The room matched the hotel photos – no unpleasant surprises. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. A pleasant surprise – a small gift for our dogs. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but everything needed for a good start to the day is provided. The coffee is good, although the coffee machine works a bit slowly, so you have to wait a little while for your drink. Overall – a good impression and a pleasant stay.

Property is junk with horrible rooms and beds but free street parking across the street and a store right next to it. Cheap but you get what you paid for :)

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar (auch zu Fuß). Junges, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Zimmer. Lediglich die Ausstattung meiner "Küche" war etwas seltsam, da gar nicht vorhanden, noch nicht einmal Tassen oder Becher (obwohl ein Wasserkocher vorhanden war). Auch vielleicht Kaffee oder Tee zum selber machen im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, auch das Frühstück war lecker und hatte alles, was man sich von einem Start in den Tag wünscht. Werde gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Stock), Frühstück war am untersten Limit - Betten waren sehr gut, super Polster, das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich, günstige Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hotel. Für eine Nacht nur zum Schlafen war es erträglich, aber sehr ausbaufähig. Das nächste Mal zahle ich lieber etwas mehr und übernachte in einem anderen Hotel.

Für 53€ die für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind ist toll! Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz in der Umgebung wäre möglich, aber wie es in Wien so ist, ein Mangelware. Es gleich neben dem Hotel Geschäfte, Pipa, Trafik, usw. Wir hatten ein Apartment, welches wirklich groß war. Handtücher und Betten sind sauber! Die Möbeln sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für diesen Preis ist das völlig okay für uns gewesen. Wir sind mit dem Auto hier, daher passt die Lage für uns. U-Bahnstation ist 8 min. Zu Fuß entfernt. Ruhige Lage ohne seltsame gestalten. Von uns bekommt es Top Bewertungen!

So during check in everything was smooth, but they did tells us that they are low on keycards when we asked for an extra one but they did give us one in the end. The carpet was in terrible condition, stains everywhere, one of the stains looked like a chocolate stain or something else, hopefully chocolate tho. The furniture was really outdated, the sofa was more wrinkled up than a Shar Pei, the sheets and towels were clean tho as would expect. The balcony was spacious but it seems that people before that spilled something on the table outside and the cleaners didn't bother clean it up so the table was ant infested. So the room we stayed in was an "apartment" which didn't have anything besides a couple of cups and a kettle, no pots , cutlery, dishes, pans , nothing even tho there was a stove. Not even tea packs or coffee. It's definetly not a 3 star, 2 star at best. It did the purpose tho, for sleeping.

bij aankomst kreeg ik, voor 1e nacht van 3, een gewone kamer, ipv het gereserveerde appartement met kitchenette. Ik was dus verplicht om tijdens de eerste nacht niet volledig uit te pakken, en 's anderendaags te verhuizen. Me dacht oorspronkelijk dat ik voor 2 personen ad gereserveerd in het appartement (was maar 1 persoon) Men bood mij, te kompensatie voor foute kamer tijdens de eerste nacht, het ontbijt aan voor 2 personen tijdens de eerste morgen. Omdat ik alleen was heeft men op mijn vraag de compensatie omgezet in 2 dagen gratis ontbijt voor 1 persoon. Ik ben tevreden over deze compenstatie. Ik kom al 13 jaar 2à3 maal per jaar in dit hotel (diverse uitbaters) om bij een klant wereken uit te voeren. De kwaliteit is steeds matig geweest maar het hotel ligt op 50 meter van mijn werk. De 'appartementen' zijn grote deftige kamers, redelijke bedden, mooie badkamer met ligbad en apart toilet, en een klein balcon met zitgelegenheid. Geluidsdemping is ondermaats, en de rust is dus een kwestie van geluk. Zeer negatief vind ik de uitrusting van de kitchenette: er zijn wel 2 electrische kookplaten paar geen keukengerei, geen couverts, geen glazen, geen borden, een waterkoker, 2 koffietassenen 2 zakjes thee, geen koffie. Er is een kluisje en een koelkast. Welke reiziger brengt in godsnaam potten, pannen en borden mee naar zijn hotel?? Met de kitchenette ben je absoluut niets, het zou beter worden vervangen door een minibar en een microgolfoven om iet op te warmen.

