Bathroom could have definitely been cleaner. The washer and dryer didn’t work properly. It says newly renovated but I feel that was misleading. The customer service was really good.

This is a motel in need of a deep cleaning. painting & general maintenance. Friendly front desk staff & located next to many restaurants. I was told that the pool was by reservation only & only one hotel room at a time could use it for 1 hour. I've never heard of that. There was a game in town & maybe they were worried about partying? The front desk gal even warned me not to have any parties & a $100 hold was placed on my credit card. Not that it doesn't happen but I am a 60 yo female by herself. I'm happy that she thought I could still throw a shindig but still, not likely. Breakfast was not great. I wanted to do a load of laundry but after seeing the laundry room in the back of the property I changed my mind. It was filthy and scary looking. No thanks

Had nothing but problems with front desk! After checking in and reminding them i had a service dog, manager John asked if i was staying there, no pets, had I already unpacked, and why didnt I tell front desk i had a service dog? All of which was done properly. He was unwelcoming, gruff, not hospiyable as he attempted to try and make me wrong. Had to go to front desk 4 times as my key kept not working. When i headed for the pool, i was told i had to have a reservation to use it, only one room can use it at a time! No openings available that evening. Never heard of such a policy. Just didnt feel good there at all

This hotel has the best showers and the water pressure is simply out of the world. I typically don't like to stay in hotels that are like motels-that don't have rooms facing the inside of the hotel but this one was truly an exception. My only regret is that it didn't have an elevator and we were given a room on the second floor. I was traveling with my 84 year old MIL. I only realized when we got to the hotel, that I should have booked a room for an elderly person but she is excellent shape and was able to maneuver the two flights of stairs without too many issues. The free breakfast was wonderful. The reception and dining area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating when needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are only in town for a few days. I just wish that it wasn't so far away from the college, but I am learning that this is just the way Mississippi is layed out.

Room was really big. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and the maid gave me the shower curtain to hang up. Beds were comfy. The couch was missing a back cushion but my kids didn't mind. Location was pretty good. You have to schedule swim time for the pool.

We booked this motel bc of the inside pool so the kids could enjoy it but they didn’t get to swim at all because there was no openings then went to get clean towels there was 4 of us and all they had was 3 clean I was stunned when she told me that over all I was surprisly disappointed in our stay need to do better

Well we got checked in and went to swim and was told it was by reservation only. Was definitely disappointed if I had known that I would’ve booked something else. The floors in our room were so gross they caked so much black stuff on the bottom of our feet, looks like he’d been running around the asphalt with no shoes on. And this was after we washed his feet once already about an hour before this picture

There was mold in the bath soap dish. I sat in the tub and saw it. Hope all the way down the countertop with sink. One would think with them saying Best Western Executive Suites it would have been better. Breakfast was good!

Initially very impressed with this older property. Found everything in excellent condition and bed was extremely comfortable. However, when got in shower I noticed black footprints. I had walked across the floor barefooted and the floor was so dirty my feet made prints in the shower. My husband had same problem.

This is a very clean and comfortable place for a quick stay. Cleanliness and friendliness were top notch! Very affordable as well. There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning, but we didn't take advantage of that, so no idea about quantity/quality. But we were very happy with how CLEAN the room was! No stained linens, nothing dingy or dusty. The AC worked great and was reasonably quiet. The only thing that some may not like is the outdoor entrances. Not a problem at all, unless it's just not your preference. Overall a quiet and pleasant stay!

Although remodeled, several items were very dated. The shower was terrible. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like an ashtray. But, the bed was very comfortable, great TV choices, and room very quiet.

The room was damp with alot of moisture. Even the covers and pillow casings felt damp. There was a smell in the room as if it had rained in it. It was noisy the last night there, but not intolerable. The room didn’t get cleaned, so we had to get clean towels from the front desk. Overall, would not book there again, mainly because of the moisture in the room. I’ve never experienced that before. Definitely couldn’t be healthy sleeping in a room full of moisture.

The room looks nothing like the pictures but it was still clean and nice. One of the biggest rooms we've ever stayed in. The bed was super uncomfortable but I don't like a firm matress so it could be me. An elevator would've made my stay better bit it was overall good.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Sharon and Michelle from the front desk were both very helpful and nice. Sharon is outstanding. She was so very sweet. I can’t say enough good things about her. She also makes an awesome breakfast that she served us - delicious!! I will be back next time in the area.

Got to hotel after 11 pm. Was very tired. Doors were locked to loby. Desk person gave us key to wrong room. Had to give me key to another room. When ready to check out had to wait over five minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no employee behind the checkout desk.

Our stay was great from check in to check out. The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and we had no problems. The room could use a little TLC, but nothing too serious. It was overall clean and a good stay. BBW is right next door within walking distance along w other stores.

The room was clean and quiet. They did not service the room so we did not have clean towels or coffee in the room for our second night/day. I could call to ask for these items, but the phone in the room did not work. We were expecting severe storms that had spawned tornadoes all day. When asked where to go during a tornado warning the front desk told us about a storm shelter outside of town. The breakfast was not replenished in the morning. One of the reasons we chose this property was for the breakfast. If you need a place to stay for one night, it’s fine as long as the weather is good. Otherwise look somewhere else.

Shopping very accessible..Belks n Krogers close by. Room needs an upgrade, needs.painting, monitor towels, room was damp both days, bottom of tub worn n easy to see previous.non slip mat markings. Breakfast..had gravy but no biscuits, fried potatoes good, eggs not good. 2nd morning no plain half n half.
