Petit hôtel bien situé dans Québec. Personnel très gentils et avenants. Chambres propres et confortables. Café disponible à l’entrée 24/24 gratuit. We enjoyed our stay here and found it exactly what we thought it would be. We had a family room for our family of 5, which was very convenient. There was room for all of our belongings and the large closet was handy too. The pool was as pictured and we enjoyed using that during our stay. There was lots of outdoor parking, so we never worried about finding a spot when we returned at night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending some spots to check out, where to park etc. the breakfast buffet isn’t fancy, but covers all of the basics. Various breads, a toaster and jams, butter and peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cheese, fruit, cereals, milk and juices and coffee and tea were available. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were always available for free in the lobby, which the kids loved!

Well maintained hotel with convenience of amenities such as pool, lounge, exercise room, coffee machine in lobby. Continental style breakfast with choice of breads, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Location is a good 40 min walk to Plains of Abraham and then onwards towards Old City neighbours area for those able, ambitious to walk uphill.

Great price for what you get. The place was clean, the staff was really nice, and the location was super convenient. I also loved that coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were available for free at any time. The swimming pool is also a good addition if you have kids or teens. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have scrambled eggs instead of cooked eggs. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

This hotel had everything we needed for our family vacation. Welcoming staff, great rooms, perfect breakfast, ideal location to get everywhere we wanted, fair value, etc. We used the workout room often too … that’s the spaces that needs attention. Dumbbells are great, but the equipment is old & doesn’t work well. But overall such a small thing to note, everything else was a 10/10! Thank you for a great week.

I got an unclean room..!! There were lots of hair and we didn’t even get a refund, the staff was short and unwilling to clean the room. After a long halt, we escalated the issue and the manager was also not on call. Finally, we got a replacement of the room. Poor experience..!!

The room was very clean. Dining room for breakfast clean, lots of choices for a quick breakfast. Coffee machine in the lobby (free) was very nice, hot chocolate, hot water, espresso etc. The receptionist was amazing, she spoke fluent Engish and French and very friendly

Staff was very friendly and all were very helpful. Breakfast was good but no hot items. Parking was very convenient. Our deluxe double queen bed suite was fully equipped and the highlight of the stay. Very comfortable beds, comfortable seating for TV, a nice dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is very nice size too. The hotel is not walking distance to the old city - usually takes 10-12 mins to reach the upper part of the city and 15 minutes if approaching the lower part next to the main Museum. However there are many supermarkets within a couple of mins of drive. It's also convenient to drive to other non old city attractions from here like the falls, road to Tadoussac etc.

For the price I paid, the hotel met it's requirements. The 2 most important ones being that it was safe and clean. What was disappointing is that the WiFi was very poor, my friends and I were lucky to get 2 bands on the "good side" of our room and it kept signing us out. The included breakfast is your typical continental hotel breakfast with only the staples. Lastly, I don’t know if it's me who misunderstood, but I was disappointed to learn that the parking was disconnected from the hotel, and was on the street behind it. There was a section of parking direclty behind the hotel, but it was unclear who it was available to. Overall, I'd recommend this place to people who are looking for hotel that’s not overly expensive, and would consider returning in the future.

This is a great place to sleep, but not much else. Rooms are TINY. If you need an inexpensive room to crash in for a night or two, great! If you want anything resembling luxury, go elsewhere.

Our room was in the basement so other rooms in the hotel bay be fine. The staff was awesome and very friendly. When we went to our room there were 2 dehumidifiers in the hallway, not a good sign. The room smelled musty and had a cement pillar that was about a foot and a half wide in-between the two beds. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very dated with a tiny bathtub/shower that should just be a shower. It had old tile which would have been fine if the grout was not gray and black in some spots. There was a collection of dust on the ceiling vent that looks like it had been there for a while. The breakfast was adequate with choices of toast and fresh fruit. The coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7 is a really nice perk. The room would have been fine if it was under $100 and had not had great reviews but I expected better. The striped carpet on the steps down to the rooms in the basement made us pay attention when we used them but were fine. Not being able to look out a window was also a little weird. The pizza place around the corner was awesome and overall, we had a good time. I might try this hotel again if I was no one of the upper floors but never again in the lower level.