Wenn man mit einer küchenzeile wirbt, sollte mehr vorhanden sein als zwei Herdplatten. Es gab weder einen Topf noch Besteck oder einen Teller. Lediglich zwei Tassen jedoch keinen Löffel.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hotel aber stark in die Jahre gekommen, Teppichböden und Vorhänge voller Flecken, unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer nach Schimmel und beim Duschvorhang fehlen einem die Worte...richtig widerlich (warum wird Kritik nicht angenommen, viele Gäste haben den Duschvorhang in ihren Bewertungen erwähnt????), generell sind sämtliche Zimmermöbel abgeschlagen une beschädigt. Eigentlich schade...die Lage wäre nämlich super. Meiner Meinung nur noch als Arbeiterzimmer billig vermietbar, an Touristen NEIN

Oda çok pisti özellikle de çalışanlar aşırı kabaydı.Resepsiyonda duran siyahi görevli bize okadar kötü davrandı ki anlatamam.Sabah kahvaltıda aldıklarımıza kötü kötü bakıp esmer bir bayan var bize küfürler savuruyordu Almanca.Her kahvaltıda bize kötü davrandı. Odalarda temizlik berbat yataklar kırıktı.Özellikle kahvaltıda masaları silip temizleyen bayan bize hep küfür edip ırkçılık yaptı.Kesinlikle gitmeyin tatilimizi berbat ettiler.

It was basically just a shower and a bed for us after a long travel and I would’ve not wanted to stay longer. The room was outdated and not clean with huge diagusting looking stains all over the carpet. It was also very hot and bad air in the room. Key card system was down during our stay and the receptionist had to run around the hotel to let people in their rooms. :’) Inconvienient.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen um in die Stadt zugehen, aber sonst würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Boden ist sehr schmutzig und die Bettwäsche war auch nicht wirklich sauber.

I stayed for 4 full days. The area that the hotel is located is very safe and quiet. The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. I had a room with a king size bed which was even better than I had expected. It had a huge closet and cubby spaces for whatever items you need to store. A couch with a kitchen area and nice size refrigerator. The tap water in Vienna is the best water I’ve had outside of drinking from some springs on the Appalachian Trail in the mountains. It’s even better than almost all bottled spring water in the United States. Also the running hot water is great and gets very hot! There was a nice table and big TV for a hotel room. Bed was nice and neatly made with a nice presentation. The shower area was large with a nice sink area and very clean. The toilet was seperate from the shower area in its own room and door next to the front entrance of the room which I thought was very nice. I also had a patio area with a table and two chairs which was a beautiful touch as well. Honestly it was like having an apartment. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Zimmer warsehr geräumig. Sehr viel Platz. Bett wäre bequem, jedoch fehlten jede Menge Latten am Lattenrost. Daher vorsichtig schlafen

Ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer unter dem Dach. Leider war es sehr heiß und es gab keine Klimaanlage und auch keinen Kühlschrank zum Kühlen von Getränken. Aber auf Nachfrage brachte man uns einen Standventilator

Stayed Sunday to Wednesday good clean basic accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Robert who would write clear travel instructions for any place we wanted to visit. supermarket next door and about 4 minute walk to U6 transport link. Quiet area but with U6 transport link every 4/5 minutes we found getting around Vienna easy with only a 3day travel pass which runs from time of purchase 24 hours not finish at midnight for our time here. If visited again we would stay here again.

The hotel itself would have been good for our one night stay, but there was a 100+ italian school group and they were running on the floors, yelling, etc until around 2.30 am. The hotel was not able to handle the situation well. The rooms are like some collage rooms, a bit used, but OK. I don't think I'll book here again.

