Stayed 4 nights

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. But noisy with people above and kids running in hallways. Should enforce own policy on parking- 7 trailer taking up 19 parking spaces so no room for actual hotel guests cars, and nowhere near to park. Don’t tow cars who are not guests. Had to have room key reset EVERY day.

Stayed 3 nights

We found our room to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and liked the shower and amenities. Also we enjoyed the breakfast provided as there were plenty of choices and your coffee was very good. All in all it was a very nice and pleasant place to stay.

The pool and hot tub were great. The beds were hard, the AC didn’t work well. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot, but not a fan of the choices.

Stayed 1 night

After checking in at 1130pm with my 5 year daughter and (small-medium) dog, driving all the way from Alaska, the last thing I was expecting was to be slapped with a $75 pet fee, when the seven hotels I stayed throughout the entire week had charged anywhere from $25 to nothing for my dog to stay overnight. Would have been nice to know the actual price of your pet fees when making decisions on which hotels to choose, rather than being left in a very tough spot upon arrival. No exception was made for me moving as military member on PCS orders either. The hotel staff seemed sympathetic but ultimately told me there was nothing they can do and to pound sand. Perhaps I shouldn't have even told them I had a dog with me as not a single person would have known any different and another reminder of what a money grab this is! Will not be doing business with your hotel again based on what's turned into become corporate garbage rather than using common sense to help accomondate your guests.
