, the pool could use more beach chairs (only 3 available.) The bar by the pool isn’t quite a bar. Just a very friendly bartender taking orders and running somewhere else to get you a drink 15 mins from when it was ordered. If the pool/ “poolside bar” isn’t a priority then it is definitely a great stay!

Property is right on Ocean street where South Beach restaurants and bars are located. Bentley is at very end of road so it’s convenient to pick up car from valet and exit crowded area full of cars and people crossing road. The only bad thing about this hotel is their pool area for lounge chairs and suntanning is closed due to “reorganizing” (which looked like very slow process) and pool was very small and quite old and antiquated!

Service was good and great location. But spend a total of 5 nights there and the jacuzzi didn’t work the whole time we where there the tv also didn’t work had to call maintenance 4xs up to our room to fix it and finally we just gave up calling.

Room was great. The ac worked well and the location was awesome. The valet parking, however, was horrible… Any time we needed to drop the car or pick the car up it took at least 15+ minutes and when we were checking out the last time, it took 40 minutes! We waited outside sweating to death for 40 minutes. We finally had to ask the manager to help us after the front counter clerk called valet twice. No exaggerations.

Very neat place to stay. Had to be transferred from one room to another because I was experiencing some WiFi difficulties. Was upgrade to an oceanfront room. In the new room, there was an issue with the bathroom sink stopper, which had to fixed. None of these were major, per se. I just had to take the time to make the call to address them. Overall, it was a good experience. The AC worked very well. Directly across from South Beach. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. I would stay there again.

The room was spacious. The amenities were clean and the rooftop pool and patio offered a nice view of the ocean.

I noticed the floor right at check in desk seemed a bit dirty and it worried me , however our room was immaculate. We loved that the room was spacious and included a separate living area as well as kitchen . It worked out great as my husband is an early riser . We traveled with our small dog so having a fridge and microwave were very handy . The sofa is a sofabed which we didn’t use and wasn’t the most comfortable to watch TV but it was practical . It was fairly minimalist but we had everything we needed . Location down near 5th was awesome . It is a bit noisy at night . We were on a low floor on front . It was a great value we thought and I’m sure we will return ! Service was excellent., We had a very fun stay !

Hotel rooms very comfortable,clean & neat

The hotel was very clean. The rooms, interior, and entrance were very clean. The linens, carpets, curtains, and kitchenware were all very clean. The hotel's location is excellent. Transportation is plentiful and convenient. Markets and restaurants are very close, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. The staff was very helpful and polite. I definitely won't stay at any other hotel in Miami again.

The location was great. The hotel did not have a latch on the door for added security. The air conditioner was very noisy and the balcony door was missing a handle and it was so hard to open and close. There were small ants in the kitchen area, After 2 days, we requested housekeeping. She made the bed with the same dirty sheets, as there was a visible makeup stain and hair on the sheets. It rained a lot and they had towels at the front door to stop the water. The towels were white & dirty which was pretty gross. The shower area had no where for you to put shower gels, and toiletries as the cut out was tiny. Not sure I'd stay there again.

The room was very clean and cozy like a home away from home with excellent views. The short walk to the beach was optimal. Very healthy breakfast options with friendly staff. There’s no laundry facility onsite but there is one right around the block and so many excellent food options and convenience stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Cleaning could be better. There was ants/bugs crawling on the floor, came in from terass maybe. Low on toiletpaper. Was bad cleaned from previos guest.

Our room was spotless. So clean. Very friendly people working there. Only thing that was negative was the elevator was out of service. Free chairs for beack. Free towels for beach. Free bikes. Very affordable price for location. Would definitely stay there again.

Room itself was amazing. The balcony was a great add on - though the walls on the outside were dirty from probably pressure washing. Not a big deal. The beds were amazing.

I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing vacation that I just had to leave one for this hotel. We got the 1 bedroom with ocean view balcony. The room was more like an apartment and looked like it had been recently renovated. We had tons of space, very clean, super comfy king size bed with huge t.v. in bedroom, and beautiful view of ocean on the other side of Ocean Dr. This hotel is in great location with tons of restaurants nearby, rentable bikes and beach right across the street, Walgreens right around the corner, and amazing nightlife. When we were there, they were still in the process of updating the hotel but that had no effect on our stay. The rooftop pool, hot tube, and 2 level pool deck was great. They even sold drinks up there but also had free ice cold water. The breakfast was small, mostly delicious sugary pastries, but it was enough to get us up and get our day going. I think they do a champagne toast every evening but we don't drink so I'm not sure on how that goes. The staff was super friendly. I really hope to stay again in the future.

It was really nice but no light in my bedroom and the balcony door was so hard to open and close

We had a Penthouse room with a terrace. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the terrace was large and a perfect place to gather for lunch and games. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was like new and the kitchenette was very well stocked. The staff was very nice and responsive to ever request.

Communication was a barrier at times with the staff. Room was clean, Beds were good. Order TV’s not smart TV’s for streaming anything.

The acondicionador machines at the up of 5 floor was bad because at the night the noisy is terrible. We were staying at 5 floor. The all things are really good.

The rooms are very spacious and the staff is friendly. The hotel is in a great location for families. It is close to everything on ocean but at the corner and a bit quieter.

