We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our weekend. The rooms were clean and hotel was very convenient especially the parking was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Be aware you MUST have parking paid for prior to arrival to secure a spot. I drove in from hours away to find out there was no parking for my car, and staff threw their hands up and said "what you want me to make a parking spot out of thin air?". Rude and not helpful at all.

Everything about this property was awesome! The staff is welcoming and always available. Every part of the property was spotless and the breakfast spread in the morning was perfect with both hot and cold food available (vegetarian/vegan options available). Great food is easily walkable and so is the subway. They also have a free shuttle to the airport throughout the day. Free coffee and tea always in the cafe area. Also, our event was about 1.5 miles from this location and we felt very comfortable making the walk. This will definitely be our affordable NY option from here on out.

Blood stains on the curtains and wall. Other rooms had music blaring so loud multiple rooms had to complain. Lots of yelling and fighting going on. Fire alarm went off. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This is a great hotel for many reasons, but the staff here are the main reason we’ll be back. They are so helpful, and they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and it was easy to get into Manhattan when we needed to. It was quiet, very clean, and safe.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. When I checked in, the bathroom was dirty and the staff cleaned it up quickly after I informed them. Getting to the place is inconvenient due to traffic but overall it’s a nice place to stay

Be advised there are rooms in the basement. And it feels like a basement with tiny windows near the ceiling that you can’t see out. I felt really uncomfortable and requested another room. The second room had a terrible odor – a combination of body odor, cologne and someone trying to cover up the smell of smoke. I was reluctant to ask for yet another room, so I went to the front desk just to let them know about the smell, but they were willing to give me a third room. In forty years of travel, I don’t believe I’ve ever felt the need to ask for a different room, so this was odd. That being said, the staff were lovely. The woman who tended to the breakfast buffet was so meticulous about keeping everything spotless – if I owned a restaurant I would have hired her on the spot. Front desk people were lovely and patient, and the shuttle driver was very kind. The location really worked for me, but I would not return.

We found 2 cockroch in the bathroom y was really disgusting. Specially because we used Marriott many times throughout our lives. The answer was poor. They said that they need the proof....that's absolutely ridiculous. We don't accept that excuse.

The guests across the hall from our room were very loud, partying and blaring music all night and constantly coming in and out of their room, shouting in the halls causing a disturbance. This is all despite the fact that we were on the elite floor level. I was staying with my family and small child after we were attending a funeral all day and we could not sleep due to the noise until 3am. I believe the hotel should screen their guests more and routinely monitor the halls for these disturbances.

Stayed 2 days between ship and air back to California. This is the worst Marriott property I've stayed in. No hot water on day 2. Bathroom sink clogged both days. Dark, dingy room. The black carpet doesn't help the ambiance and makes it easy to lose things you cannot see. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver who took us to La Guardia early.

I liked my room - good size and bathroom was convenient. It always smelled clean and fresh. My room was in the basement so my window view was not there but it was okay. The breakfast was good and always found something to eat. The yogurt with fruit was great and should have eat it more. I loved making my own waffle- the batter was ready. Coffee was just right. This is my first time getting a hotel with breakfast and will continue to book in the future. Front staff was helpful and patient with me. I wish they had tap when placing my credit card hold. I didn’t like my noisy neighbours and noise. I also wish there would be more nearby restaurants and shop selection.

It was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was good (variety of choice). However, if your looking to see the areas of Manhattan you have quite a mission. One way to do it is walking from de hotel for 15 min to a train station. During that walk the areas have poor lighting and where dirty. Felt unsafe coming back in the night. Nothing ever happened to me and I used this transportation everyday since it was the most accesible and cheapest way but I was always in alert. Not much around the hotel for fun so its necessary to explore further. The rooms where nice and service was always excellent.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s very clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is great for flying into and out of LGA. The breakfast is your typical hotel buffet. Wish they had some More kid friendly options like pancakes or waffles but there are fruit loops and oatmeal. It’s about a 15 block walk to the train into the city.

The room was in the basement cellar - dark - light in room not working - called front desk multiple times about this - Jacquie that was working said she told the "engineer" on duty about it and he was coming to fix it - he never showed up. We sat in a cellar room with half a window and no light all night long. Glad when sun came up and we left early after horrible breakfast that was cold and flavorless.
