La chambre n'est pas nettoyée chaque jour si on ne fait pas expressement la demande chaque matin auprès de la reception???pas de resto, pas de bar á l'hotel pourtant l'accueil de leur salon est vraiment confortable comme d'ailleurs les chambres et le lit.

We really enjoyed our stay. However, we were very disappointed with the pool. The pool area was not clean and neither was the water. The water was also very cold but since it wasn’t clean, we just dipped our feet and did not swim. We would have given our stay a five had the pool been clean and heated.

Overall the stay was nice, however the pool had a whirlpool that is not operational. It would have been 5* if the hottub would have been working in the pool. The hotel was in wonderful proximity to local shopping and was easy to access the other main highways. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

I think that having clients pay for water was petty for a hotel in this category. As well, going to a hotel implies having your room made daily. This hotel has a disclaimer stating that they will not make the room at all during your stay.

L’odeur était ordinaire partout dans l’hôtel. Ça sentait fortement l’humidité partout. La chambre n’était pas très propre, on le voyait très bien. J’ai décidé de ne plus y retourner. J’y étais déjà allée il y a 2-3 ans et c’était vraiment mieux.

Hotel room was very clean and tidy, bathroom was spotless. Check in was very easy, staff was very courteous. If you look on google reviews you might get scared of this hotelOnly issue was the bed is a bit firm. Its not a cheap bed, just a bit firm for my liking, had a rough 2 nights sleeping.

Need a good overall cleaning, dust in corner, old band aid near the tub, carpet very dirty new couch would be a must. Time hotel are nice for the quality room well-built layout we love the prestige room.

I find this property expensive for what it offered. The rooms are very dark with no ceiling light. Even after turning on all the lights in the room it was still dark. The bed was not very comfortable. The Queen size looked more like a double bed. Additionally, the room lacked convenient plug-in. It was not possible to charge our phones on the night table. Given a choice, I would not stay at Times Hotel in the future.

Hotel location was great - close to shopping and restaurants. Room was ok - very dark and poor lighting. Also as hotels.com gold members we did not expect to be placed in a second floor room that was directly behind the elevator wall. The sound going up and down the elevator shaft was annoying during the evening and mornings. Otherwise OK stay for 3 nites. Thx

Location is convenient and central. The room lighting is not great at all and the amenities are very few compared to other hotel chains in the same category. The staff was great within their limitations of what they can offer. Other than the location, not sure I would return.

The hotel is very nice & clean, services was good we didn’t ask for much. The room was nice but not of lighting just light over the bed & lamps by the bed. Also there wasn’t any USB or USB-C ports to plug in devices, we didn’t bring many cubs for outlets. The tv’s were smart tvs so we couldn’t stream Netflix for my daughter to watch and the the WIFI was very spotty so tablets & others devices took for ever to work. But other than that we like everything else & enjoyed our stay for the weekend.

À chaque fois, c'est le même problème - On doit mentionner à la réception qu'on a les privilèges VIP ($11). À l'enregistrement, la réception nous mentionne que c'était pas visible. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain et la préposée nous a mentionné que c'était bien inscrit au dossier??!! Très décevant de toujours devoir demander comme si on demandait une faveur.

The front desk experience was uncomfortable — when I greeted the staff and asked how he was doing, he started complaining about his job, the previous guest, and even used inappropriate language. The room smelled heavily of smoke, and the AC only made it worse by pushing out more of the odor. I was told no other rooms were available and that someone would follow up the next day, but no one ever contacted me. Definitely not what I expected from this stay.

Staff was very cold and not very accommodating at check in, mentioned that we had VIP status but were told that they do not honour it, seemed like we were bothering them just by checking in. Rooms are spacious though and clean and the area is great. Would stay here again but I did book this hotel with the VIP access in mind so quite disappointing that they didn’t honour it.

L'hotel est superbe,propre et les chambres sont magnifiques, juste les oreillers sont très molles et les draps avaient des petits trous ...le pire pour moi est la jeune femme à l'accueil ,aucun sourire, aucun bonjour, froide ,limite bête, clairement, je la dérangeait !!! They took $100 deposit when i arrived at the hotel, on top of the price of the room that was payed through expedia. They never reinbursed it, and noe i. Being told that they do not see my reservation, and they are to busy to serve me on the phone. They told me to send my receipt by email, and they would get back to me "if" they find something... no customer service!!!

Excellent location, right across a mall and lots of dining options and walmart. Modern style building with some exposed concrete type look on walls and ceilings. Some may not like this. Only paid EV charges on site, hotel has one free charger for Porsche customers only. Not sure why and it sat empty.

Lobby was nice looking, and it was nice to have a pool available. Front desk was good. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. As other have said room was a bit dark in terms of available lighting. I thought breakfast was supposed to be included but it turns out it wasn’t. The available breakfast was not good, no yogurt, no oatmeal, virtually no cereal, little fruit, predominantly just bagged bread and bagels to make toast. Wouldn’t recommmend paying extra for it.

Black and red interiior is littel bit diffrent I dont like it may be people may be like it or owner think it may be fancy look but its not,it look s very darkbut room was big enough clean ,Breakfast was not included I knew when I reserve room You have to pay for Breakfast $ 12 but it was just bread and butter and cofee and juice it can be skipped

Didn’t enjoy this stay at all. You need to inform upfront if you want your room to be cleaned. Nobody informed us, when making the remark they refer to a small leaflet in the room. Breakfast was included but very basic and very bad. Just some bags with bread to toast. Kind of self service where you afterwards need to put your dishes in a basin.