I had requested an adapted room as I am a wheelchair user. When we arrived, the room we were allocated to was totally unsuitable. The weather was unbearably hot and because it had no seat in the showering area I could not use the shower. Turns out there was only 1 such room which was booked out. After a sleepless night, we went to reception to ask if to see if they could help us. Step forward Antonia who did everything she could to help me. She allocated us to a room with a balcony and a door that opened. The previous rooms windows and doors were sealed shut. She arranged for a plastic seat in the shower so I could take relieving cold showers. This lady saved the day for us. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and for 11 euros we received a very tasty and fresh breakfast with coffee, tea and juice. The hotel itself was about 20 euros to the main area by Uber, whose drivers were courteous, timely and helpful. We generally found Austrians themselves to be reserved. Vienna was expensive (5th most expensive in the World according to sources) but has some absolutely magnificent buildings. The name Hapsburg often gets mentioned. The assistance staff at the Airport were amazing, the best I have encountered anywhere. We did the Big Bus Tour but curtailed early due to a misunderstanding and the heat in the high 30s. I finish by thanking Antonia again at the hotel, without whose intervention, our short break to Vienna would have been very difficult. 5 stars to this lady.

Aanvankelijk toegewezen kamer bleek al bezet, ik werd wel voorzien van een werkende sleutelbatch voor die kamer; gelukkig niemand op dat moment in deze kamer aanwezig. (raad: naast hotel Penny markt, halve liter pils 1 euro, maar sluit om 19.30u) Amateuristisch receptiepersoneel en schandalig dure dranken (alcoholvrij bier niet aanwezig, 2 pilsjes uit het flesje (geen glazen) 8,5 euro. Factuur eerst wel beloofd, niet gekregen.

Nos dieron una habitación la cuál tuvimos que pedir un cambio ya que la calefacción estaba muy alta y era imposible desconectarla, en ese sentido bien ya que no pusieron ningún impedimento y fue rápido, el problema es que a las 7 de la mañana ya están las limpiadoras con el carro para arriba y para abajo y hacen demasiado ruido haciendo imposible el descanso, por lo demás, pasable.

Real value for money. I have been staying there a few times and they were always polite and helpful... Only the three stops on the train from Vienna Central Station

Le petit déjeuner est complet : pain, viennoiseries fraiches, salade de fruits frais, yaourths, céreales, oeufs...Les locaux sont propres et ́les chambres ( studio) et salles de bain relativement spacieuses mais l'ameublement un peu vieillissant, de plus û nettoyage des moquettes ne seraient pas un luxe. Le quartier est calme et le métro a proximité de l'hotel est très appreciable.

Hotelin bulunduğu yer çok hoşumuza gitti; sakin ve ulaşımı kolay bir semt. Metro durağına çok yakın. Hemen altında market (Penny) bulunması da büyük kolaylık oldu. Hayatımda uyuduğun en güzel yastık bu hotelin kullandıkları olabilir. Zaten satışını da yapıyorlar. Ben, küçük mutfaklı, balkonlu, oturma bölümlü oda ayırtmıştım ama bana iki yataklı küçük bir oda verdiler. Sorun etmedim, kendilerine de söylemedim zaten. Odada buzdolabı, kahve makinesi vs yoktu. Banyo, yataklar v.s. Genel olarak gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar da güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için gayretliydi. Tavsiye ederim, rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz.

Le quartier est calme et le métro a proximité de l'hotel est très appreciable.

Comfort , comfortable ( bedroom, bed, bathroom;;;;good sleeping;;; calm Proper.....also breakfast...... good , variable..... All personal vry quiet and pleasant

Es ist ein Hotel was komplett veraltet ist. Es ist ein Teppichboden im Zimmer der voller Flecken ist wie auch die Vorhänge die Wand und der Überwurf der Sitzbank. Vieles könnte man ganz leicht erneuern. Beim Frühstück ist die Kaffeemaschine kaputt deshalb kommt nur kalte Milch raus der Kaffe ist deshalb kalt....es ist nicht wirklich ein Personal vorhanden beim Frühstück. Im Zimmer war der Kühlschrank schmutzig....es sind überall ausgeschlagene Wände zu sehen....so wie das Hotel aussieht ist es eher eine Obdachlosen Unterbringung als ein Hotel für das man zahlt.