It was a great experience! The staff is very responsive, the manager's work was exceptional! I chose a room with a view, we got a corner room on the 2nd floor. I can't say that the view is a dream, the manager was very kind and showed the neighboring room on the same 2nd floor, the view was better (not much, still the same 2nd floor) but much smaller in size, I decided not to change and stay in the corner. If you have a choice, choose one with a patio (this is the 4th floor with an ocean view). As for the balconies, the result may be controversial, there are balconies with a view (very few! There are balconies with a view inside the building (everyone who rides in the elevator rides with a view of these balconies, every time we used the elevator, the whole family was very happy that we did not choose a room with a balcony, who gets such a room is a disaster! You can consider that you just have a room without a balcony, sitting under the gaze of people moving in the elevator is not a pleasure. ). Otherwise, excellent rooms, very clean, the first line on OD. The best morning coffee (we like strong and here it is ideal!) There is breakfast (for a complimentary breakfast it is very nice) fresh croissants, yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese, bananas, apples. Breakfast is not stated as being there, so consider it as a compliment and it is nice! There is a happy hour with champagne and it is also very nice. Thanks to all the Bentley staff for a great stay!

Stayed in the penthouse, lots of room for 5 people. Very noisy outside at night because youre on the main drag. Wifi never worked all 4 nights, they couldnt fix it. Dated, but nice facility.

My stay at the Bentley was great however, there was a couple of things I I didn’t like the noise between rooms it was very loud. We can hear the other guest talking and disturbing my sleep. Other than that the hotel is great in I would definitely return here agsin

Hotel Manager was fantastic. She worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

William and Ceasar are very accommodating and friendly The young man that is by the door downstairs was also very nice. We love staying here!! This was our second time here and we will be returning in the future!!

They offered a courtesy early check-in for 10am, which was extremely convenient with our incoming morning flight. Great polite and helpful staff. We’d definitely stay again.

Every member of the staff was outstanding. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Location was excellent. The bikes were great.

SERVICE is the standout feature that matters to be. Cleanliness and safety are simply "givens". Special recognition to Carlos and Virginia. The deliberate and sincere service is unmatched and makes sense when you consider this is a boutique gem. Not a big brand with no sense of place. I will surely return and congratulate the owners on a project smartly pursued.

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing Stay – Misleadingly Advertised as 4-Star Our experience at Bentley South Beach was underwhelming and frustrating. Although marketed as a 4-star hotel, it falls well short of that standard in both service and amenities. We arrived late at night with two sleeping children, several suitcases, and a buggy—but there was no bellman or staff to assist us from the roadside to the hotel entrance, which is via an unmarked side door. With no automated doors, it was nearly impossible to enter while juggling luggage and a buggy. No one offered help, making us feel unwelcome from the start. The room had several major issues: The air conditioner was so loud it couldn’t be left on for more than a few minutes, let alone overnight. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult and time-consuming to shower. Worst of all, the Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all—despite being essential for our work during the trip. When we raised this with the receptionist, she repeatedly insisted it was working for her and dismissed our concerns, rather than offering any real assistance or troubleshooting. For a hotel in this price bracket and location, we expected a much higher level of comfort, basic functionality, and professionalism.

Our first time in Miami and the hotel was perfect. The location is perfect and the room was nice. You can walk to just about anywhere, the beach is right across the street.

Conveniently located on Ocean Drive across from the beach. On the strip and in walking distance from everything. Clean, nice spacious room. Pool was a decent size with a hot tub. The only thing that would make it perfect is improving the free breakfast and a bar would be perfect inside the hotel as an option besides TGI Friday’s below. Oh and don’t ask for more than 1 towel lol.

Great location, nice amenities. Room well thought out for 2 people for a quick trip. Comfortable bed, spacious shower. Staff are all very friendly. Restaurants and shoppers close by.

The hotel is the perfect location on South Beach. All the action none of the noise at the other end of the strip. Love the rooftop pool and easy access across the street to the beach and the giant “MIAMI” sign

Rooms were nice and clean. We liked the separate bedroom/living room/kitchenette. It was quite noisy at night ln a Friday night, as you might expect in South Beach. The breakfast in the morning was really poor. Just croissants and yogurt. No hot foods. We had to eat somewhere else.

All of the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is across the street from a park with both walking & biking trails, as well as across from the beach. It was great to have bikes available to borrow. Beach towels and bottled water were readily available. Repairs on a broken bureau drawer and the lock on the door to the balcony were fixed. I had expected a restaurant on site, but it won’t be open for a couple more weeks. The breakfast (included in price) was adequate. I recommend this hotel.

Loved the property one enhancement would be to have a quicker elevator or add another one

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel provides breakfast and a champagne hour, as well as towels, beach chairs, and bicycles for guests. Everything was thoughtful and convenient. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect. The continental breakfast is nice and the roof top lounge chairs were cool. They offer chairs, towels and umbrella as well. They also have bicycles which is super cool. I really can't wait to come back to south beach and hopefully the restaurant in the works in hotel will be open. Thank you to the staff, shout out to Yessica, Virginia, Marcos and Emmanuel for always going above and beyond.
