The room was great. We choose this hotel for the shuttle service to the MN state fair. We found that the shuttle would fill quickly and the staff would scramble to find another driver. Evening pick ups from the state fair were packed and it did not seem like there ran enough shuttles to accommodate the promised service.

Great night stay in Roseville with Kids! Nice room, comfy beds, great TV, nice Bar/Restaurant on site, very nice workout center, coffee shop, and an awesome Pool/Hot Tub area with Sauna. I’ve become a baby with age regarding pool water temps and this pool was amazingly warm, we all loved it, will definitely return!!

Please put fans or some form of circulation in the pool area, it was ungodly humid and hot. Also the tiles are pretty but very slippery, I see an injury happening on that floor whether you are adult just walking with dry feet or a child just coming out of the pool playing. Otherwise the stay was great!

Hotel is currently under partial construction in lobby area. The room was nice, a little on the smaller side but no issue. The bathroom is small and could really do with an exhaust fan, but again not a huge issue, just makes bathroom and shower time iffy due to excess moisture and smell. Hotel has a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and wading pool. All in good clean condition. Only down side is it was very busy and there were no pool towels available for at least an hour. We called down to front desk twice and physically walked to ask for more. Eventually they brought in more. Overall our stay was pretty good and accommodated what we needed.

The Doubletree is very well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay here for a long weekend. The swimming pool and hot tub area is glorious. I can’t wait to go back.

Unfortunately when I was in the bathroom the sink was clogged and after taking the drain plug out along with it came a ton of hair looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Smelled of urine. I thought it was just me but then someone mentioned it smelled like there was a sewer problem. It wasn't overpowering but it was noticeable. Pool area was excellent! Room was ok, bit smaller that normal. Shower door kept sliding open when showering. I had to put a washrag behind the top wheel. Not worth the $200 a night.

Staff were overall friendly with customers and check in was easy. Within an hour of being in the room the housekeeping randomly walked into our room without knocking to hand us a meal and beverage card. After that we noticed that there was an ant infestation in the bathroom (Captured on video). Hundred's of ants coming from under the floor next to the shower, crawling all over the towels and sink. This was brought to the front desk’s attention and they said they a manager would contact us later on but we felt extremely brushed off.

Stayed solo after seeing a show. The room was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Pool area and the restaurant were good, didn't order food just had a few drinks, $6 for a bud light but the restaurant is listed as "high-class". My complaint is the lack of hot water, my room was on the 4th floor i let the shower run for 10 minutes, the first 5 was nothing but cold, ice cold. After 3 more minutes it did want up even with the hot water turned all the way up. The hotel was pretty full this could have been part of the issue, hard to say.

The rooms were clean, the problem I had with the room was the shower. Was unable to control the hot/cold. No comfortable setting, it was either too hot or too cold. The cleanliness both inside and out was clean. The transportation side was excellent. Used it for the State Fair and they were on time.

Friendly front desk staff, great pool area-pool was warm and the hot tub was a great size and was nice and hot. Great shower heads in the bathrooms. Walls were a bit thin between rooms, but overall I enjoyed my stay!

The pool area was one of the nicest. The rooms were comfy, nice beds....But our desk lamp's switch was broken, hot water wasn't abundant, the toilet seat was loose, bathroom sink had loose faucet handle, access door to fridge area wouldn't close, and no comp breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room consistently had an orchestra going on. From the dripping toilet, squeaky bathroom door and most of the a/c unit’s loud rattling made it impossible to sleep without sandwiching your head between two pillows. Of course, it became too hot to sleep with your head between two pillows when the room never got to the desired temperature. As per location, the area is very industrial and nothing to walk to. Won’t be back!

Kind night clerk helped us with late check in after our flight arrived late. He also loaned us a phone charger since I forgot one. Hot tub was awesome, room was clean albeit a little worn, and the only downside was the elevator was right next to our room and made noise every time it went up or down, which was a little disruptive to sleeping.

