Comfortable Family Home in Beautiful Neighborhood

The home is as described. All rooms have a king sized bed which were comfortable and a fan which is nice because we can’t sleep without them. There is not a washer and dryer which would have been nice to have but other than that everything was great. We would stay here again.

Good stay, lacking on things like measuring cups but other than that great stay!

The property was nice but the sheets had hair over them the problem was never rectified so I had to buy new sheets.

The huge backyard was great for our kids and dog, the view of the mountains was also great! Easy access right off I-25, safe clean neighborhood that felt safe. Access to park in the garage was also very helpful.The amenities were pretty minimal, and there were some details missed. I didn’t care for the third party process of checking in and having to submit my drivers license and picture of myself just to check in. There was also a dangerous metal pipe in the backyard I assumed was taken care of based on previous reviews and responses, I hope the owner remedies that. I chose not to bring up things during my stay because I didn’t have capacity for that , the owner said he would have remedied them if I had. He was easy to communicate with.

This home was perfect for our family! The three bedrooms had very comfortable king-size beds. There was plenty of space for us to play games and relax. It was also convenient to park in the garage, especially since it snowed during our stay. Communication was great with the owner.
