I have stayed at this hotel for years, which made this experience especially disappointing. I paid for an ocean-view room, which is on a higher floor but was assigned a first-floor room at the back of the building overlooking the parking lot and a building. Throughout the evening and night, headlights shone directly into our room, and the outside noise made it difficult for my family to rest. What was most frustrating was the resistance I encountered when I asked the staff to address the situation. I had hoped that the room type I paid for, my advance request, and my history as a returning guest would be honored. Instead, there seemed to be little effort to accommodate my family or find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, this was one of our worst stays at a property we have enjoyed visiting for years. I hope management reviews how room assignments and guest concerns are handled, particularly when the room provided does not match what was reserved and paid for.

Partial beach view means no view and price is way to high for such a run down place. Rooms have no ac, tv hardly works took 10 minutes to turn on, no shower curtain, very dark and no lighting , loud refrigerator. Terrible mattress got no sleep between the loud fridge and being so hot I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The staff and place was absolutely beautiful, however when we arrived we had noticed a weird smell coming up to the rooms, we then walked into our room which was clean for the most part, the curtains had tears at the top , and the top of the shower was lined in a dark dirt, the fan was also covered in dust, and half of the outlets were not working in our room, and two weird stains on the sheets, other than that beautiful views, nice staff. Cool amenities

Great location and the bikes were a plus for our family! Rooms were quite loud and beds were not comfortable. Pool was amazing though- adults only times are appreciated.
