Property had a large gathering of people loitering outside, smoking and possibly drinking. I was unsure if they were guests or visitors, but the crowd made me and my 2 young kids very uncomfortable to stay there. The place was dirty and not well kept. Staff were not helpful. 1/10 would not recommend.

The night clerk was great. The A/C in the room barely worked and the room was warm and stuffy all night. They put newer units in the hallways but the room units are ancient. Towels were stained, door latch didn't work properly, only had one towel. No wash clothes, hand towels, tissues, and one bar of soap. The desk clerk offered to move us rooms but also said that all the rooms were the same and they only put one towel in each room because they didn't have enough towels for all the rooms unless we asked for them. Won't be returning.

Hot tub was out of order. Hotel no longer offers breakfast. The room it self was run down and tired. The bed was broke down in the middle so we slept in a "hole" all night. Very disappointing!

The room smelt of ammonia which gave me terrible headaches and the pillows were folded in half to look like throw pillows, once unfolded very flat. Went to Walmart to buy pillows to sleep on. Lady who helped us the day we checked in was very helpful.

Staff was cordial, but property is extremely rundown. No breakfast, broken ice machine, broken hot tub. Price was low, so was quality of the property
