Lovely comfy room,and excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay again. Underground parking very easy.

Very central hotel for seeing the sights of Gent. The room was massive - more like an apartment than a hotel room - and really well appointed. The main reception area is currently being refurbished so reception has moved to the bar area which is very chaotic and can't really handle all the comings and goings...I'm sure it'll be great when it's done. Some of the staff are a little abrupt on reception too.

The hotel was in the heart of the old town with dedicated parking. Everything was 4-star, lobby, 2 story bar with views, clean and modern room. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, renovated, great location, surrounded by dining options and points of interest. It’s under renovation. So ask for a room in the renovated area.

Everything was ok, parking is easily accessible, room was comfortable. Central location, very useful for sightseeing. Nice bar in the hôtel.

A great place to stay in the centre of Ghent with it own car park with electric car charging facilities

Front desk is understaffed and waits are long. Lines are common at any time in the day. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms are really well upgraded though. Fitness facility is embarrassing.

A beautiful modern property in Ghent. Easy to walk to most of the sites. Quiet at night. Nice large room with comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the breakfast easy morning. Beautiful lobby that smells wonderful and had little candies and fresh Lemon water. We took a Bolt (uber) from the train station to the hotel.

Only problem with the hotel was the renovation work in progress, making it noisy at times and temporary flooring in places

Lovely large room, and comfortable bed. Staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent - wide choice and good quality. Hotel is very centrally situated, so many of the main toruist attractions were very accessible. Would definitely return.

Ho trovato qualche pelo nel letto, il resto della camera era pulita. Il sistema di apertura della camera era rotto e non si chiudeva la porta, mi hanno detto che lo sapevano e mi hanno spiegato come risolvere il problema, cosa che mi ha fatto perdere molto tempo perché non funzionava mai. Camera vecchia e nemmeno tenuta troppo bene. Moquette per terra non molto pulita. Niente cuffia da doccia o servizio di cortesia. Non all'altezza degli altri NH. Posizione ottima.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer bekommen, das dringend renoviert werden müsste und für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel ist bzw. eigentlich nicht vermietet werden sollte (Tapetenstreifen hängt von der Wand, schwarze Schimmelflächen der Fugen in der Dusche, Elektrokabel der Nachttischlampe mit verletzter Isolierung).

The hotel is reasonable. Check-in was a pain as there were queues and a long winded process. There was mould around the sealant on the bath too. The room was a bit dated. Location is fantastic.

Very welcoming and wonderful atmosphere for the Christmas holidays. I loved the fireplace, great place to hangout after being out in the cold! Very clean, spacious rooms.

We stayed for 1 night, it was an awful experience. We booked through hotels.com redeemed as a free night through hotels.com rewards scheme. And when checking in Clarissa asked how we would like to pay, I told her room was booked through hotels.com & no payment was required after some looking through the booking she said that was fine that city tax of €6 would just need to be paid. My husband used his card & off we went. We were given check in there & then at midday as checking time is at the crazy late time of 4pm I thought we were so lucky until I arrived at the room 222 on second floor. The room decor was very old & dated. The bathroom had black & orange mould all around the shower/bath & a rusty plughole. The shower head had been left pointed out so when I turned on the shower the bathroom was drowned in water. The bed although big was lumpy & not comfortable at all. When I began to blow drying my hair the dust storm that ensued made apparent that the room was very dusty & not vacuumed. I wouldn’t blame the service staff on this as the bathroom layout is impossible to clean. Then to the part which really apset me. Upon checking out the next morning the guy on the desk said you’re up to date & off we went. My husband checked his bank account to see they had charged his card for stay. When I phoned I was told it is refunded. Sorry was not the first word. And the money has still not been refunded. We have contacted bank fraud as card was used without authorisation

The major downside to this hotel is the air conditioner. The first room was very warm even after an hour of lowering the temperature to 15C. The front desk was very accommodating and moved us to another room which was initially much cooler,. However throughout the stay the room never got "cold" the weird thing was you could hear the AC running but literally no "air" came from the single vent in the room. The hotel itself is in a great location but i would not recommend staying here in the summer time.

Heerlijke locatie, handig parkeren. Helaas was het verblijf zelf een beetje een teleurstelling. Het was veel te warm in de kamer en de airco werkte niet. De douche ging van warm naar koud en de kamer was overduidelijk eens onder gelopen want er was op diverse plekken water schade. Klinkt als een boomer-opmerking maar het feit dat er geen bordjes waren waar onze kamer was, maakt het vinden van onze kamer nog een heibels karwei.

Huge clean room!!!

Hotel is in a fantastic location and easy walking distance of places of interest. Currently undergoing refurbishment but this was managed very well and did not have a negative impact. We had a refurbished room which was very quiet and comfortable .

Checked in slightly early but they were ready for us. Check in was easy. There was water a a little sweet snack available for free in the lobby. Nice lobby area to relax in. Went to our room. Was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for luggage and clothes. Refrigerator was a nice addition. One free water provided. Bedding was nice and crisp and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and the bathroom was very functional. Nice view to the nearby church. Window opened for fresh air. Walkable area. Loads of things to do nearby. Tram is easily accessible. Definitely recommend a stay here and a few days in Ghent.

I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Alles top. Leider hat man auf neue Fenster vergessen. Der Straßenlärm ist auch nächtens unerträglich.

Great hotel in the centre of Ghent close to all the sights and with good parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bar very pleasant.

Surprise fees at check-in even though everything had been paid in advance. What am I supposed to do - refuse to pay their surprise fees when arriving and find another hotel? Include the real price in the listing.

Staff were just amazing. Great location in Ghent, close to most must see. We have stayed in several NH Collections in Europe and all have been great. However, staff in Ghent really made the difference in our stayed. All staff go above and beyond from check in to any request. It was my husband bday the second day of our stay and Hadi coordinated many special details for us to celebrate. Kuddos to Hadi for making our stay so special. We will definitely stay here again and/or recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great staff. Maggie and Raad were great in the breakfast restaurant and the front desk staff was very helpful as well. Everyone was eager to help with a smile to go with it.

Great location in town, in a walkable area.

This is a great option within easy walking distance of every old town sight. We could see the clock tower from our window, which is just steps away from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. The breakfast buffet was huge and well worth the add-on charge. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall experience was great. Hotel staff was friendly and informative. The rooms was updated, quiet, and clean. Our favorite part of staying here was the hotel breakfast. We had never seen a hotel breakfast with so much variety and high quality foods. Would highly recommend!
