The hotel and amenities were clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the access door on our side of the hotel didn’t lock, but I, by no means, felt unsafe. Staff was very friendly and I really liked the online check in and check out process.

The front desk was friendly, hotel becoming very worn, beds were well worn, rooms were tidy enough but could have used a deep clean, vending machines available, in a not busy part of town, breakfast bar was actually stocked pretty well with yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged muffins, waffle maker and sausage, oatmeal, cereal…the pool is smallish and the chemistry was off…gray water…kids swam any way…hot tub was fine…

the room was ok. pool area could use some work sauna was not usable and had leaf blower and electrical power cords on seats was jot able to use and had combination lock on outside front desk staff was nice but i probably would jot recommend at least til they dod some updates

2 queen room, pulled sheets back and there was crusty bodily fluids on both beds and on comforters. Manager came down and looked, was apologetic and was very quick to get new clean bedding. The rooms were in desperate need of a cleaning. Dried liquid of some sort between beds behind night stand, along with wrappers shoved behind night stand. Hallways were not vacuumed in a while. Bathroom sink not cleaned and splatters of toothpaste on them. Staff were nice though.

One of my worst stays ever. Check-in was horrible and even though they confirmed I had a reservation, I wasn’t sure we’d have a room; finally after waiting we got keys (later we’d have to reset the keys twice, once they realized our reservation was two days instead of one, and again when they only reset one key the other time. The room had finger and/or toe nail clippings all over the floor, and it appeared to not have been vacuumed for some time. The walls were thin, so when we heard fighting at what seemed to be outside, it was really a nearby guest room. I have a video because throughout the night pipes or something made really loud noises. At breakfast, it says it goes until 9am, but at 8:45am food was gone and there was a mess. The place seemed understaffed considering items noted. I tried to address them with a manager front deskman, but my concerns went without consideration. Needless to say, we’ll never stay here again.

Extremely dirty and outdated , unsafe, hotel room door wouldn't lock, bodily fluids on walls , curtains, headboards, food from previous renters next to and behind nightstand, condom wrapper behind nightstand, hair on our sheets, we used Lysol wipes to wipe down all surfaces and countertops, wipes were black after wiping stuff down. Puke on wall and lamp / lamp switch.

Room was freshly updated and very clean. We were sad no coffee maker in room, but then found out they have 24/7 coffee in the lobby. All carb based options for breakfast plus apples, no real protein. Would be nice to have some hard boiled eggs. But the biscuits and gravy were yummy! The pool and hot tub area looked nice & clean, the water felt warm and nice (we didn’t technically use, just checked out the area). Staff were all very friendly at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet at night which was great considering they were sold out. Room and bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!

This place charged us $305 for two nights for some dirty nasty rooms. The AC filters were completed covered in dust and hadn't been cleaned in years. Everyone woke up next day coughing and sore throats. Then the vent in the bathroom was just as disgusting. The staff (except for one girl and the maintenance person) but the cleaners were waiting outside our door at 10 am and checkout wasn't till 11. I requested a refund but they just laughed at me.. I have pictures of all this. If someone from this company would like to contact me please do.

Convenient to Soaring Eagle. A little off the main drag but the price was excellent. This Days Inn must have been renovated not too long ago because it is obviously an older motel, but inside it looks almost brand new. Only minor issue was the heat/air conditioning. At first we didn't program it right, but eventually we got it right.

Tv wouldn't connect to internet, refrigerator didn't have a setting to set temperature cooler and we had to keep asking for a new key. Considering they just remodeled, things are apt to not work.

We stayed because we were seeing a show at Soaring eagle. We were in room 123, and there were not enough plugs. I couldnt plug in my phone next to the bed, and had to drag a chair over to set my eyeglasses on.

Nice enough, clean. Coffee and breakfast were just okay. Sufficient for a quick night stay. But this chain does not work well with booking sites. I booked through hotels.com and opted to pay onsite. When we arrived, I was informed that the room was paid? I was told "those arriving after 4pm on the weekend are automatically charged" - I read that nowhere. Where'd they get my credit card info I asked, Expedia.com, was the response???? I did not want to use this particular card, but the chargeback would take 3-5 days to appear. This is theft, fraud, what? I opted to leave it on the card and go through the effort and hassle of doing the banking so as not to mess up my finances. Thanks Days Inn by Wyndham.

At check-in was charged a mistaken security deposit for 275.00 vs 50.00. This was unable to be reversed and was unavailable to me in my bank account for 4 days in addition to the charge for the stay. Large dead cricket behind bed, TV hanging off the wall tilting down, staff just stated cheap brackets were used, curtain hanging off curtain rod so room would not stay dark, minimal options at breakfast bar, bad coffee in small Styrofoam cups, would have left after one night but was concerned about getting deposit back

First of all the staff has a very lousy attitude, not welcoming at all maybe a lot of bias or prejudice. Staff was more helpful to others, and spent time casually talking with other staff while customers waited in line. Very disorganized. I purchased 3 rooms for a total of 600 I wish I would have stayed anywhere but here. 1.5 stars

I like that the property is clean and easily accessible. The Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse in the front of the property is amazing! Great food and great service! This hotel is close to the Casino and not far from Downtown.

The room was clean. All the plugs in the remove were difficult to use. Plugs fell out. Internet was spotty. Food for breakfast was sub-par. For the most part - no hot food. Just sausage patties. I needed to check out and have internet access for awhile (to do some work) and I asked if I could sit at a table in the breakfast room and they wouldn't let me.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only negatives were that the furniture was dated and the breakfast. I picked this hotel, in part, due to the included breakfast, but the options were limited to cereal, muffins and biscuits and gravy. We did not try the pool to comment on that.

Read the signs about when rooms are cleaned, how to signal “make bed” etc. I didn’t know the rules and bed never made Hot tub was SUPER hot but the jets didn’t work well Breakfast was barely adequate as it lacked variety Can hear when neighboring rooms shower
