The room was great but the customer service from the entire hotel staff was amazing. Saul, their evening concierge, was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. My company also used the conference rooms there for a few days and the staff was great too for it and lunches catered were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico City

the rooms where very noise do to renovations going on. Rooms were clean. Restaurant Steak place pricey and food was cold
