Extremely easy to get to, great location to catch park-and-ride to the Minnesota State Fair. Free breakfast was OK, many times stock was low, or non-existent, so had to ask to replenish. Definitely need more fruit. Definitely need more milk. Pool was refreshing, hot tub, hot, and the grounds were pretty to walk around. Plenty of shopping, and places to eat close by. Will definitely stay here again.

My kids and I were in town for a baseball tournament. It was such a great service to have free washers and dryers (they even furnished the detergent pods and dryer sheets). The buffet breakfast was good and plenty of choices for all of us. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Thank you!

The pool was under maintenance the last two days my family stayed, we were really disappointed. There was no notification at the front desk letting us know we had to alert housekeeping if we wanted it or not, we had no clean towels for the next day or bed made. Bed sheets had stains on it before we even used the beds. Will not stay again..

The pool was heavily chlorinated. We were traveling with several groups of people for a tournament. The kids eyes were burning and they were coughing. Waited at front desk to tell staff. Said they didn’t have anyone there to check water. Asked if someone could be called, said maybe. Asked for towels since no towels were in pool. Staff brought in only 2 towels. There were at least 20 people in pool area. Said there were no clean towels. He then only took about 10 towels to wash that were in dirty bin. No one came to check pool, staff was not concerned. Never even walked in pool area to see. Conditioner was out in our room as well as others room we were traveling with, disappointed. At breakfast if you wanted oatmeal you had to have staff heat up in microwave in back. Others tv was not working in room. Staff stayed in back behind door at front desk. It’s almost like they were checking cameras to see when people came to desk. We would likely not stay here again due to staff and the non concern of the heavy chlorine pool area. Staff didn’t seem like they were excited about their job. They were not visible at front desk at all. They were not positive.

Property had bed bugs and general manager Brad was very unpleasant. Poorly ran and managed. Because of this experience I will no longer use Hampton or Orbitz, will book direct to another hotel. Been a complete joke.

We loved it here. We were just 5 minutes from our kids and our new granddaughter. There's a Super Walmart and Aldi across the parking lot. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. The AC and heater were great - we alternated back and forth if it got too warm. Shower was huge and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was incredible: scrambled eggs, omelets, biscuits/gravy, French toast, waffles, yogurts, cereals, fruits, etc. Great selection. Pool was also great - the room was nice and warm which helped when you got out of the water. I didn't get into the jacuzzi, but it looked spacious and inviting. We will definitely stay here again when we come to see our kids again soon!

Hampton Inn Roseville lived up to its high rated customer feedback. Clean, good bed, good bathroom, cable tv, good lights, fridge, microwave, quiet the night of my stay. Outside areas and parking lot were good. Bfast set up was typical of Hampton and the area was clean and maintained by staff throughout bfast. Only complaint on bfast was the first draw from the coffee carafe poured lukewarm, I came back later and the same carafe had hot coffee. Other complaint: upon check-in I had to scan my credit card multiple times as the Hampton system seemed to be having problems "taking" my card. These are just minor incidents but could be improved upon.

Almost spotless. A few crumbs near the bed and there weren't any outlets to use near the bed. The thermostat was difficult to work. However, the bathroom and the rest of the room was very clean.

Check in wasn't the best. Had to wait several minutes for associate and he wasn't the friendliest. Room was nice. Coffee supplies were not cleaned up or filled up. Old coffee grounds from previous guest still in coffee maker. I stayed two nights and was not aware I had to request a room clean the next day. Had to request a refill of coffee supplies again. No paper cups for water even? Bed was super hard. Breakfast was amazing though. Very, very good. Overall hotel was nice and great location with some restaurants and shopping nearby. Customer service in general could use some work. Not the friendliest staff at the front desk. With less amenities available these days should focus more on your customer service.

We were there for hockey. We were in room 202. It was never cleaned. He had to ask for towels several times. The hockey kids in room room 302 were running up and down the halls until well after 11:30 each night. Knocking on doors, calling rooms and hanging up. We contacted the front desk and nothing was done about it. My husband tried to talk to the kids about it and they shrugged him off.

Only thing I would share was the front desk seemed under staffed. There was two times I stood there for over ten minutes for assistance. Once I spoke to the staff they responded quickly and pleasantly. Also our room was not cleaned in between days which was no big deal but I found odd. It would have been nice to have garbages emptied and towels replaced. It must of been an issue because several guests used hall way garbages for disposal. After Covid places have changed policies that it's hard to keep up with what each place was doing. I liked the location I found it convenient. Would plan to stay here again.

I booked my room in January. The day before my arrival, the hotel emailed me to tell me that they were giving me a different room because they sold out. After I arrived, i went into my room (the one that I originally reserved) and the comforter was disgusting! The guy at the front desk was great, he brought me a clean cover right away.

The woman at the front desk was fantastic. She was very accommodating when we arrived 1/2 hour before check in and our rooms weren’t quite ready. The next morning she was also in the breakfast area ensuring everything was stocked and cleaned up after a large group left. All with a smile on her face!
