Overall, the experience was good. The breakfast situation is painful. It was probably a buffet at one time, but now you have to wait in line and one by one ask for cereal, sausage, etc... It makes breakfast rather inconvenient and less enjoyable.... The hot tub was murky and luke warm as well. Otherwise, the happy hour was great and the staff very kind.

Wanted a place close to Oceana sand dunes. This place was clean, easy in and out, and close to everything. They even had an EV charger for my Rivian and Tesla which I could use overnight to get a full charge! Will be back soon !

Lovely room. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Cute balcony. Room had a fridge and coffee maker. Also had ironing board, iron, hair dryer and safe. Easy parking. Easy check in. It’s at the end of a very cute but small downtown area. We enjoyed the antique stores and shops.

I was there for a girls trip and the only complaint I have is that the hot tub was too hot to use. Otherwise, everything and everyone was wonderful! Love the happy hour and good vibes everywhere. Will be returning soon!

The property is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was great, and the breakfast was good. They do have a little wine and beer bar but didn't participate. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest is some nice bar stool chairs for the desk clerks when they need to sit down. A folding metal chair isn't sufficient.

We loved the location, within just a block or two from the downtown area with plenty of dining options. The hotel looks very new, with spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby. We also loved the convenience of Tesla chargers on the premises. The only negative was noise. Our bedroom had a door adjacent to the next room, and we could clearly hear conversation, television, music etc...

There was a plumbing issue - sewage gas leaking into bathroom with flush of toilet (horrible odor). My wife and I tried very hard to avoid the "nasty smelling bathroom. Hotel promised to immediately take the room out of commission and get a plumber to make repairs. Accommodations were good other than the plumbing issue. A refund of reservation funds would be appropriate.

Wow! Upon entering the room, I was so impressed by the cleanliness good size room, comfortable bed and pillow pillows. The place was immaculate. Bathroom was great great shower head, good water. The afternoon clerk was super friendly, helpful same with the checkout clerk very nice pleasant.

This is a great value, clean modern hotel that is very conveniently located near the very nice town of Arroyo Grande and is about a ten minute drive to down town Pismo Beach. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower was very modern and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

The bathtub is so slippery that I fell over and possibly broke my thumb and bruised my hip really badly. The mat that they provide for the bathtub is about as tiny as in washcloth. How about if the cleaning service cleans out the chemicals in the bathtub after they’re done cleaning it?? They a bigger mat so you don’t fall.

This hotel is new and feels like a warm, cabin in the woods. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony! I love being able to open the door and get fresh air! Bed and pillows were super comfy, shower water pressure very good(not a misty spray like most hotels), and the free breakfast was a little better than your average hotel breakfast. Everyone we met was very nice and down to earth, especially Rosa at the front desk. She really made our stay special with her warm welcome and personality. We will stay here often as we come through Arroyo Grande a lot. Glad we found this place, it's much better than the old places on the cliffs or any vrbo we've tried.

Everything about this hotel was superb! The room was so spacious, didn't expect a 10-ft ceiling had access to a balcony with comfortable chairs and a table. The location was perfect as we stayed for a class reunion and it was great having a full breakfast too! Found out that it is a dog-friendly hotel and so we'll probably be back!

The room was nice, I liked the jetted tub and soft temperpedic-type mattress. I didn’t like that the mini fridge kept making noise off and on, and the room doors close so hard, it’s really loud when other guests would come and go.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful setting. Staff was wonderful. Stayed over a week. Okay breakfast, though could be healthier. Biggest downside: extremely heavy, quick-to-shut doors meant slamming and banging at all hours. Hated being waked and jarred at all hours.

Great little hotel in downtown Arroyo Grande. Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Happy hour in the late afternoon is an added bonus. Definitely has the feel of a boutique hotel!

From the minute we drive up to the hotel to when we left was a wonderful stay at Agrarian. Staff exceptional, warm greeting at checkin to Happy Hour where I bought a bottle of local wine to enjoy later at home. Our room was as we requested, quiet location with extra blanket and towels. We plan to return for another stay in the summer.

Great place but the desk staff needs to be doing their job. The people that check us in were great. But each morning the desk staff had their heads buried in their phones. I know one of the was definitely not work related because she was blasting the volume for the videos she was watching.

It would have been nice if they offered pay-preview tv or some streaming channels like Hulu, Netflix ect. Next time I guess we will bring our Amazon Firestick but then I don't know how I would change the HDMI input since the remote did not allow that. Not being able to watch streaming content is very important to my wife Terra. We might not come back because of that. We asked if we could get a late checkout and they said that was not possible because they were fully booked for Sunday. I checked the website and there are 8 rooms available, I can't stand lying. Check out time was 11am, we are just about to open the door to leave at 11:02 and someone knocked on the door to remind us that it was check out time. It would have been nice if they had given us a little grace period, maybe 11:15.

Bad experience at check-in. First the Front Desk told me can't even find my reservation, next she said it was for next day. Then said well, I will have to charge even though I had paid in full when I booked. About half an later and her taking the manager for long time I got the room BUT not the one I booked for.

Incredible breakfast included in our stay. The room was spacious and very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We did not have a chance to enjoy the included afternoon wines in the lobby as we were too busy enjoying the area. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the location very much. Right in the middle of the quaint town, Arroyo Grande. So shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The location and hotel were very quiet, which we loved. One glitch was the front desk assigned us one room and gave us keys but in the computer system they marked us under a different room number. So later in the day we were locked out of our room for about 40 minutes. But they were able to resolve the issue and we will definitely return for a future visit!

Really great hotel in a wonderful location. There are two wineries a block away and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean with nice large rooms and we have found the staff very friendly both times we’ve stayed. They also offer a complimentary happy hour during the week!

Loved the decor for this place and how it seamlessly integrates with the downtown area. Close to nice restaurants and even a playground for our toddler. Only issue was with breakfast, which was not self-service buffet; we had to tell a lady what we wanted (through a window-like area) but she kept forgetting most of our order and was not very friendly, which led to us having to go back and forth three times. Wish they would just let us have a buffet style breakfast instead.

COVID is suppose to be over and some hotels are still using this as an excuse not to clean your room. When paying post COVID price increases, you should have your room cleaned and be able to pick your own breakfast iteams. I like this hotel and their friendly staff, I will stay here again only if they go back to pre COVID operation.
