The pool was greenish water and dirty, ice cold water. Couldn’t swim in it. Hot tub wasn’t clean either. It was gross. Smelled moldy in the pool Hot tub area.

The staff were amazing, but there were two major issue which prevented a good night's sleep. Their airport shuttle stops running at 10 pm - which was not made clear via the web - so, with a delayed, late-arriving flight, we had to wait for an uber for 30 minutes to get 1 mile to the hotel at 2am. Also, there was a chirping smoke alarm right outside the room, which prevented a good sleep.

Where do I start. Found entrance congested with construction material at arrival. Desk unmanned for three minutes. Lobby and hallways and dining area are under remodeling holes in walls ceilings and exposed electrical conduit. Room 335 was so small that there was only room for one nitestand. Not even enough room between wall and bed for a chair for wife’s CPAP machine. Room 335 had been recently painted but there was not a single toiletry shelf in shower, toilet or near shower. No towel bar, not even a hook to hang a towel on. No toilet paper holder. Not a single working USB port in room. Dark room entryway( no light fixture) . One ice machine on 2nd floor again with no lighting fixture. And ice room had a empty bedframe stored in it blocking doorway. Breakfast was bare minimum. Yellow tofu was trying to passed off as eggs. No bacon, sausage or ham or potatoes. This hotel deserves a 5 rating. Hall carpets are filthy and paint stained. The fresh paint was obviously not done by professionals. Will not be returning and was not informed when booked the pool was closed and property was being remodeled while charging full prices. I chose this property online because of the high rating. But was very disappointed on arrival. Obviously the rating is way over rated. When booking hotels online all deficiencies should be made clear before booking. Met a guest onsite that paid $54 for same type room by booking directly with Rodeway Inn that Hotels.com charged me $115 for!

The price was good. Book directly. Do not use hotels.com. they overcharge. The hotel is in the process of changing brands so some construction. Pool was closed. No shuttle offered to airport as advertised. We could hear people walking upstairs at all hours of the night. Breakfast was adequate for us. Nice desk clerk and breakfast attendant. fairly comfortable and fairly clean. Air worked good to cool room.

Disappointing spa and pool closed and the entire hotel was being remodeled. Carpets very dirty! Great shuttle to airport.

Our trip was a quick in and out by the airport. Very close to the airport and conveniently located. We didn't walk around the area but there appeared to be plenty of dining options and a Dutch Bros coffee nearby. Facilities looked clean and well-maintained. Room amenities were good (coffee maker, safe, microwave, functional wifi), shower got nicely hot. We had to depart early so we can't comment on breakfast which was served 6-9am. Free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel wasn't available on our arrival day, as someone had called in sick. We had to wait for & pay for an Uber. That's an unfortunate unforeseen circumstance. The next morning, we were told the shuttle service would start at 5am, and indeed the receptionist drove us to the airport immediate upon check out at 5 am. That was smooth and we appreciate it.

The hotel was being renovated so there was construction everywhere. It was a mess.

The pool is unkept, it reeks of mildew and it’s clear that the pool water hasn't been treated. The rooms have paint peeling off the walls and you can hear people right outside your door talking on their phones. Aside from that, it’s not too bad for the price.

This was probably our best stay in a Sleep Inn. Modern, clean, a step above. Pool was out of order, but front desk staff was professional and understanding - offered to cancel our reservation.

I know it's tough to keep things clean with people traipsing in and out, but the hallway carpets were filthy. The WiFi was SLOW and unreliable, there was expired yogurt for breakfast.

Holes in the ceilings, floor tiles coming up which made it seem unclean. Smells like Cigarette smoke. Not happy at all!! Hallway carpet filthy...

Room was clean. Quiet considering the construction going on down the hall.

The lobby wa appealing, the breakfast room was very clean and the breakfast was tasty with a variety of foods, and the room was clean and comfortable.

It is very dirty in general the bathroom was small and not clean the carpets are dirty, the pillows are very small like sofa pillows.

Good thing they are remodeling because the place is a dump. The carpet smells. It was not very clean. There was mold in the shower caulking and the flooring was coming apart.

Stains on blanket and the floor was in really bad condition in our room.

Room had overpowering air freshener odor. The floor was fake wood paneling, and it was loose and coming up in many places, kept catching my socks and feet on the edges. Very uncomfortable. Probably won't stay here again.

Granted they were remodeling half of the building which, indeed, needed it. The AC screetched and rattled all night - I thought it was pouring rain. Breakfast was pretty awful.

It was a perfectly adequate stay for one night as we passed through from AZ to Colo. Our Q room was THE smallest room I've ever stayed in-: no tub, no side chair, a bed, two small side tables, and the regular TV/desk/fridge set up with an uncomfortable desk chair. The wifi was inconsistent but worked mostly. It was a good location to where we wanted to be. The flooring was horribly installed.

