The rooms are great, clean, and super convenient to the airport. Construction going on and no elevator was available. Staff was accommodating and put our 90 year old parents on the first floor, but would have been nice to know about the construction and side entrance before arriving.

Breakfast was good but lacks fresh fruits for a healthier option. Love the spacious hallway. Reception were welcoming and accommodating. The only flaw was the EV. We wanted to stay here because of the free EV charging option but there is only 1 available.

We booked this property specifically because it had an airport shuttle and we were having an overnight layover with our 2 small kids and we did not travel with car seats. It was not made clear that the airport shuttle only ran until 11pm and we were then left stranded at the airport when our flight landed later just slightly after 11. There were no ride shares that offered car seats and we spent well over an hour trying to figure out what to do after getting off a 6.5 hour flight with 2 cranky toddlers. It was infuriating to say the least. After so much runarounds and a mini breakdown, the Alaskan baggage attendant was able to gift us two car seats in order to get a taxi over to the hotel; which was an additional cost we weren’t planning on since I deliberately chose a hotel with a free shuttle. However, the night receptionist tried to be as helpful as possible and was kind enough to grant us a later check out. The breakfast and coffee machine were more than adequate though which was much needed.

From the check in with Vance, to the breakfast crew in the mornings (really sweet hospitable folks), to the friendly housekeeping staff... Everything was what I needed it to be. I have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Only downfall, there was no pool; However, I didn't come for that, so all was still awesome.

The shuttle from the airport was canceled due to weather, though the roads were just wet. I wasn’t notified in anyway that I would need to find my own transportation. The desk clerk told me the shuttle was a courtesy and not an obligation for your hotel and if it wasn’t available it wasn’t your problem.

Our room was very clean It was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. There was also ample free parking. Only a couple minor annoyances: The bathroom vent fan was very loud and did not seem to do much. It was tied to the light switch so there was no way to turn it off while using the bathroom. Second, in spite of the room size, which was big, there was only one chair and small table. There was plenty of room for a sofa or loveseat and coffee table. Instead, there was just a big empty space.

Got into room and there was big hair balls on floor behind door. Otherwise pretty clean. Biggest complaint was with the park and fly. Hardly a convenience, I overlooked the price when I scheduled our pick up but the price was $150. I could have parked in the short term garage for that price and not have to wait on a bus.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was big with modern, comfortable furniture, and updated fixtures. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again. I think I made a great choice at an affordable price.

There was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. We stayed for three nights and had to leave the fan running the whole time to keep the smell from coming into the room. The bed was hard. It was nice that they had a soft and firm pillows to pick from. The area where the couch was located needed more lightning, at night we had to leave the bright hall light on when we sitting over on that side of the room. Breakfast was good. Lots of Bacon and your choice between an normal size waffle or small size. Which I thought was cute. Was near the airport, but only heard the planes when the window was open. We didn't need the shuttle but they did offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Run down rooms, pink mold in shower crevices, dinged up furniture, and bare bones basic room. Bed comfortable though. Next door neighbors were excessively loud after 11 so I let the staff know and they were responsive and took care of it. Overall, I’d pick another more updated hotel given the price point

The heater was loud and so was the bathroom fan which came on whenever you entered the bathroom. Using the bathroom in the middle of the night and having to hear the fan and bright light was not good. The breakfast was just ok.

Never accept a room on the 1st floor. Guests above Rm 117 were horrid. Stomping, running and constant thumping until 11p. Stayed at airport location due to early airline departure. Room was clean, staff was friendly but AC and fan loud. Not good for early riser.

Hotel looked like a mess as you walked in the front door because they are working on the elevator and it does not currently function. Our bathroom was tiny - you could barely get past the door to close it. But, the tile was updated and room was okay.

will not stay there aging, terrible overall, Truck window got smashed and laptop stolen, parked right by front door. When approached Manager about the issue, she was rude and completely unapproachable. Do a lot of travel for Business, but will never stay here again. Definitely do not recommend.

Brenda at the desk was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The shuttle was available when requested and the drivers were great and friendly. The free breakfast and lobby coffee were good and appreciated.

Arrived at 11:30 and had to pay $50 for early check in, checked out at 7:39 for my flight and was told by th shuttle driver your rules forbade dropping me at United departures. My wife chair bound and I’m 81 and had to get both to the check in unassisted.

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. They drove us to Cascade Station for dinner and picked us up. They also stored our oversize luggage so we would not have to drag downstairs the next day.

The bed is comfortable. The AC is not loud. Anthony is nice and respectful. We liked him that he gave us an option which floor we preferred. My husband’s iPhone accidentally locked that he couldn’t unlock. After looking online that the phone stores would close very soon and getting frustrated, I thought about asking for Anthony’s help. He was able to get it unlocked! Thanks Anthony from two elderly customers! God bless you!

Very convenient location, plenty of parking and easy access to food places and a grill bar that we really enjoyed along with a grocery store nearby. We stayed 3 days and never had any issues, staff was friendly and ready to assist. A couple of comments of what could improve, there was no mention that they were renovating so part of the lobby was closed off. The breakfast was good, good selection but the hot food was 'exactly' the same each day, I think some days, like perhaps Saturdays and Sundays, there could be some variety just for the sake of those guests that stay more than one day or two. We did enjoyed the biscuits with gravy offering.

Overall, enjoyable stay. Possible computer issues at check in. Afternoon traffic jam nearby (122nd and Airport Way) was terrible. Room (#106) was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have separate light and fan switches in bathroom. Breakfast was average.

Property was clean and service staff was excellent. Location was quiet and safe but a bit inconvenient for a liesure traveler while better for a business traveler. Hotel is closer to an industrial area of the airport than it is to the airport's shopping district, and getting there was by car alone.

I stayed here because it is so close to the airport and I am happy that I don’t hear the planes too bad and the neighbor next to me - cough - Hilton. The rates are fair - no car parking fees, close to a small pub, gas and easy to get to locally vs highway when it is rush hour.

Breakfast was the only negative. It needed to be better stocked. There were the oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal. There were no cups for coffee; I had to go looking for some in the lobby area. None of the food was labeled. You had to open each container to see what it contained.

Very convenient to the Airport. Cold breakfast available from 4 AM - great before an early flight. The staff were helpful and reserved two rooms next to each other when I asked. Check-in was easy. Large rooms with comfortable beds.
