It’s a little hard to find. There is no entrance from the street address. The entrance is on the main drag, but the motel is set back to the rear property line. Continental breakfast was good with enough food and variety.

What I liked best was the ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. Although the front entrance is on a main road there is a rear entrance that was very easy to get in and out of. Also, the lobby was really nice.

This property is right in the middle of the main downtown section of Long Beach. Great area to stay, unload, then walk around everywhere...great restaurants, souvenir shops and beach access real close! Property has good dog access to walk them and is clean, no weird smells, not a lot of weird noises all night but yet we were on 3rd floor facing west. Free breakfast wa fabulous, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, potatoes, waffle maki g machine, juices, yogurts, a nice display.

Both of the women at the front desk were amazing. The room was filthy. The toilet was dirty, it looked as though it was never cleaned (around the base). We were in one room and moved because of the smell. It smelt of mold. The room we were moved to had an awful smell as well. Will not be coming back.

The Best Western Long Beach Inn unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room, which I didn’t need or request. When I asked about switching, I was informed that this type of room was given because I booked through Expedia at a discounted rate. While I understand policies may vary, this explanation felt a bit dismissive and could have been handled with more care, especially considering how important accessibility is for those who truly need it. The room itself had some issues. I noticed a small roach on the nightstand lamp, and there was leftover food under the bed, which was disappointing. The fridge also made odd noises throughout the night, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, the overall smell of the property was not very pleasant, which impacted my comfort during the stay. We enjoyed the pleasant and cheerful staff at Best Western, and breakfast that provided energy for our day. Though, we did find the room had some cleanliness issues. The floor had stray, long, black hairs on some surfaces, and dust layers on others. No WiFi service at the hotel during our 4-day stay was unfortunate. The Jeep parades on Long Beach were most entertaining, and restaurants within walking distance most appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Long Beach!

Our room hd leftover garbage from previous customer in the bathroom in two different spots and on the floor by one of the beds. The TV cable was not set up and some of the towels smelled dirty. Unfortunate when they spend more time cleaning the lobby than the rooms. Bonus: one of the bathroom towels made me break out in a painful rash all over my body.

Great location and really easy walk to the Marsh Museum, elephant ears shop and plenty of selection for restaurants and family fun center. Super clean hotel and very tidy rooms. Breakfast had amazing options to choose from. Down side...the mattresses could use some updating. Coming from someone with a bad back, the beds did nothing for comfort for myself or for my family with good backs. Other then that, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again even with creeky and squeaky coils beds

There are only 2 items I feel compelled to discuss. One thing is there are no view rooms in the hotel, I was highly dissapointed. And my second concern is the TOILET PAPER! The toilet paper is completely unacceptable.......the worst paper ever! Best Western needs to step up and buy some decent toilet paper. Thank You.

I will start this by saying we have stayed in a lot of hotels recently. The room they gave us was pretty much in the lobby and eating area, so it was incredibly noisy. When I asked for a different room that was further away, I was told there were no other king rooms available. The beds were very hard ( I finally fell asleep at about 4 AM.) and the breakfast was not very good. I tried the scrambled eggs, and they were kind of wet. There was water in the chafing dish. The bacon seem like microwave, bacon, and the biscuits and gravy were definitely not fresh. They seem to start working on laundry a good hour before we checked out. We were right across the hall from it and it was ridiculously noisy. Pros- Proximity to restaurants and shops

Location was great. Very small hotel, was on the second floor and the pack of elephants on the 3rd floor stampeded all night. The front desk has ear plugs so ask for them. Nice people working here.

It was very noisy. We thought it was a little funny that there were ear plugs on the tv console, but we later understood why. The breakfast and service was good, but we'd likely stay somewhere else if we visited long beach in the future.

Check in was an interesting experience with 2 of the staff arguing with each other. They were pretty rude when I called to see if I could check in a little early too. The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on. Felt like sleeping on a box spring. The view out of our window was leftover trash from a homeless camp.

I came in around noon just to confirm my stay and to get a parking pass and stood there waiting for someone to come to the front desk for like 15 minutes and no one was around or showed up so I left. Came back in a little later and someone was finally there so I could check in. They were very polite but need someone at the desk more often!

Desk staff super friendly and appreciated their efforts to make the stay even better. We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn’t ready (understandable) they provided us with our parking permit and we were able to wake the cute town. They asked us to check back at normal check in time for our room…I was pleasantly surprised when a bit later we received a call telling us that our room was ready and we could check in at anytime.

The staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond. Very friendly and welcoming. There was one lady with sholder length blondish hair and glasses, who was extra kind, but I didn't get her name and I can't seem find a direct number to the front desk right now, to ask her name. She is a huge asset to your hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and quiet, which is very important to us. Great location. We had a fantastic exerience there! You should be very proud of that hotel.Thank you!

Linda went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Check-in was fast and efficient. The property was clean as was our room. They even provided us with earplugs, I am assuming this may have been due to the fireworks. Although we weren't bothered by the noise great job taking into account the increased noise level for the 4th of July! Location is great! Close to the beach, shops, and plenty of food options.

Excellent value for the money. It is a very well kept hotel. That is not an easy thing to do so close to the ocean. The location is right in the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was also very good.
