We are torn about this hotel. It was so very clean. I always wipe down the surfaces when we arrive and my paper towels were so clean after wiping. The beds were comfy. The staff was super nice. It was as quiet as a hotel with humans can be. The pool was freezing but the kids didn't seem to mind. The only issue was parking. Yes the lot is easily accessible, but the hotel shares it with a couple of restaurants. So between 3-5 there are cars continuously circling the lot looking for a spot.My hubby was about to head out to pick up dinner for us and I could see 5 cars circling for a spot so I called him a d said don't leave, or you could be circling for a long time. We made sure to be back to the hotel before dinner on Saturday.

The check-in process was easy and the staff was nice, the room was very clean and nothing in the room was broken or damaged. The pool was fun to swim in, no hot tub but that's okay, my guest and I were the only ones in the pool which was nice, I stayed during winter and I imagine no one thinks about swimming in the winter. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well kept and clean. There are some nice restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel as well so that's always nice.

Nice location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Felt safe. Nice breakfast area. Check in/out quick with friendly staff. Room was clean but needs more hooks/bars to hang up towels. Exercise area only had a couple machines, small weights, no bench.

Great stay other than the fact there was not a whirlpool/spa in the pool area. We were very disappointed by this as we were looking forward to relaxing in the evening. We went into the pool but it was a little too cold for us to really be relaxing.

Clean and attractive. Cookies every day. Nice room, pool, and breakfast area. Age is showing. Mold and mildew in showers. Some carpeting looking old. All facilities should have grab bars in showers. SAFETY!!! However, in all we do like staying here and have done so for several years.

i would stay here again. no major issues. People were friendly and helpful. Things i would like improved: the carpet needed a good cleaning (room 214). furniture starting to show wear. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

This is an extremely well located hotel but it is getting run down. And the cleanliness is okay but used to the great. Hair on the bathroom floor from other guests. Furniture is stained and scratched. And the pool needed chlorine. The front desk staff and workers are super friendly so that’s a bright spot. The free breakfast is marginally compared to previous years. Our daughter has lived in the area for 10 years. This hotel has been our go to for many years. May be time to find something else.

Overall nice hotel. Felt very clean except the bathroom. The shower grout looked like it had mildew in the corners, the toilet worked but barely flushed, sounds weird but the toilet paper holder was slanted downward which made the toilet paper roll fall off every once in awhile, and the bathroom door did not lock. The room itself was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We came down for breakfast around 9:45 a.m. and almost all the food was gone and never replenished (breakfast went until 10:30). There was no hot food besides make your own waffles. There was only 1 broken hard boiled egg, 2 bagels, some wrinkly oranges, and 2 pieces of bread. There was plenty of cold cereal and yogurt though. There was someone working the breakfast but she never restocked any food. The area around the hotel is nice. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options close by. The person at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. There wasn't anyone at the front when we checked out.

Traditional hotel property, clean and comfortable but only one elevator. The particular weekend we stayed there were many kids running through the halls and there was a large party in the common area with a lot of loud swearing and drinking. It was odd that the staff didn't address this as it was 10PM. I'm sure this was just an unusual circumstance, but it was annoying. This is a convenient location and we will likely stay here again when visiting family.

For the price I had to pay I felt ripped off. At half the price I’d feel ok about the experience. Then walls meant I heard everyone near me. The bed was a taco shaped folding in the middle. And the furniture was very dated. Not worth it at the price I had to pay

We had some issues at check-in and the reserve now play at check-in did not work. Shortly after making my reservation I was charged for the room. So that was confusing at check-in. But clean property, clean room. Room darkening curtains were easy to use and temperature control was good as well. Room was spacious with divider between beds and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very squeaky. Beds were comfortable and did not hear people in hallways or rooms near us. Elevator was large and continental breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lit and clean.

We had a good 2 night stay. The hotel appears to be relatively recently remodeled, it was clean, and our room did not have any lingering odors (from cleaning products or otherwise). I do want to comment on the claim of "Soundproofed rooms" that you may see. Not sure that any hotel can truly be soundproofed. We did not get any noticeable noise from adjacent rooms (I suspect the walls are where some soundproofing may have been done), but when people staying in the room above you are literally stomping around until 11pm, and when kids are yelling in the hallways, you are going to hear it (as we did). This was not the hotel's fault - we stayed when the hotel was flooded with middle school sports teams - but rather the parents who did not stop their kids from being inconsiderate.

Arrived a few minutes late to check in due to road construction and the staff would not honor our prepaid Expedia reservation. Knowing we were too exhausted to go anywhere else they had us pay out of pocket even though they had a fully paid reservation through Expedia. They kept both payments and got paid double.

Computers were not working for check in. Had to stand there 25 minutes before they got it figured out and finally checked us in. There was an area in front of the air/ heater that stayed wet. About 1 foot by 1 foot. There was no folder with hotel/ food/ area location info. I have a phone that can scan, but my elderly mother does not . You should have that available for your older guests. The curtains did not close correctly. We either had to use the black out ones or have headlights from the parking lot in our room,

Amazing how accommodating this establishment is! They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever there was any question or need they met the occasion with a solution and a smile. Spectacular stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Clean and cared for facility. The gal who checked us in (Claudia, I think it was) was so warm and personable. The fella behind the desk was warm and wonderful as we checked out (and I think he might have been maintenance). Room was clean and had every single thing we needed. The price point was a remarkable deal. Whenever we’re back in the area, we will stay again, for sure! Bravo, everyone!

Checked in, they give me a room and the key reader does not work. Had to wait another 15 minutes for a different room. She wanted to give me and my wife 2 queen beds. We paid for a king. Finally get the correct room after the wait Breakfast is supposed to be at 6 am we had to be somewhere at 7. At 6:10 we come down. Ahe says the hot breakfast won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Pretty ridiculous when you need to be somewhere at 7 am.

Best staff hands down!!!!! Breakfast was great! The lady working breakfast was super friendly and accommodating. House keeping was also amazing. Quick to take our garage and dirty towels while replacing them. Overall stay was 9/10. Pool had too much chlorine for my kiddos.

The lady at the front desk was great we checked in 7:30 and the air conditioning was not working in our room. I contacted her and she had the maintenance man checking by 8:00 on a Friday night and he fixed it by 8:10. The breakfast was a little disappointing as I like eggs and they did not have any.