Everything was just OK. We chose this area as the downtown Old Quebec prices were very high and several had paid parking on top of that. Room was very small and cramped for 2 people. Bathroom was tiny. Nothing bad, just small. In the bathroom, incase the hotel reads this, Rusty shower curtain rod and dirty tub grout and noisy bathroom ceiling fan are easy fixes. Breakfast was nothing fancy but nice. If you are looking for a hot breakfast go elsewhere. This one had nice breads, muffins, hard boiled eggs, coffee, yogurt etc. Location: Wasn't bad. Some nice restaurants within a KM, not fancy but nearby and I am more of a pub guy. Very convenient to get to the attractions out of town, Montmorency Falls, Ile d'Orleans etc. Uber to Old Quebec was about $15.00 if not during rush hours. All in all, it's a solid place for the money

J’avais réservé et payé une chambre via Expedia pour un déplacement professionnel. En route, j’ai réalisé avoir oublié mon portefeuille à la maison. J’ai immédiatement contacté la réception pour expliquer la situation et proposer une solution : utiliser la carte de crédit d’un pair à titre de dépôt, sans prélèvement sauf en cas de dommage. D'autres solutions auraient pu être possible, par exemple, vérification de la chambre avant mon départ... non aucune possibilité d'accommodement, rien. L’employée a refusé catégoriquement, sans écoute ni flexibilité, en répétant la politique interne et en me coupant la parole à plusieurs reprises. Aucun supérieur n’était disponible, aucune alternative n’a été proposée. La seule option que j'avais à part rebrousser chemin était de dormir dans ma voiture... alors que j'ai payé une chambre d'hôtel... vraiment? Résultat : service payé, aucune chambre, aucun remboursement, un aller-retour de plusieurs heures inutile et une perte financière liée à l'essence et à l'annulation de rendez-vous. Un stress immense vécu également. Je comprends qu’un dépôt soit exigé pour assurer que la chambre demeure adéquate, mais il y aurait eu d'autres possibilités de s'en assurer et le manque total d’écoute et d’empathie dans une situation exceptionnelle est inacceptable.

On a fait une plainte le 2e matins. La femme de chambre est entré à 2 reprises dans notre chambre à 8:30 sans cogner pour faire la chambre! Le check-out est à 11:00. On dormait tous. C’est innaceptable. Elle a fait ça même à un autre couple d’amis à nous qui était à côté.

The hotel is well located, 15 mins to the center by car. However, the room we got is small, the bed was not comfortable, and poor ventilation. Bianca at the reception who was super nice, and the charging available in the parking for electric cars is convenient. The breakfast was not bad. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, mit zwei Koffern waren nur noch ca. 40cm breite Gänge frei. Die Sauberkeit des Bads war grenzwertig. Das Frühstück war okay. Am Hintereingang roch es sehr muffig und nach Chlor aufgrund des Schwimmbads. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unser Zimmer im ersten Stock. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel hat nichts zu bieten, aber es sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Clean and good price. AC is good and quiet but blows right on the bed. Lots of parking. Not blackout curtains. Tiny rooms. Asked to upgrade and pay the difference but Expedia called them for hours and they didnt answer the calls so I was stuck. Bathroom door came off hinges and fell. It took four trips to the front desk and 21 hours before it was repaired. Breakfast is very very basic but better than nothing. Neighborhood is ok but not great. No elevator and very long winding hallways but they warn you of that.

Bus away to downtown or old quebec 20-30mins. The only thing i dont like is not mucb restaurant around the area if you dont have a car. Other than that its okay.

This is a good option for people visiting Qc City and the area. About a 15-20 min walk to lots of restaurant options in St-Roch. There are much closer options as well including Melba and Le Fin Gourment, There is also a great smoked meat place within 5 min walk. I did not use or see all of the facilities but I am sure they are well kept as is the rest of the property.

Parking is a dirt lot away from the actual building. Doesn't seem safe. Not super well lit. Sufficient to see where to go, but need additional lighting for safety purpose. Otherwise, staff is very courteous and friendly. Room is very clean and quiet. Hot chocolate, espresso, and coffee machine in lobby available 24/7 which is wonderful.
