The pictures on the internet are deceiving. There is no continental breakfast, the ice machine nor the vending machine worked. There are no chairs on the balcony, it is littered with cigarettes butts and massive spider webs. The floors in the rooms are filthy. Overall for the price of the rooms it was not worth the money.

Easy check in and check out, love that It had wood floors and not carpet, the kids enjoyed the pool, had a cute little balcony. The room was very clean, however it had a very strong cleaning smell that we had to let air out for an hour before we could even go in... And needs more insulation between first and second floor, we could hear every single move the people above us took all night long.

Overall staff are nice. But disappointed with false advertising. The hotel is outdated. Old. And they claim to have EV chargers - which is why I booked it. I got there with no battery left on my Lucid. And to my surprise- they only have Tesla chargers! I asked for cancellation and refund they declined. The staff was professional and nice. But declined. Hotels.com were nice and helped me cancel. I wish the hotel was more upfront with their advertising. There are more than 15 other car EV companies out there that are not Tesla and they use different connector , and yet they choose to serve only Tesla charger - a bit weird ? And no mention of it in their advertising?

I will definitely stay here again. I appreciated the value, the private fenced in patio for my dogs, quiet, close to all. Free wifi & parking. Fridge, microwave. I had difficulty with keys & TV and Jacob arrived instantly and fixed both. Freshly painted. Modern looking.

Outdated aesthetic BUT spic and span! Clean and dust free, my allergies did not trigger! Even for a pet friendly place. Beds were due to be changed due to springs squeak when you sit. Furniture old and over used. Sliding door to back patio old and holy. Bathroom decent size. Good amount of lights, Fairly quiet rooms except in the morning heard the top floor walking due to hard woord flooring. Pool clean but cold as not heated. No hot tub. Fridge had impacted frost in freezer area. Good workijg microwave. But to have that was a plus in the room Easy parking and quiet street.

Great value! We made this a pit stop on our road trip and are very happy with it. Very nice room, it is clean and spacious. Bathroom is very clean as well. The community is quiet, pool is clean, check in was fast and the attendant was super helpful. Definitely will be looking at this place for future trips through here.

The staff was totally fine. Check in went well, check out too. The room however was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, like it had never been cleaned. There was a layer of dust over the lamps, headboards, and walls. There was hair in the bed and sink. We found insects on the walls and floor. Underneath the bed was also covered in a layer of dust and we found trash under there too. The sheets on the bed were not only dirty, but so thin and had holes as well. This place is not kept up at all!

The hotel was nice. Really big rooms. But the floor was filthy. Our feet were black every time we walked in there. Zero water pressure it took 10 minutes just to wash soap off my kid. Staff was really nice. Very friendly all of them. If you have a bad back do not stay here. The beds are so bad i went out and bought an air mattress just to get some sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway, which made it easy to get to. It was a bit noisy from the traffic, but not unbearable. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom had cockroaches, which was very unsettling, and the property in general felt run down and in need of serious upkeep. The one positive I can mention is the staff—both the front desk attendant when I checked in and the one when I checked out were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that. That said, the state of the hotel itself, especially the cockroach problem, made my stay unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again and hope the management takes steps to address these issues.

Nice location in the heart of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano. I had to stay at another Hotel in San Luis Obispo because I waited too late to book a room for my trip. That was a mistake. The weather in San Luis Obispo was too hot for me, and the Hotel wasn't up to parr as Aloha. This is a good Hotel for families also, it's always so nice and clean. It shows pride in ownership.

The Aloha Inn is ridiculously priced for a hotel that is so old and rundown! My room (112) was so disgusting and dirty. The floors were dirty and the bedding was stained. There were large stains on the couch. There was garbage left behind from previous stays. The shower walls and floor were slimey. The towels are old and rough/scratchy. The walls are so thin that I could hear every word spoken by the occupants in the next hotel room (#111).

