I did not go to the inside of the room because I did not feel safe at the hotel. They were people hanging out in the parking lot with their lights on and women getting in and out of cars and I just did not feel safe. I will never go back to that hotel again.

The room was okay but it is in a rough area where lot’s of homeless people are hanging around, the hotel smells awful! They had fans going and trying to keep it clean and get the smell out but it needs updating! There was no water in the pool either.

Pros: Beds were clean, food for breakfast, staff was nice. Cons: Outlets broke, shower doors stuck, hallways smell of smoke, parking lot dirty. Picture of a printed out sheet from manager treating to not pay staff in the break room that was visible to guests (the treatment is the problem not the me seeing it) Should be 1/2 or at least 2/3 the price to stay here vs current rates to get this experience.

Entered Hotel and was greeted with a bad smell in the Lobby. A large bug was crawling around the floor and it was just dirty everywhere. Our room was just as bad if not worse. There where stains in the sheets bedding toilet was dirty and it smelled of mold. They would also not refund our stay as we decided to leave and booked somewhere else.

This is a terrible, old hotel. The facility was in disrepair, it was filthy dirty. The hallway smelled and the floors were filthy. The elevator was filthy with stuff on the walls. In our room the toilet was loose on the floor, the seat was loose, the shower door and bathroom door were broken. The TV speaker was broken. The desk chair was broken. There were no hangers, the sink had no stopper in it. The A/C compressor was excessively loud. The bed sheets were dirty and the bedspread had cigarette burn holes in them. We didn't get in until after 10:30pm so managed to shower, sleep and leave in the morning. No more Red Roof Inns for us!

Check into my room and found dirty bathroom, ants and roaches, leaking refrigerator, lack of towels, trash on the floor and left over trash in the can in my room. I went back to the lobby to switch rooms only to find out the hotel was full and I was stuck with the room I was in. I was so disappointed because in the past I had nothing less than 5 star treatment from Red Roof Inn properties.

Roach climbed on my leg. Then several roaches in the bathroom have video. Owners refused to give refund. This was the most horrible hotel that I've ever stayed in my entire life. I would not wish anyone to stay there. It's horrible it need to be burnt down.

I was not aware that the red roof were like at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to using them for reservations and I see why. The room had roaches and bed bugs. People would stand outside asking guests were they moving in as well? The shower was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and made too much noise

Cleanliness is a top priority in Hotel hospitality.. I understand it’s budget friendly but that’s not excuse for it not to be clean and presentable..Smoke holes in linen and black stufff…cotton idk on the sheets that’s not acceptable! It’s not a bad place just need to be upgraded and treated with some tender love and care along with some employees who knows what CLEAN looks like …😉

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. I had to clean the bathroom myself due to housekeeping not being on duty at the time. I went to the front desk and she gave me cleaning supplies. My toilet had pee all over and under the seat and I had hair on my towels.

The lobby appeared clean, but smelled bad, the hallways were disgustingly, dirty, and smelled horrible, our room smelled very bad and was not clean in several areas. There were cigarette burns and cat claw marks in the couch, stains on the bed linens, and what I believe was a small piece of dog poop

I stopped driving around 12:30 and reserved a room based on 7/10 score. Checking in- There were people smoking in the parking lot hanging out by cars. Lobby smelled of marijuana. The front desk copies your identification when you check in. They give you a parking pass or your car will be towed. Not sure why the excessive tow policy - lot was relatively separate/secluded from others. I had to return the pass during checkout (it’s a photocopied piece of paper). The lady that checked me in was polite, but not very friendly or welcoming. The room itself was just ok. Bed was fine, air conditioning worked, TV worked. Shower was tiny, but worked. All very basic but functional. The linens appeared clean. The room was generally clean, but with aging establishments there are high touch areas that might benefit from some attention. Hotel is non-smoking -I don’t smoke- but there is a faint cigarette smell. I would guess at some point in the past the room used to be a smoking room - it got a little worse when the AC was running. Loud music at establishment next door well past 3am made falling asleep before 4am a challenge. Overall, between the late night music, the uneasy feeling I had leaving my car in the parking lot - I’ll never stay there again. I think the hotel is trying to attain a certain standard - but is fighting a losing battle given its location. For example - I’ve never seen a hotel with a no sagging pants policy on the front door.

My room had little to no internet or cellular reception, there was black mold around the bathroom light, the tv speaker was blown out and half the plugs didn't work. Also, I left a room key for my work associate at the desk and the staff said he was lying about his identity and told him off. Awful experience all around. Would not recommend.

Walls are paper thin. The shower head was a hand wand that didn’t even have something to hang it on. Had a portable stool in the shower with wobbly legs. No shampoo, just a small package of hand soap. Other guests were up at all hours and noisy. The clerk were polite and eager to help but that didn’t offset the negatives.

There is a night club next door. The speakers are setup in an area that is outdoors. The music was playing at least until 2 am. I was lucky to have some nose cancelling headphones. I was able to turn on my computer and listen to something that I could sleep to. But we checked in at around 8pm. By the time I understood what was going on with the club next door, it was too late to go somewhere else. This hotel would do well to move to a new location. It was a terrible experience. The staff was really amazing. I would give that guy a job any day. It's not his fault they are located next to a night club.

