Nice stay in a clean and comfortable room. Only negative is having to pay £14 to park your car when you're a guest

Staff were as helpful as could be but when we went before a flight, there were several large groups with children running around in the corriders and jumping around until 11.10pm. Staff apparentely told these people it was causing a disturbance on 2 occassions, but the noise persisted. Sounded like ceiling coming down. Telephone in room didnt work so had to repeatedly go downstairs to sort noise out. Shuttle bus not advertised but a bonus on leaving. Room hot despite fan. Not sure if I would return as it had a feel of a large council estate with feral kids unsupervised in public areas. Food was not available until 9.30pm due to these large groups which was pretty disgusting.

Airport hotels occupy a challenging space, differing times zones, early flights and a 24 hour call for service. It is unfortunate that the staff at this establishment have not got their head around this. A level of noise is understandable, however when a few feral kids were screaming and shouting outside as we tried to sleep ahead of our 3am wake-up call, I was shocked to look out of the window to tell them my view of their lack of consideration for others and noticed staff of the hotel also out the front who had not seen fit to challenge the wayward kids or their ignorant parents. Disappointing!