I had called four times to the ROSEVILLE MN doubletree location to see if it was possible to do an early check in. First, the customer service rep claimed to not see my reservation even with the confirmation number given to them. They then transferred me to another rep in LAS VEGAS to see if my reservation was set there. Second call no pick up. Third call rep states they couldn’t hear me and was going to end the call. Finally fourth was able to get ahold of someone who could find my reservation but was told I couldn’t check in early. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk staff did not greet or seem happy at all. There was two front staff members who seemed more interested in talking to each other than the guest in front of them. Directions to the room assigned was not given to us either until we were walking around aimlessly looking for the elevator. When we got to the room, there was stains noted on the carpet, and dust collecting on the bathroom vent and air conditioning vents. The pool and sauna was very nice and clean. Loved that the best. We had accidentally locked our key cards in the room, so therefore had to go back the front desk for a third key card. Salma who was the clerk seemed annoyed having to issue another card to us. When it was time to check out, I had brought all three cards to the desk and let the clerk we were checking out of our room. No response, no thank you, nothing.

Overall a pleasant stay. Quite noisy and easy to hear others. Kept having problems with outsiders coming into the building through the side and propping the pool room open with towels. We reported it a few times but it kept happening as there was limited staff to take care of the situation. So we took our family back to our room and avoided that as we didnt feel the safest with those people.

Front desk staff very rude and tried to skip serving us in line. Even the manager on duty was of no help. She had no control over her staff, according to her. The front desk person was rude, snappy, and clearly would rather be helping anyone else. My daughter had a separate room and they were being helped by someone else, who was very friendly and courteous as you would expect. Since there was a large wedding there, we were told if it got too noisy, we could go somewhere else. It was clear she would have rather been helping the person behind us in line. We are Caucasian while the person behind us was darker complected as was our helper Selma. Definitely would not recommend this hotel, nor will we be returning here. Much better hotels are available in the Twin Cities area.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel in a few years (I think it was the Radisson the last time I was there). Jess at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in early and check out late. The pool area is gorgeous and the food options located in the hotel were top notch. I loved that they had streaming services connected to their TVs. I also loved that their complimentary cookies were allergy friendly and delicious (I have a nut allergy). I was also provided with free bottles of water, which a lot of hotels don’t even do. I had an awesome stay and I will definitely be staying again.

I chose this hotel for the shuttle (which they didn't let us use, costing hundreds of dollars on Ubers) and the attached restaurant (which they refused to serve us alcohol even though they were open). The drain in the shower was slow. Not a great first experience.

It was an older building, but very clean and quiet. The pool was nice and they have a large whirlpool and sauna. The location is great, really close to tons of shopping and restaurants and only 5-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable, but I like a firm bed. It was nice to lay on a hotel bed and not roll into a hole in the middle. Best of all, it didnt smell like weed in the hallways, which has happened at every other hotel in the mpls area that I've stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.

Istayed here for one night and was really impressed! The place is huge with plenty of room to spread out. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax. Loved the nice pool and hot tub — perfect for unwinding. Plus, having a Starbucks and a steakhouse connected right to the hotel was such a convenient bonus. It’s also close to downtown, which made getting around really easy. Definitely a great spot for a comfortable and convenient stay!

It's in a drug area. The hotel next door is loaded with drug addicts who wonder the doubletree parking lot looking to break into cars. Hotel is not liable. BEWARE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The location is just outside of metropolitan Minneapolis and St. Paul with easy access to I-35. It is a fairly large building which gives it a good sense of spaciousness. The lobby is very professional and it has a nice restaurant attached. We were able to get breakfast vouchers which gave us access to a respectable breakfast buffet each morning. The climate control was fantastic and the free wifi was usable. All staff were very nice. My only issue is the bathroom had no vent which meant any shower led to the room becoming excessively steamy and the air very thick with moisture. I would have no problem staying here again.

Everything about the hotel was great except the morning breakfast that is included was not well posted as to time or where the location of free breakfast was. When we did find the breakfast it was in the pool area and breakfast was OK. was also surprised it was being taken down on a Sunday morning by 8:30AM. We stay at many hotels with free breakfast and it is really nice with cearl, yogurt, danish, fruit like banana, oranges, along with the eggs, bacon and french toast. Need a breakfast area for guest.

Smelled like marijuana, pull out coach was not pull out and had to request a roll away, the base of the main bed fell apart, the main bed moved like a glider rocker, went to eat in Axels for breakfast and the buffet was empty and we had a mouse run across the floor under our table
