Breakfast was great. Room had all the amenities I needed.

Craig the manager was rude and unprofessional. The room had furniture that was extremely worn. The bathroom inside door was scratched and in horrible condition. I didn't use the bathroom for anything other than the toilet. When I mentioned this to the manager he blamed it because the hotel was pet friendly. I had no pet and should have been in a room that was in better condition. He offered no discount on the terrible room. I will never stay there again?we had to endure no one should there. I booked all holiday inn for our 10 day road trip because I've never been disappointed with a holiday in. Our 4 day in Denver was excellent. Wade was exceptional and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Very Dog friendly. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby bathrooms and clean room. However, this hotel claims in their name to be at the Historic Center. Unfortunately, I'm deducting one star because it actually wasn't in the historic center and I had to uber back and forth everywhere as I was advised not to walk. Great hotel and really wonderful staff!