My room had little to no internet or cellular reception, there was black mold around the bathroom light, the tv speaker was blown out and half the plugs didn't work. Also, I left a room key for my work associate at the desk and the staff said he was lying about his identity and told him off. Awful experience all around. Would not recommend.

I had the WORSE!! EXPERIENCE Today with this hotel. I checked in not even 3 hours ago wasn’t there a full day ! My room stink the pipe bust! Water was everywhere and I had to hurry and run downstairs to tell the service!!! To tell the front desk. And I also ask the Manger for a refund!! He told me NO! Refund We can get you a different room so I just checked out. very unacceptable!!

Price is down on expedia for a reason. You do not want to stay here; loud ear pounding music in other rooms till midnight, it restarts early early mornings. Nobody does anything about it. I think because they give cheap rooms to people to live there temporarily. You must ask to have room cleaning, but when the do it they do not change bed sheets. It is definitely a night hotel for prostitute business and drug transfers. Don't let the web site pictures and prices fool you. This place is a disaster.

I stopped driving around 12:30 and reserved a room based on 7/10 score. Checking in- There were people smoking in the parking lot hanging out by cars. Lobby smelled of marijuana. The front desk copies your identification when you check in. They give you a parking pass or your car will be towed. Not sure why the excessive tow policy - lot was relatively separate/secluded from others. I had to return the pass during checkout (it’s a photocopied piece of paper). The lady that checked me in was polite, but not very friendly or welcoming. The room itself was just ok. Bed was fine, air conditioning worked, TV worked. Shower was tiny, but worked. All very basic but functional. The linens appeared clean. The room was generally clean, but with aging establishments there are high touch areas that might benefit from some attention. Hotel is non-smoking -I don’t smoke- but there is a faint cigarette smell. I would guess at some point in the past the room used to be a smoking room - it got a little worse when the AC was running. Loud music at establishment next door well past 3am made falling asleep before 4am a challenge. Overall, between the late night music, the uneasy feeling I had leaving my car in the parking lot - I’ll never stay there again. I think the hotel is trying to attain a certain standard - but is fighting a losing battle given its location. For example - I’ve never seen a hotel with a no sagging pants policy on the front door.

I did not go to the inside of the room because I did not feel safe at the hotel. They were people hanging out in the parking lot with their lights on and women getting in and out of cars and I just did not feel safe. I will never go back to that hotel again.

You would think that it being by the hospital it would be a decent hotel, but there’s bugs a lot of homeless people and lowlifes over there. Also, right next to a club. Bad area bad hotel will never see again. Service was great though.

The room was okay but it is in a rough area where lot’s of homeless people are hanging around, the hotel smells awful! They had fans going and trying to keep it clean and get the smell out but it needs updating! There was no water in the pool either.

The front desk lady was not friendly and was chatting on the phone and did not hang up when we were checking in. This is not the place to stay if you want a good night sleep. Doors slamming nonstop till maybe 2-3am, music blasting next door till 2am or so. Will never come back and could not wait to check out.

There is a night club next door. The speakers are setup in an area that is outdoors. The music was playing at least until 2 am. I was lucky to have some nose cancelling headphones. I was able to turn on my computer and listen to something that I could sleep to. But we checked in at around 8pm. By the time I understood what was going on with the club next door, it was too late to go somewhere else. This hotel would do well to move to a new location. It was a terrible experience. The staff was really amazing. I would give that guy a job any day. It's not his fault they are located next to a night club.

Roaches everywhere. Nightclub next door loud music till 3am. Asked to have room changed to other side so i would not hear the music so much around 11pm, staff said they are full and no room available but they had a room on first floor cause i walked my dog at 10pm can see the room was not filled same room empty in morning so staff just doesnt care. Place is just awful, just terrible.

I was disappointed, room looked like the picture on line but the building has an odor. Also saw and killed 2 roaches. When I called front desk for information no one answered the phone. Also very disappointed with the selection for the continental breakfast on Sunday. The one bed squeaked very load with the slightest movement. Linen on that same bed was on the wrong side, seams exposed. Had problem with the key. Seems to have been domestic issues with guest from two different rooms late Saturday night and early morning Sunday.

My wife and I stopped here after a long day of driving with the hopes of a comfortable bed and breakfast before hitting the road again in the morning. The hotel was noisy, with lots of questionable people coming and going when we arrived. Room and beds was just adequate. They really should not say they include breakfast as there was horrible. No coffee ready, no mil or cream, just powder a a few sweetners, few pieces of bread and a toaster but no butter or jams and One banana . Definitely not worth stopping

Property was dirty and heavy smoke smell. Asked for second room after first room smelled heavily of smoke. Second room stunk too with smell coming from hallway. Multiple police calls within first 30 minutes. Dirty floors and rooms (I viewed 2). I gave up and booked another hotel. I do not recommend unless you smoke.
