Good sized room at the back of the hotel so really quiet. Super comfy bed. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Room a bit jaded and could have done with a deep clean...but for the price it was a bargain. Great location, friendly person on reception, huge breakfast down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Clean rooms and helpful good staff.

Good little hotel. Clean and tidy, affordable, easy to find. The room was small bur well appointed. No AC but the window was open so not too hot. I was only there for one night so the malfunctioning TV was not really an issue, neither was the next-to-useless main room light. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower, while basic, worked well enough. As I said I was only there for one night, anything more than two or three I would maybe look elsewhere for a slightly better room. But it suited me and my needs very well so no real complaints. Recommend for a short term, low cost, basic needs stay.

Parking was a bonus. Dillon on reception was very helpful. Cleaning staff was very polite. Room was very clean. Fridge in room was well appreciated as we stayed for a few days. Sleeping was blissful. Short walk to cafe for breakfast which was well cooked. Travel into central London was convenient. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to shops and within walking distance of the tube and train stations. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. Parking is an additional £15, which I found expensive. We arrived at around 1:20 PM, mistakenly thinking check-in was at 1 PM. We understood when we were told the actual check-in time was 2 PM, and we were asked to wait around 30 minutes. However, we ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes, and the room still wasn’t ready. Other guests who arrived after us were checked in before us, which was frustrating after driving 4–5 hours from another city and simply wanting to freshen up. The Wi-Fi was also unavailable throughout our entire stay. We were told the provider was being contacted, but the connection never returned before checkout. When we finally entered the room, we saw the cleaning staff finishing the preparation, which appeared to take only a few minutes despite our lengthy wait. The room itself was spacious, but noise from the room above was a major issue. We could clearly hear footsteps, running water and toilet flushing, and we couldn’t sleep properly until around 2 AM when the noise stopped. Overall, the location is excellent, but the service, Wi-Fi issue and noise made the stay disappointing. Given the price and additional parking charge, I would hesitate to stay again.
