From check in to check out was top notch! The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out.There's plenty of parking, well lit & safe. I love the layout & scenery of the lobby, dining room & hallway area! Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was always hot, fresh & delicious with a nice variety. The baristas at Starbucks where super helpful & did a wonderful job. The gal working 9/2/24 served us most of our stay & she knows her coffee! It was perfect everytime! The two gentlemen working at the bar where fun, welcoming & awesome! They suggested a new drink for me to try, it was delicious!!! (Ice tea, Peach Crown & peach simple syrup) Housekeeping was top notch & took pride in their work. Our room was crisp and clean. Room service for food was delicious, fast & had an amazing presentation! The restaurant has the best food, you won't leave hungry or disappointed! I loved the beauty mirror attached to the bathroom wall. The bed & pillows where so comfy! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The fridge and microwave worked well. Water was always nice and hot with good pressure. Our mountain top view was breathtaking! Black out curtains did their job. The only "negative", walls are a little thinner by the highway & front door. No different than any other hotel. We turned the tv on low & set a timer. We didn't use the pool or gym but they looked well taken care of. Embassy will be our go to Loveland Co. hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience! :)

General appearance was good. Check in was efficient. Lobby was attractive. The water feature was nice. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. The room was large , clean and offered good amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Also liked the charging station The decor throughout the hotel seemed dark. The bathroom lighting was poor. Dark wallpaper didn’t help. Good thing it had a makeup mirror. Tub drained slow and diverter didn’t work properly. Good strain of water coming from shower head when trying to fill the tub. Bathroom door needs WD-40! Didn’t use restaurant or bar. Exercise room seemed well equipped. Pool looked nice . Would have been nice to have a jacuzzi. $15 a night for parking seems a little bit excessive especially for self parking . Overall stay was positive.

After 14 years of staying at this property mainly because it was family friendly.It has been turned into a business center. we were treated. In a way , we weren't used to being treated at this establishment due to new management. It certainly isn't the kind of hotel that you want to spend any amount of time at! When my room key wouldn't work and it didn't work the entire 3 days. Security escorted me to my room like I was a criminal. He refused to listen when I told him my family was asleep and beat on the door. I was humiliated. When maintenance went to check the door lock.They busted in on my daughter who was in the bathroom. Spa gone, treasure chest and books, games for kids gone... The only saving grace was a housekeeper named Lou. She was amazing thank you, Lou! Unfortunately embassy suites Loveland you have dropped the ball.You are now a business hotel congratulations

Breakfast very good, they also have some free appetizers around dinner time which was a nice surprise. Medium-sized pool, no hot tub. It costs $14 a night to park, which seemed unnecessary. Overall good property.

Older facility, but well maintained. We scheduled massages at the in-house spa and they refused to extend our check-out time to accommodate it, which was disappointing. Service was good overall, but it felt like everyone was rushed and a bit harried. There was a big event at the Budweiser Center while we were there so perhaps that’s why; although several staff mentioned that they are always busy.

The entire property seemed spotless. The room was so well maintained and thought out with a living area separated from the sleeping area by a door. Hot water was not a problem at all. The staff was so pleasant, and the complimentary, as you order, was wonderful. Will definitely return to this property.

The hotel is dated and becoming dirty looking. The carpet in our room and hall was very gross. There was a pet smell you couldn’t ignore. Service was just blah. Didn’t feel valued or not. Very indifferent. Lacking a hot tub. Breakfast was great.

We went for the Mountain View and it did not disappoint! It was a beautiful peaceful view. The room was a classy feel and we really enjoyed our stay. They had a little managers reception time with drinks and snacks included which was a real nice treat. The hotel common areas were clean and quiet, we will definitely be back

Good place to stay for your money. Good breakfast and bar. Only complaint would be that the walls are pretty thin. You can hear road noise from the highway that is far enough away that you should not hear anything. Good location with lots of different restaurants near by.

We had a suite with 2 tvs. The tv in the master bedroom did not work. We let the hotel know but they were unable to get it fixed. Not the biggest deal but it was annoying. Other than that it was a real good experience.

The made to order breakfast was amazing and convenient. All the staff were very accommodating especially when we had a reservation mix up and the hotel was sold out.They were able to find a way for us to extend our stay. The on premised Starbucks was much appreciated on our early mornings. The the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Great hotel for mini getaway. So clean, breakfast and manager’s reception always top notch! Kyle at reception couldn’t have been any better! He set the tone for our stay, he was friendly, went above and beyond and was hilarious too!

We really enjoyed the breakfast and manager's reception, but several other things made our stay really frustrating. It took a really long time to check in because there was a mix up in the computer system with our reservation. Then, our keys wouldn't work (even though we had them re-set the next day as recommended). Our daughter's family also stayed there and their keys stopped working part way through the visit. A manager had to go all the way up to the 6th floor to let them into their room with their baby crying because her ID was in the room. It's also really disappointing to have to pay $15 a day for parking in their huge lot. There are a few good perks, but I'm not sure they're worth the other frustrations.

The additional charges for parking were not well communicated at the point of reservation, and we would have booked somewhere else if we had known about these additional charges. When we brought this up with the Front Desk staff, they were uninterested in hearing from us, let alone helping with a resolution. They were very dismissive and rude.

We had a great stay, the room was nice and clean, check-in was easy, property was easy to navigate, and the clean staff was easy to work with. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants on property or nearby. You will need transportation for this hotel as it sits in a small town. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was very clean and large for the price paid. I was also given the exact room requested which was facing the mountains. The staff at check out and check in were both fast and friendly. Will definitely plan another trip to stay at this location in the future.

Amazing stay!! Best REAL breakfast with cooked to order omelets.. the managers special was awesome with 2 free drinks per person with appetizers daily. The indoor atmosphere and the pool doesn’t close until midnight. By far one of the best hotels and amenities!

Dear Embassy Suites Team, One of the things we’ve always enjoyed most about Embassy Suites is the Atrium. We love spending our evenings there as a family, playing board games and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, during this stay, the Atrium lighting was extremely dim. Around 6:30 p.m., we went down to play a game and had trouble finding a table with enough light to see the board. We settled near the breakfast area, but by 7:00 p.m., the lights were completely turned off, leaving us unable to continue. We understand dimming the lights during quiet hours—around 10 or 11 p.m.—but having them off as early as 7 p.m. makes the beautiful Atrium space unusable in the evenings. Thankfully, one of your staff members noticed our struggle and kindly turned on a few lights for us, which we truly appreciated. However, this should not have been necessary. The lighting should remain bright enough for guests to comfortably use the space. Another aspect we’ve always enjoyed at Embassy Suites is the breakfast, but this time it was quite disappointing. The waffles were hard, the pancakes were thick and undercooked inside, and there were no bagels or biscuits and gravy, items that are standard even at more modes

The only thing ever change was our breakfast off the buffet was horrible. Our first day it was dry and cold. The coffee was bad, but ordering off the line. Our breakfast was much better the following days.