I liked the size of the room and the patio and that it was close to everything. I especially the size of the bathroom and the comfy chair. I wish it had better beds the mattress was indented like someone had layed in it too long. I wish it had been cleaner as well. I also appreciated the easy checkout and that it had a pool.

First and foremost, great linens & towels. In a budget category, this is good. The bad? NO FRIGGIN HOT WATER ! ! ! Didn’t seem to phase the folks running this place. I got a “sorry” on this, at check out. My iPhone couldn’t connect to their WiFi, gave up trying to after 30 min. Also, the lights in bathroom were very dim, seriously dim. Other lights near bed unplugged. And a very noisy mini fridge. Careful if you fart in the bathroom as your window faces hallways. Yes, only entry doors and bathroom windows greeting you.

Clean room, bathroom is clean looks like they just got renovated which turned out really nice. Quiet at one point til the next room starts coming in at 3am and all you hear is banging of door which is normal. Other than that, we like the view of our room and will definitely go back there next time.

If you love nonstop noise, this place is for you. Right next to freeway and I think they were having a track meet above us. Not clean, not totally dirty but just ok for a night. AC not good, but just open the sliding door for fresh coolness. Might stay again if hard up. Beds are rocks— wife loved it.

Everything was perfect. Was called early in the day to ask our estimated time or arrival and how we would like our temperature set. Even high end hotels will not give you that kind of service. There was a small issue with the room and the person took care of it immediately.

Our first time staying at this location. It was nicer than expected. The staff was exceptional. We only had one problem the last night; our neighbors came to their room pretty late 10:45 p.m. and were very loud. We called and someone came to quiet them down. We were very surprised and delighted that they listened without retaliation. Very respondent by staff of the facility. Thank You.

The staff/management are so accommodating. There's a little family that runs the place and the kids are just adorable, following daddy around to water or trim trees. They come by daily with towels and amenities. I've never had a problem finding parking close to my room. It's quiet at night, and the neighborhood is safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean and smell great! I'm the manager at a hotel in a neighboring city and I prefer to stay at Aloha Inn, if that tells you anything!

the young man who was checking us in was not experianced in the hotel business,he gave us a dirty room first and then gave us a key to a room that was occupied with a man that was in the shower, what a horrible thing if he would have can out while i was in his room, the manager (whom was young with a new born baby) never apologized for all the mistakes he made was just not right, i can not understand how they could be that untrained, it will really hurt their bussiness and i hope they are working on correcting it, sincerely rhonda hall

Had room key card given, only to see other people were still staying in that room. As an adult, it was not a problem, but we had 2 children with us. Sliding door did not lock, was beings held closed by a wooden stick in one of the 3 rooms we were staying in. Definitely needs an upgrade.

I am a frequent business traveler. Nice hotel but a little odd. No telephones in the room to communicate with office staff. After 9pm office was closed and I tried calling from my cell and no response after 30 rings. I had to go outside to an outside lobby call button outside the locked office to get assistance. Not safe for a female needing help..What if there was some sort of emergency? Lucky I am a male looking to refill my kleenex box and get extra soap

The hotel is conveniently located off of highway 101 several minutes from Pismo beach. You can see it from the high way. Rooms are spacious and amenities are plenty. The front desk is very helpful. Cookies are excellent and bottled water are free. The only thing you might want to pay attention to, if you are a light sleeper, is the noise from the Highway, esp. all 2beds rooms facing highway. To make it worse if your room is downstairs, it can have added noise from upstair neighbors with children. Luckily my friend and I can deal with “double noises” so we had a good night rest. For the price and location, this hotel can be the best choice for a short stay.

The first issue was the front desk could not register me, because they system was frozen and support was not picking up the phone. Issue number 2, I specifically chose this hotel because they offered EV charging, however the charger is only for a Tesla, which I don't have. I have to go to a fast charging station 3 miles away and wait 40 minutes for a complete charge which I was hoping to do while I sleep. Third, went to check out at approximately 6:10 am, rang the bell, nobody answered. I left my room check in the door and left. Thought the room included breakfast, but did not stay around to find out.