Room was very small and the vinyl flooring was peeling up. They had taped it down with duct tape.

Waited a bit for staff to come to the desk for check in. Tv was as not connected but staff was quick to fix with great attitude. The facility is run down. Take on floor joints. Plug missing in shower door. Bathroom door sticks TP holder is falling off the wall. Lamp plugs do not work. Great price but quite dated

Pros: comfortable bed, soft sheets, quiet Cons: vinyl floor planks were peeling up and caused a trip hazard.

The check-in lady was very quick to give me the room key. The room was OK, really liked the fact that the shower hose had different settings and you could relax in the shower. The main issue is that there is no privacy or something is missing with the walls. I could hear the next-door neighbor coughing, laughing, talking, etc. If you can book a room on the third floor since I stayed on the first floor and could hear people walking on the top floor. Also the internet was kind of slow and took a while to download webpages. Breakfast was fair, but it was missing more fresh fruit, and eggs and sausage were the main dishes. There was too much bread and sugar, and there were no other healthy options to eat. Only apples were available. Overall the hotel is nice but I would rather stay at another place next time.

Walls are very thin! You could hear other guests above moving furniture, neighbors arguing in the hall. Floor tile coming unglued, creating trip hazard.

Very close to the airport and some decent pizza, waffle and mid level dining restaurants. Price very inexpensive. Worst part by far is the fake wood paneling on the floor is all torn up and the tape they used to "fix" it is all worn out.

The only thing that annoyed me was the noise and the thin walls—it was so hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper like me, you might not be able to sleep properly.

Really comfortable stay and clean. There was a mistake in the system but they dealt with it with extreme care and were super nice overall really liked the place.

The staff was great and even got me to the airport even though it was prior to shuttle times (online said 24 hr. shuttle) Important to know that they do not have a 24 hour shuttle

After I checked in an hour later. front desk lady without knocking the door she just opens my room door and walk in . Seems like she had no respect for my privacy. I'll never do business with them again.

Do not stay here. Don’t waste your time. I don’t even know where to begin. There are tons of signs taped to the Plexi glass in front of the register that say things like “pool closed!” “Airport shuttle service no longer running!” “No local residents allowed.” Such weird vibes. There was a notepad behind the desk, with a handwritten note, that said “Master key MIA.” We get there and the guy at the front desk doesn’t even acknowledge we’re standing in front of him. He tells us that, even though we’ve booked a room, they have none available, and advises us to go somewhere else. It’s 10:30 at night and we are two young women traveling alone. We sit in the lobby to try and figure it out. In the meantime, a shift change happens, and a very helpful and sweet woman is asking us a lot of questions. Turns out they have three rooms available?? LONG STORY short- after going back and forth with her for almost an hour, she’s able to put us in a room. The floor boards are duct taped together. There’s a trickle of water coming out of the sink. It’s obvious this room got missed in the upgrades. But at this point it’s almost midnight and we are just happy to have a bed to sleep in. We texted family members our room details because we were worried about being trafficked. Those are the vibes.

The front desk employees were not friendly and service with them was slim to none. They are doing some outside fixer uppers. They had plastic laid down near all the entrances and i slipped and almost fell. I will never stay there again.

Jade was exceptional at providing excellent service!!! She went above and beyond and she is the reason I would choose Sleep Inn again!!! I have stayed at numerous locations when traveling, however, Jade provided the BEST customer service ever!!!

We had a very bad experience. The reservation was not made correctly. I had booked 2 rooms only one was registered It look us one hour to correct the mistake

Overall the Staff provided Excellent service, even while navigating the halls of a building being renovated. There was some noise heard occasionally from the adjacent rooms/or halls, however, the location was generally quiet. Convenient to airport

Clean stay in a safe area of town. Near Airport and is walki by distance to University Stadium.

Hotel is currently being renovated so there was some dust and debris in the hallway. Room was in pretty rough shape, vinyl flooring was taped down, but it was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking. Overall I felt like I got what I paid for.

Very clean, quiet despite being full due to balloon fiesta. The staff was extremely nice and engaging. Only bad thing was that we were told that breakfast ended at 10 when we checked in. Woke up at 9 to get some breakfast and everything was put up and away. Was really looking forward to experiencing this hotels breakfast so it was a huge let down. Did I mention it was clean? So clean it smelled clean.

The property is old and the rooms are tiny. You can tell they did what they could to make it nicer by painting but honestly, it isn’t in great condition. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was terrible. We tried it and went out to eat instead.

Breakfast was good. Hot hotel eggs and sausage with biscuit and gravy, waffles and all the rest of the standard breakfast items. Though I probably would try an authentic New Mexico breakfast next time and skip the hotel breakfast especially since the price of the hotel was so affordable.
