Week-end en famille et un bel accueil … nous avons pu laisser nos valises en attendant l’heure de la prise de chambre car nous étions arrivés bien avant et donc avons pu profiter … Petit déjeuner copieux et un peu de tout donc satisfaisant pour tous ! Chambre assez grande et propre Ménage fait tous les jours !!! Personnel toujours à l’écoute et serviable Nous y étions pour les 4 ans de notre fille et nous avons eu le droit le soir à quelques ballons sur son lit et un gâteau Et comment dire qu’elle était la plus heureuse Merci à eux pour ce week-end

The employees were very nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before check-in while we went sightseeing. The breakfast was great! Only complaint was that the ice machine was out of order, but they were able to give us ice from the bar, so it was ok.

A great hotel for the money, with reasonably priced parking as well. Rooms are a decent size. Bed is comfy enough. Everything is clean, but a little bit worn. You're not in the centre of London, but the tube station is a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Heathrow is just 20-30 minutes away, if you want to stay in London either before or after flying. The EV chargers in the on-site parking haven't worked since 2022 - which is a bit annoying. But there are chargers directly outside the hotel if required.

Only downside was 7/8 minutes to tube station which was a pain with bags. West Kensington also has only steps no lift or escalator. Buses closeby.

Kahvaltısı güzel (domates salatalık eklenebilir), akşam yemeğinizi alıp aşağıda yiyebiliyorsunuz. Hemen yanında Efes Türk restoranı var. Otel temizdi, odayı her gün temizliyorlar. It is a new hotel, recently refurbished. That said, nothing was working properly. I requested the room to be cleaned (towels changed and cleaning the trash can), that has not happened in my four nights staying. The AC was not working and had to be fixed. The shower needed to be fixed but it did not happened as well. Pictures in the website are different from the reality. Room arrangement with bed as well as shampoo and conditioner. People who work there are very kind and friendly, it is a shame that there is no organization or management. This could be a nice and inexpensive hotel.

We had stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Express properties during our recent trip to Ireland Scotland and England. This was not clean at all, they also use some type of aerosol product to cover up odours which takes your breath away. On a positive note staff were friendly and moved us to another room which was a little better but not to the Holiday Inn standards we were used to.

Rundum ein ordentliches Hotel, allerdings bot unser Zimmer für 3 Personen und einem Aufenthalt von über 1 Woche zu wenig Möglichkeiten um seine Habseligkeiten zu verstauen. Es gab keine einzige weitere Sitzgelegenheit als unsere Betten und die Beleuchtung des Zimmers war erbärmlich😞. Ein Zimmersafe, wie von Expedia in der Zimmerbeschreibung benannt, war nicht vorhanden, was für uns letztendlich nach gemachten Negativerfahrungen den Ausschlag für die Wahl dieses Hotel gemacht hatte.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good.

The windows were not able to open. Room was a little bit stuffy. Bed was comfortable. Janet, the lady on the front desk was very helpful as she kept my son’s package of cheese which he was taking back to the USA in the hotel fridge. Breakfast was okay, only one type of egg which was scrambled and I would think we powdered instant eggs.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Friendly staff. Good location with 10 min walk to subway. Small room with dubble bed and sofa bed, but it filled its purpose. Por lighting in room and missed some more storage. A bit noisy at breakfast since the breakfast was located next to the reception. 4 different marmalades but no cheese. But overall a good experience.

Insufficient lighting, no safe for valuables, bed very small. Poor breakfast content although complimentary would have been much better if chargeable against better content. The only meat product was pork neglecting the need of those who don’t eat pork. Vegetables sausage was the available alternative however not tasty. Scrambled eggs was offered, no boiled or fried.
