The stay was ok, comfortable but stay was affected by the stench of faeces coming out of the bathroom. I did not use the dining area but looking at guests eating and drinking I would say it’s average. Great location if you want to venture into central Manchester. Staff were lovely though.

It was difficult to find the entrance as it was wrapped around by the holiday inn building.

I had a dirty towel when I was going for a shower, and then at 2am a large moth woke me up which is strange as the windows were closed and lights were off, all I could hear was flapping which wasn't the nicest surprise. I left early and checked out about 2:30am. The receptionist was not helpful at all really, just on her phone in front of me.

We always stay at this hotel when we have an early flight or returning late. Its convenient, clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. We had a problem with something in our room this time and the Manager sorted it out right away, he was very nice. The bar area is great, very laid back and comfortable. The rooms are small but good value when compared to the other hotels on site.
