Staff was rude and threatened to kick me and my service animals out because a maid came in without knocking at like 4pm and said I wasn’t there but I was in the shower, the room was not cleaned properly before I arrived, I was given a 100$ fine for dog poop when that is impossible as I checked the room 20 times I literally have ocd and ptsd , horrible staff , I’ve been to most of the frank hotels and never had this problem , I think this place should be shut down.

People next to us had a dog barking for over an hour. Called the front desk and i guess they were covering multiple hotels because she asked me what hotel. When i said i was 99% sure it was the room next to me she said "well if you arent sure, I'm not sure what you want me to do about it." She goes on to tell me the room next to me doesnt have down that they were bringing dogs. Im not sure of they even dod anything. Dog barked another hour before stopping. It was well past midnight at that point. Other than that, the place was great.

The room smelled sooo musty and moldy that they actually had a large fan running in the room when we checked in. :( We had to sleep with the window open it smelled sooo musty & bad. The floor had sand on them that you could feel when you walked on the floors. Unfortunately the door did not lock without you having to pull hard on the knob so the electric lock could engage. Wanted to like this hotel as it was one that had pet free rooms.
