We spent three very comfortable and enjoyable nights here. The hotel is very well maintained with well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. It’s very well located for local transport. There is a rail station with a direct connection to the airport and the 71 tram takes you to the heart of the city in ten minutes.

Lovely big room great balcony and facilities, only downside is that there is only an ironing room you can’t get tour own iron and ironing board. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were dry and inedible and sausages looked awful and just boiled. Everything else on buffet was good with nice fresh fruit. Bar was good and staff looked after us very well. Ate one night and was not too bad. Great location not too far to walk to centre.

Schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. So langsam wird allerdings eine Renovierung notwendig. Die Mitarbeiter sind großteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings war die Dame beim Check-in sehr überfordert (Wunsch nach Balkon hat sie völlig aus dem Konzept gebracht), keine Info zum Frühstück oder sonstigen Einrichtungen des Hotels. Vor 1,5 Jahren war in den gehobeneren Zimmerkategorien noch die Minibar inklusive und es gab eine Lounge in der man frühstücken konnte und es nachmittags Snacks und Getränke gab. Leider wurde beides ersatzlos gestrichen und es gab nicht mal mehr ein gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich ist in Ordnung aber viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Bahnstation direkt vor der Tür. In 17 Min ist man am Flughafen, in etwa 10-15 Min in der Innenstadt, in 20 Min am Zentralfriedhof. Grundsätzlich kann man das Hotel empfehlen, allerdings ist es schon etwas teurer, wobei der Service immer mehr nachlässt. In Anbetracht der starken Konkurrenz in Wien kann man nur hoffen, dass das Savoyen nicht den Anschluss verliert.

Amazing clean spacious rooms, modern. Great location. Friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but am sure it would have been amazing. Points deducted for the very basic gym. Hotels really need to put more effort in the gym area, it can be the make or break for some people

Staff were ok. Room service was minimal, as room had empty minibar and no coffee machine. Just a kettle with tea and coffee. AC did not work. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel used to be much finer in services, courtessies and amenities for Premium rooms but now most are reduced including the once great executive floors lounge which is now permanently closed.

Mini fridge in the room didn’t work, when we reported it to the reception we been told that they are phasing out mini fridges so they won’t do anything about it. What 4* hotel doesn’t have a mini fridge in the room? It’s an essential part of the stay. We have received a complimentary bootle of Austrian sparkling wine, but it was warm and we couldn’t cool it down because fridge wasn’t working. So while we are grateful for the gesture- we couldn’t enjoy it. Otherwise hotel was nice and very well looked after, room was spacious and clean, and in a very convenient location.

At check-in, we asked reception to provide slippers. We were told they were already in the room and, if not, we could simply call housekeeping to have them brought up. There were no slippers in the room. When we called at night, the night reception instead asked us to go downstairs to collect them ourselves. This completely contradicted what we were told at check-in and was an unnecessary hassle. The following day, we placed the sign requesting the room to be cleaned. Instead of cleaning the room, we received a notice claiming that housekeeping could not enter because we had displayed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. This is simply untrue. We deliberately avoided using that side of the sign.

Grosse déception au niveau du service, et spécialement du nettoyage des chambres. Premier matin, 8h15, on frappe à la porte pour faire la chambre. C'est très tôt alors que nous sommes arrivés la veille (à partir de là, nous avons mis le panneau "ne pas déranger" tous les soirs). Lorsque nous revenons le soir dans la chambre, on voit clairement que les couettes ont été repliées à la va-vite, les oreillers ne sont pas tapés et/ou pas remis en place sur le lit. Un autre soir, à notre retour, le couvercle de la poubelle n'a pas été remis en place. Dans la salle de bain, on voit la poussière qui s'accumule sur le distributeur de mouchoirs... Bref, pour un 4*, c'est très décevant... La personne à la réception nous a toutefois bien accueillis le jour de notre arrivée. Et bon service aussi au bar de l'hôtel.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier: Die Zimmer (Superior) sind wunderbar geräumig, ebenso das Bad (Wanne/Bidet/Toilette extra/genügend Ablageplatz!!) Es gibt einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffeeauswahl.Diese wird täglich aufgefüllt! Parken in der Tiefgarage gegen (erträgliche) Gebühr möglich. Frühstücksraum angenehm groß, Auswahl ebenso! Lage direkt beim Bellevedere und an der Bim Nr.71, die alle 10 min fährt (Richtung Innenstadt) Mehr Komfort kann man sich nicht wünschen!

Good room but with a weird layout of furniture on first observation. Desk was in the middle of the room? Shower drain backed up and couldnt be fixed until next day. Was offered to move rooms. Bed and pillows were average. AC took awhile to cool down room. Very quiet hotel in a good location. Hotel had great staff. Superb breakfast. We has some small glitches, but overall it was a nice stay.

The decor is a bit dated but it is very very clean. we stayed in a terrace suite which was huge with a large bathroom and plenty of space. The hotel was quiet and in a safe, well located neighborhood very close to the train station.

Grosses Hotel mit grossen, bequemen Zimmer. Leider ist sowohl der Service am Empfang als auch in der Bar. Wirklich nicht vier Sterne wird. Man den Eindruck dass der Kunde hier eigentlich nicht erwünscht ist. Mehrfach mussten Bestellungen moniert werden. Der Empfang war positiv formuliere funktional keine wirkliche Begrüssung einfach nur abarbeiten. Dem gegenüber positiv ist die Grösse der Zimmer das bequeme Bett und das Bad zu nennen. Schade, da wir mit einer Steigerung per Softskills schnell vieles besser gemacht

Before my arrival, I requested a quiet room on a high floor, and they delivered exactly as asked, which I really appreciated. Melhor do que nas fotos. Otimo hotel, muito confortavel e silencioso. Para turistas, é prox a trai. Station, nao tao conveniente para o centro (transporte publico da muitas voltas e acaba demorando). Se conseguir alugar bike vale a pena. Enfim, recomendo.

Great location for walking to historic sites, metro, and trains to airport and Bratislava and Budapest. My room was huge -- especially by European standards. Also the bathroom was large and very nice. I didn't eat breakfast, so can't comment on it or the hotel restaurant. I'd definitely stay here again.

La chambre est vraiment parfaite, spacieuse, bonne literie, grande salle de bain, calme. Le personnel est très professionnel, parle français, souriant, arrangeant. L'hôtel est très bien placé avec l'accès à la gare ferroviaire, tramway et bus pour acceder à toute la ville. Le seul bémol concerne le restaurant qui n'est ouvert que pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner étant réservé pour les séminaires et conférences organisées dans les différentes salles de l'hôtel

Comfortable bed and good shower. Good choice at breakfast but a bit expensive so only chose to eat once during our stay. We used a cafe near the station to the right of the hotel. Limited options for dining in the evening but a short tram ride or 20 minute walk to the centre of the city for other options.

This hotel was nice. Big room with a beautiful bathroom. Much more modern than our other hotels of the same trip. I didn’t mind the modernist but unlike our other hotels, the breakfast was not complimentary and 56€ for 2 for breakfast is insane.

Værelset var super. Vi fik først er forkert værelse. Men vi fik heldigvis det rigtige efter. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Bagværket var dårligt. Personalet i receptionen var ikke uhøflige, men heller ikke opmærksomme og på. De virkede mere som om at vagten bare skulle overståes.
